Demetri listened closely towards each prophecy. It may have seemed a bit selfish, but he was hoping that Zeke was spared from being in any of them. He'd learned of the blonde's penchant for being picked and his begrudgingness to go due to the frequency of his father's insistence. When the storm was called, a nervous chill ran down Demi's spine. He watched as Andy stood up out of the corner of his eye, Arthur following soon after as they left to join Chirons side. His stomach churned into knots as he pulled his legs closer towards his chest and held the small dog a bit more snuggly. Why was he letting his little sister go off on this mission? Couldn't he- The thought was cut off as he answered his own question. Chiron said to stand if they felt the quest pertained to them, and Demetri didn't feel any tug towards the prophecy. He couldn't be The Storm because his powers had no form or shape to those that Andy had. It had to be them, but why?

For what felt like the third time this evening, Demi felt a pair of eyes on him. He tried not to let it bother him but he couldn't tell if someone was boring into him to say he should take her place instead. When he finally turned to see who it was, he was surprised to see Zeke looking towards him. The others had stood up and left to see Chiron while Janelle was still near the son of Apollo. He didn't know why, but it bothered him. "Take a picture. It'll last longer" Sure it was petty and rude, but he felt rather irked at the moment for everything that had just happened. Luckily it wouldn't seem out of character either given their known distaste for each other around camp. His gaze lingered for a moment too long before turning as looking straight ahead once again. His thumb softly moving against the smooth wooden grain of the box.

Cassian watched as one by one people began to stand up for the Prophecies. A part of him wished he was called, longed for the adventure he had been promised so long ago. But his time wasn't now, he wouldn't be one for The Great Prophecy. It was interesting to see the process all the same however. How did one child of Zeus know to stand while the other stayed firmly sat and content? How did the children of war not break out into a fight over who would get to go forth and shed blood? Others made sense, a single child of Posiedon, the oathbinder from Rome, and the only cursed child he knew of was the lycan standing before him. She knew that she was to be picked however.

Cassian tapped his finger against his bottom lip, just before he began to chew it. What fate was she barreling towards? And why did she so strongly believe it couldn't be avoided? It was clear she believed herself headed towards The Pit due to her curse...but there had to be exceptions for Demi-gods right? Cass leaned forward more as he glanced around the fire searching for the answers. Wondering which cabin would be able to help him most with gaining them. Athena could provide wisdom and bred literal children of thought, while Hecate may have some scrolls or tomes of forgotten lore that could very well help the Roman girl. Regardless of if his help is even wanted.

Max wasn't sure whether to make heads or tails of Selene's answer. As was now the norm with her, the words she spoke raised more questions than answers; giving Max the impression that he needed to know about her more now than ever. Whatever had transpired between Andy and Selene would have to wait until after they found the "founders" or at the very least until after he finished speaking with Maria. His eyes lit up at the mention that they would be having a kid soon. He hoped Maria wasn't out here fighting while pregnant, but now felt a stronger urgency to send her back home where she could be safe from harm. If anything were to happen to her while here it would be all his fault, though he tried not to let it show.

"That's such great ne-" Max was cut off by the sound of a large metal door clattering to the ground. He rolled his eyes slightly as he couldn't help but chuckle. It was nice having someone to talk to, someone who lived outside of his little bubble. It made life almost...normal. "Let's just hope there's no one down there to alert." James caught up with them shortly, pressing a palm onto his forehead and healing him before paying him a compliment. Whatever words Max was about to say next were caught in his throat. So much happened so quickly Max hardly had any idea what had gone on. Maria was holding her late sister then go blow for blow with a cyborg, Andy was impaled as she got tossed through a wall, and James was helplessly trying to get her help.

Max couldn't do much for Andy, he didn't want to risk trying to remove the beam from her stomach, but he could at least try to provide James some cover. His hand flicked quickly as spectral chains began to manifest and wrap around the enemy, but she quickly broke free of them. Afraid she might gain some ground, Max doubled down on his efforts, swinging both hands downwards in a V formation as more chains began to sprout from the floors and bind her arms and legs, pulling her into a more helpless position. But just as soon as he thought he had her, the cyborg disassembled herself, slipping free of the confinement just before rejoining her pieces.

There was a mixture of emotions running through Max. Anger for what this enemy had done and who they had taken away from them, sadness for Maria and the news she now bore, frustration that his magic seemed to be countered at every turn, and fear that he may not find a way to best his opponent before Andy faded away too. Max thought of what his options were, decidingly choosing to end the life of this vault kid before they could take anymore. He conjured a portal above the cyborg, moving it down in an attempt to decapitate her. But his movements were too fast, too sloppy, even now he could hear Strange chastising him for rushing the spell. The cyborg was sent elsewhere in the manor, along with Max's hand. Pain seared through him as blood began to make its way out from his wrist in large splurts as he gripped just above the wound. "So much...for working on my healing magic huh?" Max said through labored breaths. "I only bought us time. How much...I don't know."

Somehow Veil's words didn't seem to comfort him. You did what you could. He couldn't tell where the pain was coming from, but it was certain to be there. Did she blame him for what happened? Did she blame herself for not having been there? Or for simply staying on the island? It was times like this that Harry wished he shared a telepathic bond with his twin sister, but then he feared she too could peer into his dark thoughts. But maybe they would see that they were one and the same, full of guilt and fear that was neither of theirs to take, and yet they took them on anyway. The way she flickered in and out of form, it sent chills down his spine. As if the toughest person he knew was crumbling before him.

Harry went to place a careful hand onto Veils shoulder when all hell broke loose. Kris fell fast, the new stranger catching her and laying her down before attacking their assailant. Andy flew backwards and was now impaled by James, screaming for help in more than one way. Luckily for Harry, he was more than one man. He and all of his clones went running up towards James, encircling him, Harry and Andy so that no enemies could get close. "Tell me what you need and I can try to help. I can't try to cut the beam with a laser to shorten how much we have to pull, or...I can help remove it, it's your call."

There was a twinge of ache in Maddie's heart as he heard the plan. Once again he'd have to be separated from his father, with no real promise that they would see each other again. He took a quick breath in to steel himself and give hope that their plan would work. It had to work. Maddie's breath was swiftly let go as Colby likened himself to Indiana Jones. Rolling his eyes as he wondered if Colby recalled how his infamous switch actually went down. With their luck Jafar had a massive magical boulder set down just for this occasion. The thought of it helped to spur a bit of anxiety, only heightened by the knock on the door. He managed to get out a nervous laugh at Colbys joke before Willow pulled him into the closet with her.

It was a good thing too. Had Maddie's fear frozen him any longer they may have well been caught. As Willow found herself a cozy spot in the corner, that left Maddie to be snuggly pressed up against Colby. Instantly his face felt warm, he could feel the fear washing away as it was replaced by the nervousness he felt in the situation. Had his cheeks blushed any hotter it may have well alerted the guards in the same way Rudolph's nose lit the way. Maddie did all he could to remain quiet, keeping his breathing low and slow to avoid detection as his finger wrapped around one of Colbys. He didn't dare move, worried that the slightest sound could alert them of their presence here.

Demi held the dog in much the same way one who'd never held a newborn would hold a newborn baby. He stared at the strange creature for a moment, letting himself get lost in its eyes before Arthur's voice snapped him back from the edge of his dissociation. He began to pet the dog behind its ears as he looked towards Andy and Arthur. Whatever these prophecies were...they were chosen and thus had to be separated. It wasn't fair, how could the fates do something so cruel to two kids. Granted, they were all kids, but these two…

"Maybe you two could give each other some of the other? Back when my parents would go abroad and I had to stay behind, my mom would often give me something of hers. A sweater, necklace, ring, something tangible. So that at night, when I felt alone and looked up towards the sky, I could hold it close and remember we were still looking up at the same moon. Almost as if she was still there with me." Demetri's hand drifted towards his bag, feeling an old Polaroid camera encased in leather. The self same camera his mother used to show him their travels and what they'd visited. He'd thought about asking the pair to take a selfie with him. The technology should've been low tech enough that monsters wouldn't pick it up, but before he could suggest it he felt his beanie slip off his head, catching it behind his back.

Demi couldn't help but smile as he held onto it. A part of him wished it was Aphrodite's doing, telling him that Zeke was there too. That he still cared and simply needed some time. Demi placed the beanie back onto his head, deciding now wasn't the best time for a Polaroid and that they'd soon have an occasion to want to take one. "As for what's going on with me? Not a whole lot. Spent the morning helping out some of the other campers, by the time it was time for the fire I figured I could ask help with this." he said as he pulled out the bronze eye before continuing. "But then Lauryn got possessed and attacked me and Zeke, then he got possessed and tried to kill me, and then worst of all Nancy started yelling and…" Demi had a bit of a far off look for a moment before he continued forward. "I don't handle yelling well. That's all. And as much as Zeke's an asshole...he seems so shaken up by the experience I kinda feel bad for him."

Demi's expression hardened for a second, in between serious and joking. "Tell anyone I said that and you'll get wet Willie's for a week, got it?" He stuck his tongue out at the pair trying to liven the mood a bit. Unfortunately Chiron had other plans, finally making his way to revealing what they had all been waiting for.

Mary's reasoning didn't make sense to him. Why shouldn't the child of the god whose governing over camp be the one overseeing their visitors? You wouldn't ask a guest to oversee another guest, you'd ask your family. Before he was able to make any form of rebuttal, Nancy had spoken up and swiftly denied his aid. Cassian couldn't help but notice as her eyes went wide and her tone shifted to a sterner note. In that instant he was able to gleam quite a bit about the Roman leader, child of Apollo. Whatever issue she had with him didn't start with him, it stemmed from his father.

Cassian's lips pursed, feeling a sting he knew all too well. While his lineage had afforded him some friends amongst the woodland creatures, there were no few others who strayed from his path lest his father turn them to dolphins or something ridiculous to that sense. He took a calculated step back. "I can tell when I'm not wanted for one reason or another. It was merely a suggestion, nothing more. And, thank you Madaylne I'm sure that would be immensely helpful." Cassian turned in place and found his way over toward the other children of Dionysus. Sitting quietly by them as he awaited Chirons news. When it finally came time, Cass leaned forward resting his elbows onto his knees as he listened intently. For a moment he thought he was in the prophecy, but it didn't sit right. They had called for two children of Demeter however. Now how was flower power to sit in on Roman meetings if she was off on a quest?

Max's eyes went wide as he heard what Andy had said. Sure she was speaking in Latin most likely in an attempt to hide what it was that she was saying to the others, but it wasn't exactly something he could just leave be. As far as Max was concerned, Selene was some form of immortal being that siphoned magic in the same manner a vampire would need to siphon blood. Every time she had an idea, she came out on top and looked positively energized from the ambient magic she was no doubt stealing without the coven knowing. After all, a little here and a smattering there, no one would be the wiser.

Max moved a few steps towards Andy and Selene. Not wanting to stray too far from James in case something went wrong, though he doubted it would. "Tene parumper. Estne puer tuus? Nostin' matrem tuam?" It took everything in him to keep a leveled voice as he asked the pair of them. Looking back and forth between the two. He had all but forgotten she had asked who they were, his mind riddled with how an ancient being could even have children; and why would she have abandoned Andy only to reunite with her now?

Max was forcibly brought back towards the rest as what could only be described as chaos was now running rampant amongst the lot. Between Caspers spastic worries to his suddenly calm persona that was rambling on about Wandaworld as if telling Magneto that his daughter had the ability to warp reality to such a degree was anything but a bad idea, and then Polaris attacking him. He felt almost embarrassed to have brought Maria along to see the trainwreck he had to deal with on a daily basis. Surely S.H.E.I.L.D. agents were much more organized than this. He was ready to send her back with a gift basket for thanks, when she began to search for the others alongside her sister. "It's actually how Maria and I met. Along with a few others that I try to keep in contact with. Speaking of, how is Novikova? Runa and Klara have been on radio silence since the event, and the only one returning my calls is The Sorcerer Supreme. Which, I mean, his help has been invaluable in many places. Oh, and uh James...i wouldn't mind a top off. Given what i just had to fight."

Whatever words Harry and Jack had said to Casper had seemed to assuage him for the time being. He felt as though he could breathe a little easier now, letting out a sigh of relief. Harry managed to make his way towards his sister, sending his clones to go towards Maria and Kris to see what it was that they'd found. "I'm glad to see you're doing well. I'm a bit exhausted if I'm being honest. But I'll survive. Just...pushing my power beyond its limits and trying new things. Isn't that what the old man always wanted of me anyways?" Harry let out a weak cough, trying to stifle it with his fist.

When Callie mentioned that they had lost Waverly, it felt as though a great weight was resting on his shoulders. His eyes slowly made their way downwards and looked to the floor. He felt as though he had failed not only Waverly, but his sister and the Underground as well. Veil may not have personally entrusted the lives of those she cared for to him, but being her twin he felt it only right the weight shifted to his shoulders when she wasn't around. After all, she couldn't bear this load alone. "I'm...sorry Veil. They had another cloner...he had me surrounded and by the time I could see she was in trouble...it was too late."

Maddie hadn't thought about the literal worlds divide between their knowledge on pop culture. Sure he didn't know a whole lot, but in comparison to those here he knew way more. His legs began to shake slightly, feeling as if all eyes were on him to explain what a Wookie was and the plan that followed it. Thankfully for him, his father began to explain a very different plan. His thoughts paused for a moment, it was weird thinking about how his father was here...and helping him. His green eyes flitted over towards where his father stood, watching him as he spoke.

"I've never really tried to pick a lock, but much like Colbs here, I'm not too shabby with my slight of hand and I'm great with puzzles and puzzle boxes. What's a lock but a small puzzle?" He hoped that he wasn't wrong, it'd be a shame if he was wrong and was embarrassed before them all. There was a small pause before he continued. "Anyone else good at doing swaps? Or should I have Colby hold onto the lamp for the final swap? I'd do it myself but...he's so much better at it than me." Maddie said, a bit of blush coloring his cheeks.

Demi stared down at the shadows that pooled around his feet. Watching as they flickered and shook with the constant blaze of the fire. Emotions were beginning to run high, and much like his shrinking shadow, there felt as if there was less and less space that he was allowed to take up. A knot began forming in his throat, he'd had this conversation with Zeke before, told him about how he feels unwanted; the anxiety that eats away at him from the inside out. A massive part of him felt that tonight had only proved it. Demetri could practically hear the raspy cold voice of the Eidelon whispering in his ear. Telling him that he was right, that he wasn't good enough.

Tears started swelling in his eyes, when he heard Andy call to him and made him look up. Arthur was there, patting the floor before holding up a puppy. Demi couldn't help but chuckle at the display before standing up and making his way over to the small group. There were trails of tears that stained his cheeks, a hint of red making its way around the rim of his eyes. Chocolate. That's cute" he said in between sniffles. As he went to sit on the ground, he glanced over towards Zeke, seeing how he was doing before averting his attention back towards Andy and Arthur. There was a long sigh, he tried not to worry the pair, or show them any weakness that may make their faith waver. "So, how were your days? I feel like I haven't seen you two in hours and suddenly you have a dog?"

Cassian wanted nothing more than to shove a bushel of apples into Nancy Parkers mouth. It was like she only heard half the words spoken to allow herself to continue to hear her own voice. Sure the Romans ruled by senate, but did she love debate so much that she refused to see the other side of the coin for no other sake than to argue? When she mentioned being gone by first light, all he could think of was good ridden. Nothing good had come about since the Romans had arrived to camp, and he felt the tensions between the two factions grow. What's more it was almost as if everyone had missed the part in which he had mentioned the idea of these invisible hands pulling strings to pull the two groups apart. But then again, when Chiron voices his opinion it will always be the loudest in the room.

Cassian was about to roll his eyes at Nancy when she suddenly faltered in her speech. As if for just a moment her tongue had allowed her to have a moment to actually think for a spell. It was then they finally brought to light a very important detail that had seemingly been overlooked due to the high emotions and strangled tension between the two parties. A messenger was sent, yet no notice was actually given to the Greeks nor Chiron. So...where was this mysterious envoy? Cassian waited with baited breath for Chiron to answer before responding to anyone. When he finally spoke, Cass let out a sigh. "It appears these new visitors from beyond the pit are proving to be more meddlesome than we even realised. Stolen artifact, attempt at murder, allowing for miscommunication to lead to strife..."

Cassian thought on for a moment, his hands no longer idling by his weapon as he thought of the events. "As one of the children of Dionysus, the being who runs this camp, I suppose I could volunteer to sit in with our cousins and keep a watchful ear and eye. I'll also try to check in with the Hecate cabin and see if there aught they can do to help. Niah, are there any Roman counterparts to Hecates cabin? And do your ranks have any amongst them? The more mystics we can have at hand the better I feel." He tapped his finger against his chin for a moment, thinking, before turning a sorrowful look towards Madalyne. "I'm so4ry you feel that way. I however do not, and thus I will keep an ear out for any sign that I may be able to help you avoid such fates or better yet, remove your affliction. There's a first for everything after all. But I agree, perhaps we should get this meeting underway. Everyone's staring."

As Salem stepped out of his final class, he couldn't help but stretch out his arms and back. It was never his style to want to stay in such a posture or act so formally. He honestly didn't see how Aaron did it. It must've been exhausting. Nevertheless, Salem didn't want Lilie to go through it alone, so he signed up for the same course so that they may at the very least be able to help stave off the boredom that was no doubtedly going to come from showmageship. As he was packing his bag, he noticed she left with rather a bit of haste, hardly saying her farewells as she bolted out the door. Salem couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the display, deciding he would ask her about it later. Whatever it was, he'd hate to be the reason she was late to it.

"Well...there goes that for any afternight plans." Salem let out a little sigh as he slung his bag over his shoulder and began to make his way out. His steps paused as the morning mist curled around his ankles, cooling him instantly as the cold bite served to wake him up. He found himself leaning up against the walls of the building, thinking of home for a brief moment. The mornings spent slipping out into the greenhouse as he found a hidden spot amongst the foliage and read. There were times he attempted to use his magic to affect the flowers growing around him. But he hadn't known what to do yet, how to manipulate the flowers and make them grow. Now here he was, at the Noila Academy, taking classes with a Starag no less. It was weird, but it felt as a way to show just how far he'd come.

Salem rolled his shoulders, pushing himself off of the wall and pulling out his phone. Lilie was busy, Aaron no doubtedly licking a boot, he hoped that Max wasn't too preoccupied. He opened up his phone, noticing he was the last person he'd messaged, wondering how it is that Max happened to be receiving more messages than Lilie had from him. Hey, hope today wasn't too bad for you. I got to do a bit of Transmuting today, and learned how to shrink objects. Apparently it can be extremely dangerous *shrugs*

Maddie ruffled from under one of his coat flaps and pulled out the lamp he had found before. "I mean, I found this lamp. I don't know if it's a genie lamp or anything but...maybe you two can figure it out." He held the lamp up, showing it to the Hatter and the Cat so that they could inspect it as needed. Though Maddie was certain there was no magic in that old oil lamp of his. His attention was drawn over towards Willow as she asked how they would sneak into the castle, and Maddie began to think. "What're the chances that the old Wookie Prisoner trick would work?"

Maddie didn't know how heavily guarded the palace was. Or exactly how things were run in this world. But perhaps one of them could pose as a magic user that had been captured and the others as guards who were bringing them in. His biggest concern was, what if Jafar just killed them on sight. When Colby asked if they were stealing magic items, Maddie couldn't help but chuckle and roll his eyes as he gently elbowed him in the side. "You find out you're a cat and suddenly you wanna be a cat burglar? Then again…" Magic items would be nice in the fight against Maleficent.

Demetri hadn't expected Nancy to act the way she did. His hands went from his sides straight towards his ears as her voice boomed around the arena, hurting his ears and making his knees want to buckle beneath his own weight. Her words came like rolling waves, feeling every syllable through his body as it rattled inside his chest. He couldn't see the flames in her eyes, his back having been turned to her and facing Zeke, using his visage to muster the strength to stay here and fight, even with the tears beginning to form in his eye from the incredible sound.

Cassian didn't bother shielding his ears as Nancy blew up. He didn't wish to show any weakness, to give her even an inch of ground. He stared her down, matching the reflection of the flames in her eyes with a glint of purple flames in his. His hand never moved from his pipes as Nancy dangerously crossed a line with the child of Dionysus. He held a lot of pride for the children of the gods, regardless of how he acted towards them. Regardless of his resolve however, hebwas forced to place his hands up towards his ears in an attempt to block the sounds. Cass wanted to curse Nancy, to give her madness that reflected her anger. Fortunately for her, Noah had stepped in and used her voice to ease everyone down. Cassian felt his finger twitch on his weapon before his shoulders relaxed and he felt a lot of the tension drain from them.

Demetri didn't know what Niah was doing, but suddenly he didn't feel as tense. He didn't have the anxiety that was welling inside him as much. Nancy's booming voice had subsided and he was able to give his hands and ears a break for just a moment. He let out a sigh of relief before Madalyne threw in the news of her lycan curse. Demi's sigh got caught halfway in his throat. He didn't consider her answer by any means. But he knew it was his own father's doing that she now inherited it. Her words cut him like knives, as if she was blaming him for everything that was happening to her. He wanted to escape. Needed to escape. But Zeke had already said his piece and left, most others seemed to be by their friends or family and Demetri felt truly alone at that moment.

He looked towards Bryan when Zeke said Demi needed some healing. Shaking his head softly to tell him no before simply going to grab the box Zeke had tossed to the ground and tucking it beneath his arm as he made his way towards the fire. At this moment everyone seemed so at home surrounded by one another, he felt like an outsider. Even Zeke had gone and sought comfort with someone else leaving him alone. So Demi searched for a spot where he wouldn't bother anyone, sat down, and remained quietly in his own head.

"Your curse is unfortunate that's for sure. But you're not destined to die in The Pit. Prophecies can be changed, or have hidden meanings that we don't understand yet. Your journey may not end there, it may just be beginning. So while I understand your reasoning for not having told us of the Eidelons, it doesn't excuse your entire camp. You have runners and messengers for that very reason. It takes only but a second and could easily save lives." Cassians tone was flat and very matter of factly. It was sure he felt sorry for Mady but her excuse didn't excuse the rest of the Romans who were now more and more showing how big of a threat they were to Camp Half-Blood. "I wouldn't mind making an oath right now to ensure secrets aren't kept anymore." He eyed Niah, as if to gauge how she felt about his proposition.
