"I tea party sounds nice." The words felt forced as they left his mouth. As if the weight of each syllable was more than the last. It was a hard thing to consider. Saving multiple realms, stopping dark fae, avoiding beheadings, the wrath of a Genie, and who knows what else. The more Maddie learned about this world and its villains the more he began to wonder if Merlin was enough. He'd expected evil like Lady Tremaine, or Clayton, not magic beyond belief, dragons, and beings whose only limit to power was the number three. But he wanted to be hopeful, he had to be. Maddie wasn't sure how to continue forwards, until a thought crossed his mind.

If all those against them had such powers, well certainly their heroes had to have something to match. Sure everyone roots for the underdog, but they couldn't all be underdogs. "Hatter. Dad. Erm. So Cheshire can, do that thing…" Maddie said as he made a gesture that looked like smoke. "Others have the M word" He whispered, still afraid someone may turn them in "Do you have something? Special hats? The ability to avoid being beheaded? Something?"

The light coloring of pink began to burn a bright red as the streaks of color ran across his face. Clearly Zeke had gotten a good night's sleep because he was being bold even for himself. Demetri didn't even know what to say in response as he watched Krisitin coming over to join them. He took a long drink from his cup, giving himself time to fight back the blush before interacting with her and using the cup to hide his face for a moment. Torn between emotions, elated for the rescue of another person, but also annoyed at the sudden interruption of what was currently happening, Demetri was now seeing the consequences of his actions unfurl before him. "Besides. I get into enough trouble as is, well...when I get caught. But we aren't breaking any rules that haven't already been broken. Leda and Kiera sit with each other all the time."

Demi couldn't make heads or tails over the conversation. Was Kristin trying to get at something? Or was she just checking up on the latest choking hazard? Either way he wasn't quite sure he liked it. "Eh, as good as any kid of Zeus could be." Suddenly his heart gripped and he glanced over towards Andy. He was better than a kid of Zeus could be. He wasn't going on a quest. His hand gripped his drink tightly, pushing it away before beginning to eat. His attention called back as Zeke began to choke at the mention of Janelle. Demi couldn't help but snicker, both at the display and seeing that even Zeke hadn't thought this all through. Though the fact that she could still illicit such a response to him made him jealous on all accounts and so Demi irrationally and subconsciously kicked the side of Zeke's foot with his own, matching it with a look.

Cassian stuck his tongue out at Dean as he remarked about him catching a cold. It was an old superstition his mother had held onto from her days of being young. Apparently grandmother would constantly chastise her whenever she left her hair wet as opposed to wrapping it up into a towel. Even demi-gods have to look out for their health, he supposed. When Dean mentioned he'd been on a quest before, Cassian immediately sat up, propping one leg onto his bed as he turned to face his brother. Of course all of that excitement melted partially away as his brother let him know most all the details had been forgotten. At first Cassian assumed it was another mundane quest, until Dean mentioned The Labyrinth and The Minotaur. He bit his lower lip in thought for a moment. "I can't even naturally control vines. Need help from dad's gift...That's so cool though!"

As Dean got off the bed, Cassian adjusted and followed suit. He'd never had siblings growing up, and being here and exchanging stories with his brother made him feel more at home. He could listen for hours about their tales and adventures and never grow bored, just longing for the day to get his chance. But that would have to wait, as his stomach growled in protest for having missed morning tea and demanded they get something soon. "Food sounds great. I'm starved." Cassian went past Dean's bed and towards his, grabbing a jacket that hung off the side and slung it onto himself. He adjusted the buttons and tightened his gloves as he trailed behind Dean.

Maddie wasn't sure how to take all of this. In his mind every story was a separate world. Much like how reading individual books brought you to a new land. Merlins portals had certainly made him reinforce that thought, though he supposed in a land devoid of planes and cars portals was the fastest way to travel, especially undetected. But here he was, having lunch with his father, Cheshire, and Aurora, and he was being told that there might be a point in place where four separate stories touched land and that Camelot may have a road that led to Wonderland. His head was spinning with questions, as he was certain the others were too.

Maddies thoughts came to a halt when he heard the news about Willow's father. Though he himself wasn't quite certain what to say. He didn't raise her nor did she have any lasting memories to his knowledge. How was one to feel about a stranger's death whose blood ran through their veins. Maddie decided that now wasn't the time to dwell on such thoughts and pushed towards a new topic. Colby had already begun as well as Willow, but what would kids be if not a never-ending wealth of questions to bombard their parents with. "What was it like before all this?...I'd like to hear what we have to look forward to. Friends, family, what sort of games they play in Wonderland. How you spent your Sunday mornings, your favorite breakfast food, what the sun looks like over the whimsy of the world…" He didn't dare look up from the table as he asked his questions, holding Colbys hand strong.

Max's smile froze for a moment as Casper replied to Jack. He choked on his spit in a fit of shock, giving Casper a curious look. He didn't say anything at the moment, not daring to tempt Caspers horrid ADHD mind and getting him off track. He watched as Casper shuffled the cards, listening to what the reading would be about so that he could better interpret what he was seeing. Max still had no clue as to how this all worked fully, but there was rarely an easy way to tell Casper no. As Casper finished up, Max took the cards and placed them onto the table, giving the mutant a leveled look. "This doesn't mean you get to blow me. You can forward that payment to James if you'd like."

Max placed his left hand over the deck, hesitating for a moment as he wondered and feared as to what the cards might tell. He placed three cards down from the top of the deck from left to right. All the cards were faced down and Max took a deep breath to calm himself. He didn't know why, but the idea of telling the future for people he cared about terrified him. He flipped the first card, their past. Instantly he noticed the grim specter that hunched in the center of the card. There was an odd sense of serenity however in his face. He sat watching a flower that appeared to be blooming. The card signified change as best as Max could tell. The ending of an old life as they watched a new one bloom before them.

Max's shoulders relaxed as he looked on the first card, though their past was hardly a secret. He flipped the middle card to signify their present. Had the card been upright, he would've seen a confident young man, skillful in what he was doing. However the card's reversed image pushed Max to believe it meant the opposite. Unease and a lack of planning riddled the new image. As if they had been procrastinating having this very talk to each other. For a moment Max wondered if Casper was afraid of what James had to say on the matter, or vice versa. He flipped the final card, there was a woman sitting down with scales in her left hand and a sword on the right. An owl sat perched to her side staring straight at the reader.

Max believed he knew what it told him and that made him rest a little easier. There was equality and fairness to be had in their future. Wherever they were to end up, they would both be happy and accepting of the decision. "Still kinda new at this ok but here it goes. The first card we can kind of glance past. It's your past, it shows change and renewal but we already knew all that. The second is your present. There's a sense of unease or procrastination on this subject. Maybe you should talk to James about the future you want. Try to hear each other out and not put the subject off for too long. Finally we have the final card, your future. Now, know that the future is paved by your actions now. It can change at any moment to how you two wish it to be, but all things considered...you'll both be happy where you land. I see nothing but equality and fairness for you two, I can't say if you'll be here or back on the mainland or whatever. But what I can say is wherever you end up, you'll of made that decision together."

Harry rolled his eyes slightly as Andy said they were just friends. He wasn't one to pry in others' lives, and if he was being honest he'd hardly paid much attention to the new kids at all. But if he had to wager just purely based on how they were sitting and spending their time together, he'd say they were in the early stages of romance. Now whether or not either of them realised it yet was a completely different story. Harry couldn't help but chuckle and smile at Sunshines remarks. She wasn't wrong of course, but her bluntness certainly helped to bring up others' walls he guessed. "Were you this open with your feelings when you first met Marrow? Or did you say you were just friends?" Harry teased.

He watched out of the periphery of his vision as Casper continued his antics. Full glad that Max was entertaining his ideas and allowing Casper to be concentrated on a singular task. It didn't however do anything to dampen the amount of sexual stories the boy told. But Casper was nothing if not a delight to be around. For the most part Harry was watching the four girls before him, but he kept glancing to his side, interested in seeing the reading. He'd only ever been to a psychic once before. Asking for what now seemed like such silly ideals as he sat there with a weird found family he could call home. He didn't care for what the psychic had said back then, bit now...it was beginning to make sense.

Demi stepped out of the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist as he grabbed another and started drying his hair with it. Once he stopped, he looked towards the mirror noticing his curls had decided to come out in full force that day. He frowned slightly, wishing he didn't have to bother with them today. Demetri wiped the fog off the mirror, noticeably looking at the spots where Zeke had kissed him. One hand drifting softly towards his lips as he decided to try something different and new today. The brown coloration of his eye began to shift away, leaving only their natural electric blue. On one hand it would match his new enchanted eye, on the other hand...Zeke liked the more natural him.

Demi looked at himself for a moment, sighing as he thought to himself, unable to shake the goofy grin on his face. He finished getting ready, going out into the common area and pressing his boot against the walls of the cabin as he began to lace them up. "Morning Andy, how was Hades' cabin? You know, aside from not having a glaring statue of dad looming about." He continued to lace his shoes, standing up when ready as he walked by the girls bathroom so she could hear him better. "I'll catch you at breakfast! You can tell me all about it there!" He threw on a coat for the cold and made his way out and towards the Dining Pavilion.

Demetri looked down for most of the walk, not daring to see if any campers gave him concerned looks after Coach Hedges show this morning. He started to pick up the pace, walking quickly as the cold air began biting at his cheeks, wishing he was already sitting and having a warm meal to help fight the chill of the day. Demi went through the same motions as always, grabbing his tray with plate and goblet as a full English breakfast emerged onto his dish and warm apple cider filled the cup. He was feeling rather generous that morning, offering a sausage to the fire for Zeus, much more than the fat he usually tossed in there, and turned to head towards his table. When he saw Zeke sitting at it he froze. His eyes drifted from place to place trying to see if he somehow got turned around. But there was Apollos' table clear as day, full of his children sitting about eating.

Demis' hands began to shake slightly, and he couldn't tell if it was from the cold or nerves but he needed to get a grip. He let out a short sigh before marching towards his table and sitting across from Zeke. He didn't make eye contact at first, keeping his gaze downcast as he stared at his plate afraid that if he looked up Zeke would be gone or laughing. When he finally looked up, his electric blue eyes met Zeke's. "Are you lost?" A light color of blush ran through Demetri’s cheeks as he looked at him.

Cassian felt the small prod against his head and turned to face his brother with a smile. [Color=CC00CC]"Just Coach Hedge having a field day with some violators. Seems Ezekiel spent the night over at Demetri’s, or at the very least was there early enough to make it appear that way to the old Satyr. Cass shrugged as he got up from his spot, finishing his tea and heading over towards Dean. He pulled a nearby towel and placed it on Dean's head, scrunching it a bit to soak some of the liquid. "I slept well, you on the other hand won't be if you keep your hair wet like that in this weather. You'll catch a cold." He said as he gave his sibling a playful but leveled look.

Cassian sat down at the edge of Dean's bed, swinging his feet back and forth as he glanced back out towards the window. "Feels a little selfish at times you know? I get to stay here where it's relatively safe and sleep well with hardly a nightmare while three...or nine in this case, others have to go off and risk their lives for our safety. All while being plagued by dreams of what's to come so they can't even sleep well. Then again...it feels selfish to wish to be one of them too. But I doubt a child of D would get picked for a quest unless it's cultivating fine grapes or something mundane like that." His feet began to sway slower, each moving at opposite times as he turned to look at Dean again.

Max blushed slightly when Casper offhandedly mentioned Ben thought he was cute. He'd never really had any guys express any interest in him before, so hearing that small bit of validation sent rose colored splashes against his cheeks. A part of him thought it was fitting that the first guy to display any interest would be dead, invisible, and intangible, but hey that was kind of his life now and Ben seemed like a cool guy from the brief glimpses he'd gotten of him. "Thanks Ben, you look cute everyday so that isn't fair." Max said, sticking his tongue out in a teasing manner. This was exactly the kind of distraction that he needed, until Casper brought his attention back towards the cards.

"Nothing I haven't heard before unfortunately. Just that I'm the only thing standing between me and my potential and that I need to figure out what part of me is holding myself back so that I can press forward. Heard the speech enough from my father but now I guess even fate is yelling it at me." Max sighed. Back in WandaWorld he had met Jack and Casper in New Orleans, both of which seemed very at home there. If Casper retained his memories of his past other life, he could see why he'd be interested in a reading. From what Max had heard there were shops all around the French District that practiced in magic. "Sure, uh...kinda new to all this but I think you need to shuffle the cards while asking your question out loud. Focus on what you're asking and nothing else." Max pulled the deck out once more and handed the cards to Casper to shuffle.

Harry couldn't help but keep his smile going. How the appearance of one person could change a whole table's mood was outstanding. Everyone's spirits changed, getting more excited and energetic just by having him around. "Sorry to hear it sucked. With a name like Ghost Hawaii I'd hoped it'd be much more pleasant." Harry began to actually eat his food, not simply playing around with it as he felt a weight lifted. "Hey, that's not fair. Jack can literally shift himself to look how he wishes, who says that butt isn't fake?" He said playfully, pointing his fork where he believed Ben to be.

A blueberry hung at the edge of the tongs, just for a moment as Harry motioned towards Ben, before plopping it into his mouth. He looked over towards the others, Sunshine and Marrow seemed to be doing just fine while Zari and Andy looked to be getting interrogated by Sunshines bold questions. He never knew her to hold much back, and it appeared it extended to this as well. He rolled his eyes slightly as he continued to eat his food. Wondering what life was like for her as they were all frozen. Had anyone probed into her relationship? Would she have openly admitted it at first? Or simply challenged anyone who dared ask about it to a fight. He could only imagine the amount of kids with coughs and colds for daring to bring it up in the early honeymoon stages of love.

Maddie frowned as he thought of the idea that his ancestral land had been invaded and mutilated by Maleficent. Cheshire and his father were both refugees then, on the lam from the latest tirade. He squeezed Colbys hand tightly under the table as he got distracted by the thought. He was about to ask more when a waiter came by and tried asking for their orders. Everyone was quick to order their drinks, leaving Maddie with the anxiety of being the last to speak and essentially holding the waiter there until he made up his mind. Glancing at the menu there weren't many beverage options if you didn't want alcohol, and after the last time he'd had some, Maddie decided he didn't care to drink it again.

"O-oh. Um. I-I'll h-have the w-water too p-please." He wasn't sure what a lot of the dishes were, but luckily he'd have some time to figure that out since all the waiter was doing was getting a drink order to start. Maddie read the menu a few times over, deciding that whatever a Shakshuka was, sounded like it couldn't be all bad. He waited for the waiter to be out of ear shot, holding his breath slightly until he finally let go with a light sigh. He wanted to ask each of them a question, but wasn't sure of how to phrase it. "So...are all the lands connected? O-or...h-how's that w-work?" Maddie squeezed Colbys hand again, this time a bit more gently. Cursing his nerves for getting the better of him as he'd thought his speech impediment had been getting better.

Demi hadn't actually expected Zeke to take him up on his offer. He couldn't quite place it, but something felt different this time with Zeke. As if something had changed in him but Demi couldn't quite place his finger on it. His thoughts were quickly scattered as he watched Zeke's reaction to their cabin. He'd seen Hecate's, Hephaestus's and had paid visits to other cabins before. Compared to those, this cabin felt empty and cold, while theirs felt homey, and warm. He hadn't been to Apollo's cabin yet, but he could only imagine how different the Sun Gods cabin would be. Demetri was glad for the company, having spent the night talking to Zeke until they were finally exhausted enough to fall asleep. Zeke gave him a kiss goodnight and that just threw Demi over the moon.

He went to bed happy, and smiling from ear to ear. Demi was used to the sound of thunder, finding it comforting as his hometown had a lot of storms themselves. When morning came there was a loud banging on his door. Demi groaned and placed his pillow over his head to block out the sound. Big mistakeI. The doors flew open, letting in the bitter cold wind of winter into the cabin. Demi curled more into his blankets, pulling them tight to keep himself warm. He didn't move the pillow until he heard muffled screaming, lifting it just in time to get hit by a bat a few times before it switched over to Zeke. "I thought the rule was that a guy and a girl can't be alone in a cabin? What gives?" To be fair, Demi hardly paid attention to the rules, seeing them more like guidelines.

Demetri was quickly quieted by a Rogue pillow flying towards his face. There was a soft thud before it landed back onto his lap. "You saying you didn't have fun?" he replied sarcastically as he rubbed the pained spot where the bat found its purchase. His cheek warmed up where Zeke kissed him, his hand now moving towards the spot as if he couldn't believe it was happening. He hadn't asked, or pestered, or said a word. Zeke just...did it. Demi sat in stunned silence for a while, his hand still pressed against the spot where Zeke kissed him. He stared blankly towards the closed door and he just said to himself softly "Yeah...see you at breakfast" After a minute passed his eyes shot wide as he realized he was meeting Zeke for breakfast, or were they meant to just see each other?

Either way he needed to get ready and dressed. He stood up from bed, wearing a long grey sweater that came just above his knees, and shorts that were hidden beneath the top. He hurriedly made his way over towards his chest, pulling out black ripped jeans, a pair of Doc Marten's with purple ladder laced laces, a grey shirt and black laced button up with skull motifs before making his way to the bathroom to get ready for what could be the most exciting breakfast he's had in a while.

Cassian was enjoying the quiet of the morning, taking advantage of the sleeping campers to enjoy a bit of me time. It was a bit hard to do with all his siblings, and campers alike. But just as he was about to take a sip from his tea cup he spotted a rather rotund satyr heading towards Cabin one. Zeus's Cabin. He scooted forward from his bed, ensuring he didn't spill a drop before finally standing up and moving closer towards a window. The heat from the tea made spots of fogged glass that Cassian quickly wiped away. He'd never seen a satyr so worked up, his head spinning at what one of the two children of Zeus could've done to rile him up. He watched for a little longer, taking a sip from his tea as the yelling started, and wincing at how loud it all was.

Cassian had no care for the children of the Big Three, but even this was too embarrassing for them. He winced at the thought, wondering if Hedge would pull them out by the ear. Or perhaps he was yelling at the lanky brother for not having taken Andy's place. Soon enough the shouting died down and Hedge left. Leaving Cassian wondering what just happened. He could hear what all had been exchanged, but he remained in his seat by the window now, enjoying his drink as he thought of what he'd just seen. Moments later he saw the door open again, but it wasn't who he expected to be leaving. Ezekiel Kel of cabin 7, child of Apollo and known antagonizer of Demi. It'd be a bit of a walk before he hit his cabin, and he'd pass several others most likely in the walk of shame. But it just made Cassian look forward to breakfast so that he could ask what was going on.

Maddie followed behind the rest of the group as they made their way outside. He took a look at the stalls as they walked by. Eyeing the textiles and different patterns and flashes of colors that made this fairytale world much more unique, or at the very least more unique than Kansas. The carts slowly shifted from clothing towards food, with exotic fruits peppering the stalls. Maddie wanted to try each and every one, debating on reaching out and attempting his luck to grab one of the more interesting looking foods. He did, however, decide not too, knowing that it could jeopardize their mission and were going to grab food regardless.

"Any chance we can try and grab some of these foods either where we're going or come back to try them?" Once they finally made it towards the restaurant he noticed the people staring at them, but since none of them acted upon their looks he decided not to pay them any mind. He was interested in what Willow was asking, curious to know how long they had been here in Agrabah. "How'd you get here too?"

Max had spent the past few days obsessing over the idea of bringing their fallen friends back. He still felt that nagging pain in the back of his mind, Waverly's voice asking him when enough would be enough? How can he decide who can and cannot be brought back. He couldn't help but shake his leg in agitation as he sat down near Casper, hands laced together with his chin resting atop them. There was still so much he didn't know, so much he had to ask. But he couldn't fully trust Selene yet, and he wasn't sure how well Strange would react to this idea of tampering with life. He could almost hear his voice chastising him and explaining the unknown variables of how it could comically affect the world or something.

After a moment, Max had decided to sit back and pull out a deck of cards that were awaiting him in his room. He couldn't read the words on them, but the pictures spoke volumes to him. He pulled out the major ones, shuffling them several times before he finally stopped and placed the deck onto the table. His left hand reached for the first card and placed it in front of him on the left. The next card placed to its right, and then the final placed to its right. It was the only spread he'd ever seen, knowing from left to right it was past present and future. As far as he knew the cards were all up to interpretation.

He flipped the first card, his eyes immediately drawn first to the swirls of wind that drifted out of a well. It gave him a sense of creativity, of opportunistic hope as if the well itself was giving it onto him. The second card was one he'd seen before. The hanged man. The image was of a young blonde boy not unlike himself, holding a rope that hung over a branch and was tied around his ankles. The card felt as if it was telling him he was holding himself back. That he needed to let go of something now in order to create a better future. Max's stomach twisted, worried as to what it might mean at the moment, before turning the final card. His eyes didn't leave the image, almost as if the card itself was staring right back at him asking him a very important question. The judgemental look upon the horned creature's face staring blatantly at him asking him what is holding him back from achieving his goals?

For a moment there was a slight burn around his wrist. An illusion of fear reminding him of his mistakes as he now found himself looking at the place where his hand had been previously separated. Max cleared his throat, gathering the cards up once again and placing them back into a small leather pouch. He could hear his own voice asking him over and over. What's holding you back? Luckily for Max, Casper was an excellent distraction as his plate shattered on the table and Casper began to make a fool of himself. "Good to have you back Ben. It's been quiet without you." Sure he couldn't hear a response, but he figured it was polite to do so all the same.

A part of Harry felt a bit insulted. Here he was, Genosha's Hero, and still they chose Dazzler over him as a performance. Granted, he wasn't particularly in the mood to be up on stage given the past few days. He'd gone to see one of the telepaths to try to get some help, Waverly's loss hitting him as if he'd lost his own child. A few times he'd thought about reaching out to David, see how he was doing after everything and potentially grab some lunch. But Harry didn't want David to see him this way, it wouldn't be fair to him. He had been locked up for who knows how long, and shortly after release there's a mass attack?

Harry poked a few blueberries around on his plate with his fork. Watching as they rolled about and stealing glances towards the performers. "They're trying too hard to lift the spirits. They should've gone with a ballad or something that could resonate with the mutants feelings. I'm sure at least Dazzler can feel it. The melancholy song that each mutant's heart is giving out right now. As if they're wanting so hard to move forward but the weights of the past and holding them down." Harry pressed his fork into one of the berries, watching as it squished under the pressure before plopping it into his mouth. When Caspers plate crashed, a spray of whipped cream had graced Harry's cheek. Quickly wiping it off with a smile as he heard Ben had finally come back. That was one of the biggest weights off his shoulders now. Too long had the number been 198 mutants. But to Harry it felt as if it was 199, the last having been all his fault. "Ask him how Ghost Hawaii is."
