Physical Description
Standing at about five foot eight, this woman has dark brown hair and blue eyes. She is usually adorned in jeans and a sweater of some sort. While it varies, her shoes don't as they stick to basic black combat boots. She has a jack port in the back of her neck and appears to be of average build.
Psyche
Bubbly, witty, humorous. Not always there but sometimes there, this cyber crimes detective usually talks way too much and is overly friendly. Always eager to prove herself, she throws herself at the forefront of investigations and inquiries. Usually the odd one out, or the loud one. This depends on the situation, but she always offers her take on things. Requested or not.
Motivation
The mayor specifically asked for a net runner from cybercrimes, most detectives didn't want to give up their post (as they might not get it back.) Fields took the spot, because staying in one spot isn't really her thing - plus it's the mayor! Who could say no - really, who could?

This millennial showed up to the force three years ago as a patrol officer, she recently made detective a year ago and started off in cyber crimes. She's estimated to be 21-22 years old, and she's from Detroit. Outside of that little information is known.

Lieutenant Nicholas Tyrell

Physical Description
A stick of a person, Nicholas stands at about five foot five. He is of a decent build but he's probably the smallest person at the station. He has a thick brown beard and a receding brown hair line, for thirty-five the man seems to be doing okay. He's adorned in a formal DPD uniform, reserved for parade.
Psyche
Serious, strict. He pulls no punches and spits no bullshit, he has a get the job done kind of attitude and doesn't diddle around. While his personality is reserved, he's rumored to open up to the personnel he's closer to. But, it's just a rumor.
Motivation
He was assigned by Commissioner Darcy and Mayor Gallant to lead and form the task force.

Personal History
Born in the South Side of Detroit, Tyrell always strived to get out of poverty. His family was stricken with debt, and the loan sharks on the South Side spare no mercy for nobody. Organs would be taken if his family couldn't make the deadline, when the DPD decided to take a crack at the gangs on the South Side Tyrell found himself an information which led to convictions and those debts owed were never collected on. While he never found himself in the company of those people again, he knew he had a target on his back.
When he was twenty he joined up with DPD and made his way through patrolman to a specialized division, homicide where he spent ten years on the job there. He spent a year as a patrolman before being promoted, on his eleventh year he made Lieutenant and was appointed as second in command of the Central Precinct.

Physical Description
A lenky six foot man in a turtleneck and a pair of cargo pants, this laid-back man is rather skinny. His skin is pale and he appears to have various augments on his arms and head, while subtle it's noticeable to those with a keen eye.
Psyche
Quiet, reserved and a man of few words. When he does speak it's to engage in an intelligent discussion or to respond when necessary. He is calculated, methodical and sometimes cold. Michaels does not open up, and stays professionally to the needle point.
Motivation
Assigned to the team to maintain and manage mental stress and prevent and subdue any signs of cyber psycosis.

Physical Description
Standing at a solid 6'7, Moore appears to be of a muscular build. He wears baggy clothing and is adorned in various gang attire and insignias, cyber tattoos and regulars ones as well. His hair is wild, his clothing is questionable and his gear is definitely not police issue.
Psyche
Violent, Paranoid, Loud would describe Moore. He dosen't trust too many people, maybe it's because he spent so much time investigating the games he became a gangster himself. He's still is useful and that's why DPD pulled him out, which kinda ruined their investigation but if they were going to hit all the gangs they might aswell get his help. Resentful of the pull out, Moore is bitter to his superiors.

Pulled out of under cover work to advise the team on the gangs of Detroit.

Where fiction begins and facts stops is unclear, on the news Moore has always been a small time crook. He just happens to be a cop, where he turned into a Detective or informant is unclear. But he's always been a big name, just not everyone knows he works for the police. A South Side gangster, the man has seen alot of blood and crime but it dosen't stop him from being a good cop.
