For a brief moment Ian addressed her and introduced himself by what she assumed was his first name. Giving a piece of wisdom she nodded respectfully but did not quite understand what he had meant. Glancing at the naga for a moment he had run off to speak with the one next to her. How rude, but no matter. The town wasn't so big that she wouldn't see him again. Though given that they were right next to her she would be able to hear everything. Besides Simon had responded to her so that would suffice for social interaction. "Yes I see that. I was not expecting it to be this crowded when I left the library this morning." Before too much else could be said he was off again. But just as before she paid no mind.

When Albert came over and asked what she wanted she paused. She still did not understand the draw of coffee and did not know which one would be better over another. After ordering a coffee from the manu she headed out with it in hand. Really, she should know a bit better what could have added in has attempt. Coffee was not a big thing in France during the 1800s. But sugar should be a given.

For a moment her expression got tight as she tried not to have an outburst. This woman was unreasonable. Sighing she looked up at the sky for a moment before turning back to Phoebe. "I can't answer your question because anything I say will be wrong. I'll not bother you any longer." Walking away she put a finger up to her ear. "Hold your positions but stay out of sight. People are on edge here and don't need any more problems." Getting confirmation on her orders she looked slightly defeated and avoided anyone else nearby. "No they don't want our help. If you knew that why did you send me? ...Right. Yes Sir." Shaking her head she walked back over to her bike and leaned against it slightly which put her facing the destruction. "Now I just wait for Nicholas I guess. Taking his good sweet time."

Estella and Kagerou

Smiling Estella was glad that she was able to help. After a moment she had remerged from the water and she filtered it into a container. Kassy mentioned losing something and she was about to ask what it was when Storm answered the question in her head. "Oh, thank you Ororo." She had spoken out loud, though she hadn't meant to. It drew the attention of Kagerou.

"Ororo? Have you seen her?" More confused than anything she attempted to locate Storm with her abilities but couldn't. "Are you alright Estella? You seem to be talking to yourself." Looking a bit concerned the alien woman shook her head. Had she really spoken out loud? This was going to trickier than she thought. "What? Oh no no I'm fine. Mostly fine. I just... I extracted Storm's consciousness before she..." The woman had gone to looking at the missing device that Kassy had but when Estella had mentioned extracting a mind she turned her head toward her. "What are you saying? Where did you put her?" Sighing Estella pointed to her head. "I'm going to skip lecturing you on how dangerous that can be and ask you this. Can I talk to her?"

Accepted. The pacing is left up to each roleplayer, so it shouldn't be a problem provided it doesn't cause problems for any faster paced interactions *which I doubt it will*

I think the ability to take a nuke to the face is pretty OP. Unless that's all the character can do, and is still killed by the ensuing radiation... Which would make it the most impractical power ever.

In theory I have made a character in the past that could survive but isn't particularly strong, just really hard to kill. Death is not the only way to beat or stop someone. Gotta think outside the box.
