Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

There's the OOC I hope it turned out well. I made a large list of starter NPC's that I've been thinking over for a bit and there will be a few more heroes and villains that will show up as well but those will be revealed later. If you have any more ideas for the CS section or the OOC in general tell me and I'll try to add them in. I'm going to be adding my character into the CS section before he's finished but that's only because I'm GM. Everyone else should put theirs into the OOC before the character section as said in the rules.
Prologue - Heroes of Might!

Musutafu City, Japan a booming town filled to the brim with potential. Heroes from all parts of the world come here to train and grow stronger! Today is a blistering 89 degrees with the sun shining all around them! It's a Wednesday with many people staying in-doors. Some heroes are up and about but many have opted to stay out of the heat and passively respond to events. Many of the fire based heroes are off doing their jobs due to their natural resistance to heat helping deal with the weather, and water based heroes are helping keep any fires that are starting from either common accidents, the heat, or villains. For their part the villains aren't causing too much trouble today for fear of getting chased down by the horde of stand-by heroes. Besides that in U.A classes are currently on field trips or training in their yards. Overall it would seem to be rather normal day today despite the heat.

----

TV News: The Crimson Nova has spoken up today about the sudden surge in heat saying he believes it too be the work of a super villain. Citing that just two days ago there were no signs of the heat increasing. He also states that the villain in question is most likely just some amateur villain testing out his skills and capabilities and he insists that he has members of his agency working to track down the culprit if there is indeed one.

In other news: U.A Student Kojima Hideaki known for his ice based powers is helping local elders keep cool in the heat. Teachers and fellow students praise his work ethic. Truly Heroic's Silver Sonic has defeated the super villain Shade earlier today during the opening hours of the morning after catching him in an underway subway tunnel on his way to the work. Unfortunately Shade has fled and is now on the run. Captain East was sighted early this week by an anonymous viewer. East has been on the run now for two years now. Former Hero and superstar it is still unknown what brought about his change in attitude though it is now clear he is not the man he used to be. There has been confirmed ten hero deaths by the hands of Captain East for the past year now. East's real name is Koji Urahara and his family still pleads ignorance of his current location. Anyone who approaches East is warned to proceed with EXTREME caution as there's no telling what he may do.

At Truly Heroic HQ many people are off preparing for their duties in their white halls. The building had very few colors outside of the grey and white tiles that covered most of the building. The occasional room had a carpet but nothing that would set aside from the ordinary. Silver Cloud was off looking for a specific set of super villains as he usually did while others were off training in the designated training fields, or eating. The agents that worked for Truly Heroic did their best to keep things under control and were off setting up meetings with news stations. Bizarrely enough though there were very few heroes actually doing anything heroic today. Most people were simply sitting down, enjoying the free air conditioning, or training.

===

At the Justice Society HQ located underground a building in an elaborately set up base many of the Justice Society members including head members Star Platinum, and The Cyber Shogun were preparing to track down a specific super villain. Many of the younger super heroes and cadet members wanted to go along however it seemed to be restricted to veteran members only. Many sidekicks, junior members, and lower ranked heroes were put on patrol duty or simply wandering around the 'real' hq upstairs which was a tall skyscraper with the letters 'JS' embroidered over it. Ronin Ice was the main member too actively not be on patrol and was known for his abilities as a incredible combatant in a control sense. He had once foiled an entire bank robbery without entering the front door. He was now organizing a training betting pool where off-duty society members were fighting in mock battles for the fun of it. Of course it would be scandalous to any of the upper class people but guys like Star were too busy working too find out. Otherwise people were wandering about absent mindly waiting for the inevitable call for a super villain to show up to ruin someone's day and call for someone to be rescued.

The Justice for All Agency was a small building a three story building with a handful of agents working in it, and only heroes at a time ever being there. The agency only had just recently developed a following over in America and right now they were still a no-name group in Japan especially with Truly Heroic, and the Protector's Initiative taking over contracts while Bold and Brazen took over the TV spot light. It was days like these that agents were simply waiting for opportunities to prove themselves. Head Agent Genji Watamote was having a hell of a day having not received a single contract he was beside himself with frustration even considering taking the agency out of the city at this rate. Their rival Hiro and Kenji Inc. who publicly funded heroes were even receiving more contracts then they were. White Light, also known as Harold Conroy by very close friends, and Ecto-Commando, a hero known for his ability to shift body parts into goo using his powers of ectoplasm Mimicry, sat in the bar drinking and waiting for their next job. His old friend Cassie, and Ronald had both gone out today too get something too eat. Personally Harold himself felt like staying in-doors. Even with his powers being prime for this type of environment he really didn't want to drag himself through the day. "Man ever feel like that day's just going to keep going on and on? Because today feels like it's just going to keep on going." grumbled Ecto as he drunk some juice from a cup. He wasn't into drinking like a lot of people were here. Cassie especially could hold her liquor better then most of the people in the agency. Harold nodded in agreement grunting to his partner. It would seem that today would be just as boring as ever.

Musutafu, Japan is a city ripe with potential and heroics. It is the home to the famous U.A Academy where top heroes from around Japan come to train and become members of heroics teams. Or many simply come to expand their fame among heroes such as The Silver Cloud, and The (Uncontrolled) Crimson Nova. Heroes foil villainous plots on a daily basis and crime, while high in the city due to the amount of people with quirks appearing every other day, is constantly quelled by the heroic peoples of the city. Various agencies stake the city out looking for new talents to bring into the fold as prospective new heroes. The main agencies of the city are: Bold and Brazen, Truly Heroic, The Justice Society, and The Protector's Initiative. They donate fortunes worth of money, and supplies to those who need help all around Japan and even make trips around the globe. Other than fame, fortune, and heroics there is very little draw to the city making it rather dangerous for the average person. However for the everyday citizen they get to interact with their hero idols and meet them on a daily basis something people all around the globe can only dream of doing.

This is where our story takes place in this city full of heroes and villains alike! A group of heroes who are protecting this city's average citizen! For fame, fortune, personal gratitude, or whatever reason fits your fancy you have chosen to defend this place from evil! However be warned that this job is not as glamorous, or as easy as it may appear. There are quite a few heroes up on the pecking order and even heroes from other countries are taking spotlight on the world stage! Recognition only comes once in awhile, and even then it is fleeting in the face of another hero showing up! Only those set up with an agency end up getting paid, and sometimes it's more trouble than it's worth! But that was what all your training was for wasn't it? To protect people and save other correct? Well enough of my blabbering let's get started shall we?!

Rules:
1. All standard roleplay rules apply including power, and meta playing. If you need to ask a question to the GM's do so.
2. All heroes must have a born quirk or no quirk at all. Things like the One for All aren't allowed.
3. Rivals, and personal villains are allowed without an character sheet BUT they must be passed through me personally.
4. Quirks need to be explained thoroughly. Weaknesses, strengths, limits, and how they work must be explained. The more complex the quirk the more info is needed. One can not just have 'water manipulation' for example. What can you manipulate? the air, just normal water, ice? Can you move small bodies of water or large? Can you breath in water? You get the point.
5. ALL characters must be accepted by the gm's before posting no acceptions. Failure to do so will end up with mods being notified. You may not post your character in the sheet section until the sheet is accepted in the OOC.
6. Length is expected the minimal post is about a paragraph and a half per post and at least two paragraphs for the character sheets if not more.

Just so you know I started on the ooc i'm just doing stuff on the side so it's taking a bit longer.
"Um wait what? You're not a chick? Then what's with the girl's stuff dude? I don't judge but that really seems weird if you don't mind me saying?" Heero said in surprise not really sure about what to say on the matter before Will turned over to Minto and looked her...or rather him up and down before shaking his head. "Yeah I don't see it sorry Minto. I mean even if you are a guy it doesn't really matter to us but it doesn't look like that's the case. Are you just shy about your looks for one reason or another?" Will asked trying his best to not stare at Minto while keeping a respectful amount of eye contact. He didn't want to make him think he was a freak but it was something neither he or presumably Heero were expecting. "Look we won't tell anyone just as long as you don't mind being honest with us." Heero said patiently but at the same time he raised an eyebrow over at Will.
I can only attain to the fact that I will post as often as I can I can't speak for the others.
Personality is used to have a hard lock on the characters likes, dislikes, and general ways the gm can use the character's feelings to manipulate how he or she would feel in an event or for specific character arc. You may disagree with it but I stand firm where I am. I am willing to let things slim down for personality if it is descriptive enough but that's something any person who's played Dungeons and Dragons knows is important. You can let a character develop over the story but they need a firm set of morals, ideals, and lines they're willing/not willing to cross.
The simple serene quiet of the plains of Dantooine were as expected, calming and soothing to the soul. Ken sat legs crossed and his face placid as he let the force do as it would with his body. His hands were laid flat out on his lap. His senses heightened and his emotions calm he felt the calm force of the light side wash over him. To his direct left sat his master whom had taken a much more by the book stance. It brought back memories simple ones but genuinely ones that young Ben didn't think he would ever forget. The day at Coruscant when he would finally receive a master. Master Nim praising his work ethic. The training among the wookies on their home world. Org and he simply sat together in silence. The need to catch up replaced by the remembrance of a familiar ritual. Two friends simply resting enjoying each other's company for what it was worth. Org would normally talk more but it seemed he sensed Ken's apprehension from earlier and had opted not to talk or ask about it. In Ken's mind it'd probably come up only if he wanted it too. Org only helped Ken when he asked for it. Training forced onto someone or words of wisdom not asked would be lost on a mind not seeking it out. Or at least that what Ken was taught by Nim before Org took the reins over on Ken's training.

Ken remembered the moment all too well. He was in his learner's outfit and he had gotten out of bed. He had no lightsaber at the time so he had walked around the temple with little else but his clothes on his back and a book in hand. However this time around he had finally be called upon with the other padawans to talk to their new masters. Ken had expected too be rejected. Too untrained, so much more to learn, and he hadn't even truly become well acquainted with Shii Cho. But he had quickly come to learn how to control the force however. It was hard to concentrate. Hard to levitate a chair like the ones in the council room. It was hard too let his emotions flow without constraint. Too let the force guide his hands and not his mind. But Ken had done better than his students. When he had finally entered the room the padawans met their masters some knew their new masters others didn't. He thought Nim would take him but he was wrong. He had gone up to Nim asked him and wondered why. A Weequay had approached him asked him his name. Confusion met with an uneasy pit in his belly Ken told the master his name. Org Gle was his. Gle told him he'd be the boss of him from now on and if he wanted to be a real jedi he'd need to train a lot harder. Excitement but sadness mixed he asked Nim Zhos why he'd not be training him. Nim told him Ken would do better under Org not him. Nim was not the right man for the job and besides Nim's personal feelings would get in the way. Ken was wary but curious he looked at the rough looking creature called Org. Org told him the days would be rough and hard and full of pain. But if Ken got through it he'd be a guy worth remembering. Ken was unsure. The duros grabbed him by the shoulder told him it would be for the best. Ken looked him in the eyes for a moment and the nodded. Then he bowed to his master and the man told him not to bow it was demeaning. Then he took him too a room for dueling and fought with Org for the better part of the day so the man could get a lock on how to start training. He earned many burns, bruises, and hurt that day. But he was better for it.
Alright just wanted to give that out before hand. I'll wait one more day before just going with idea 2 and then seeing how the roleplay progresses.
Alright well just as a forewarning these are typically the sheets I expect from a roleplayer. I tend to go a bit longer myself but ignoring my quentin richards on the sheet page this should give you a fair example of what I want.
