@ManyThingsI believe that is the case I'm not sure exactly what the others are doing but it seems like people are dragging their feet from my perspective. It took me one, maybe two days to finish that Jeanne sheet from the rp I made that for. It's been almost two weeks though and we're lacking a good portion of finished CS's.

@Tenma TendoYour character's backstory needs to expanded upon especially considering he's a eastern mage. The London Clocktower primarily deals in western magecraft. Is there any reason they specifically went out of their way to pick a young man like him over the numerous other more experienced magi out there aside from his absurd natural magical talent?

@CrystalApple I'll bury the hatchet and just let you keep the mind's eye thing at B rank which is C until studied. In my personal opinion it shouldn't be there but I'll give you some leeway.

However I'm still not sold on her being able to alter the memories of the people, or erase them. It basically could be used to cripple Red Faction the second any of their members makes a mistake. It also allows Assassin to basically force plot points of the storyline otherwise they'd be given nothing from their noble phantasm. On one hand it may even lead one of the enemy masters to flat out turn on Grey. I won't reveal why because it'd be a spoiler but the moment he/she loses the reason for why they're fighting for Grey is the moment they ask themselves 'why am I helping these people? They're not in my moral spectrum', and thus inerts one of Red's prime mages. The reason you're trying to give is for members of our faction, since you don't know the enemy faction as of yet, but for the most part red faction operates more on the aggressive side.

If you take out the memory wiping, and just have him deal magical 'stab' damage against enemies (as long as it's not automatically fatal) along with the healing factor I'll be fine with it. As while it sounds good on paper for assassin in the line of the plot it could be used to irreparably damage red faction if he can find the enemy masters. Because if I accept this how it is then I'm going to have to try to roll around with the fact that assassin is capable of taking out memories which is one of a handful of reasons canon Jack the Ripper is not allowed besides her (jack's) instant kill phantasm.

@XmasForJuanAs a matter of fact I do find this rude you could've brought this up in pm. It's quite clear you're not interested in joining this rp so that would've been a better alternative. However I believe myself to be a fair person so I'll throw my reasonings out there.

Ruler Jeanne has command seals, and can enforce her will on other individuals. She can also find out their names because of that class. Revelation is on her because of religious context backing her. Instinct does not go with Jeanne from my point of view, and there is no other suitable replacement for a skill that gives advice from god. Jeanne was known for using her 'wisdom from god' to turn the tide of war in France.

Saber is also considered the 'best' class in the holy war as stated multiple times in both Fate/Zero, and Stay Night. I believe it is also in many forms of media however I can't think of other examples off the top of my head at twelve at night. Jeanne herself isn't renown to be as fast as her statistic but her legend is renown around the world enough to give her a boost to that height. Most of her skills are taken directly from the ruler's wiki, and downgraded. As for her mana burst flame, and her status she is not a Lily. This is not Jeanne before she joined the military. This was Jeanne from the war but still aware of where her legend vaguely ends up at not unlike Alexander, or Giles. I would also throw Gilgamesh into that line but Kid Gil cheats with multiversal clairvoyance in the shape of a noble phantasm. More to the point the mana burst flame is a specific reference to her burning. While not the specific saint figure that burnt at the cross it is a key part of her legend. Having Jeanne without some reference to her burning in my opinion is out of place.

As for the mass amount of skills it is to make up for her lack of skill as a swordsman. In exchange for being a rather average, at best, swordsman her skills are meant to build up, and allow her to tank blows more efficiently. Revelation in combination with her other skills allow her to be a serious threat while still keeping up a strong defense. Without instinct of revelation she's a flag bearer poorly suited for this roleplay's saber role. As she is she plays a tank role essentially. This character has also received feedback from other players before. If for some reason the others wanted Jeanne gone, along with the various interesting conflicts that would appear because of her chosen red faction counterpart, then Lancelot Saber would've been present, or someone else.

@CrystalAppleGuile and Subterfuge shouldn't give an effect like Mind's Eye. Emiya, a counter guardian and extremely talented assassin himself, only has the skill available at B. While it comes with the handicap that they must be observed Assassin is purposely not going into a fight. While it is debateable if a skill like that should be part of a multi-subset skill then it should be at D, or C-.

As for the noble phantasm what does it do exactly? You have a great amount of detail but it doesn't exactly spell out what it does. More over I'm not comfortable with the notion of changing someone's legend. From what I'm looking at it it basically hand cuffs any servant that isn't divine, or Saber/Lancer/Rider which all three can be undone by simply managing to get close to, or using it on their master.

@Tenma TendoAlright then answer this: What do I get, the gm, out of telling you a bunch of trumped up stuff about Elizabeth that I wouldn't get out of just telling you 'no you can't have that'? Because from my point of view right now you're sounding like I'm misleading you for some daft reason because my comment should clearly show that I copied, and pasted that directly from the wiki with all of those extra brackets and such.

I'm pretty positive. The skill set you have listed is for base lancer Rin/Hakuno/Grand Order Elizabeth. Melilianlth (spelling?) Berserker Liz had those listed as her skills right under the first box in her statistics page.
