Did the air grow colder? The intensity of the glare that Milly cast Char's way was almost palpable, and certainly it felt as if it had drawn the heat out of the air between them. Interrupting her gunpowder fantasies to call her Minnie again?! And... and thrusting out her chest like that?! Hmph... That didn't mean anything at all! Just because Milly was shorter... and smaller... and much less developed... now didn't mean a thing! The white-haired girl was certain that in a short year's time(or maybe sooner!) she would be much taller and far better endowed then Char! After all, she was even the older of the two! She was just a late bloomer, and since she was older that meant it would happen in no time, right?

"It's not 'Minnie', it's Milly! Hmph," Milly said, shortly after tearing through her meal and leaving only half left in a matter of seconds, and only pausing to speak. Needing to eat was important after all, to keep growing... "Don't go thinking you can just call me whatever you like!"

Milly was beginning to think there would be a flashbang trap with Char's name on it tonight...

@KoL: Milly will totally outgrow her! ... Just because she's shorter... and less mature... and generally smaller... she'll totally shoot up and grow so much more.

She's a late bloomer after all, right? <.< >.>

@Rin: Backstories are really rough. ^^; That's what's got me stuck on my antagonist character.

Speaking of...

Name: Arakawa Kazue
Age: 17(I would have made her older but the picture I really wanted to use didn't fit anything else... yet another part making backstory hard. ^^)
Gender: Female
Appearance: "You're under arrest!" Notably, Kazue is light and around 5'1 in height.
Abilities: Kazue lacks any kind of superhuman abilities. There is but one thing Kazue can do in a fight. She is incredibly, intensely skilled with her weapon. Wielding a foreign blade known as a katana in her homeland, Kazue's levels of skill can defy logic and indeed what many would expect to be the durability of a piece of metal. She can easily fight on level with even the most dangerous pirates, and even cut bullets out of the air when they are fired at her. Kazue can even cleanly bisect a cannonball when it is fired at her. She also uses her cloak to cover herself up entirely outside of a fight, masking the weapon she wields.
Personality: Kazue is a quiet girl who seems rather detached at most times. She tends to talk to other members of the navy very little, and even seems to avoid social interaction at times. This may, deep down, be out of some level of shyness, but she tries not to show that. Kazue is incredibly dedicated to her role in the navy, seeking to uphold the law at all costs. This affects her combat style as well. The black-haired girl reserves lethality only for those who resist in dangerous ways, otherwise attempting to arrest them no matter what. After all, ultimately she should only kill if there is a serious threat to her, civilians, or other members of the navy. Though she does not look it beneath her stoic and quiet attitude, Kazue has a deep interest in all things cute and adorable.
Bio: Kazue comes from a far-away land, and yet enlisted in the local navy. (Maaajor WIP. ^^; Honestly I'm open to suggestions.)

Oh, jeez, Char is just asking for Milly to plant a flashbang trap in her room somewhere.

... Well, it would probably take a bit more then that, but it is steadily heading in that direction, eh-heh.

Massive Multiversal Crossover

Basically... there's a vampire queen with the body of a child residing in a world based around horror movie monsters(her castle is even called Castle Tepes, she's related to her world's version of Dracula, and she has a ghost maid under her employ among many other monster-based servants. Also lots of gothic architecture). She's asked the UMMA to supply her with agents and anyone else willing to help protect the Eye of the Serpent, an artifact passed down through her family lines, from Shadow Eternity, who is seeking to obtain it for reasons that the UMMA currently does not know.
