Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

I had people leave over PM, enough that I think I can't continue the RP. It's frustrating, especially since we barely got into the first dungeon, but I didn't have enough material to make another post that gave anyone anything to actually do beyond watch rats run away and with some people already gone I just don't feel like there's much I can do to continue.

So this RP is done this time, I guess.
@Cuccoruler: Er... well, I mean, I don't really like declining characters for appearance issues but I just feel like he looks a little too on the fish side and not enough on the man side.

@Damiann47: You can have multiple characters.

@Cenco: Well, it sounds funny at least.

The number of days.
@Cuccoruler: ... I'll admit I was thinking something more human when you pitched the idea. ^^;

@Tachi: Accepted.
Saber, King Arthur Herself

All Saber could do is watch as the entire lie was torn apart in a matter of moments. Well... it was not as if she liked lying, anyway. Certainly, omitting information was something she was fully capable of, and she could cooperate with the lies of others... but directly lying was, in most cases, something she did not approve of. Blatant dishonest quite simply did not fall in line with her viewpoint, and did not often coexist with honor and chivalry. ... Though... her rule had been founded on a lie... regrets welled up in Saber's mind, but she managed to push them back down. No. She no longer desired to erase such things from her past.

She would focus on the here and now.

"I apologize," she said, bowing her head as if she had been the one directly perpetrating the lie rather then Shotaro. She had participated, and that was enough. "Shotaro has told the truth. We are here in order to prevent something terrible from happening."

It was around this moment that Saber realized she had no introduced herself, neither to her comrades or to the man(and now the woman) they were speaking to.

"Allow me to introduce myself," she began, "My class is Saber."

The habit of not clarifying her true identity, however, died hard.
There's fish people in various mythologies. It all depends on execution.
... While this has plenty of comedy, I feel that enters the "absurdist" territory a bit too strongly.
@ProjectOdin: Er...

Okay, um, I'm going to be honest and say while I do plan to have a serious plot and for things to get more serious(though we'll always be able to head back to more lighthearted stuff when that's done with), basically none of the backstory stuff fits in at all.
@Fabricant451: Exactly.

... Also, I'm kind of looking forward to anything that may come from Tsukimi's situation, really.

Being stuck as a catgirl can be rough sometimes.
... You know, given the updates I made to Tsukimi's personality section recently, I think the amount of jealousy she'll be directing at Dijah will be extreme.
