Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

@ghastlyInc: Hmm. Skill-wise he'd be useful on either really, so it's a hard choice.
We do have room, but do remember it's a formerly holy knight order when making your character.

As for magic, it's a relatively high magic setting. Not everyone has it, but it's definitely there. Requires spells to be used, or can be enchanted on items.
@Zetsuko: I just realized his hammer isn't enchanted in any way. He'd need spells to do what he's doing in that case, which requires casting them. ^^;
Hmm. I think if you read up on everything you should be fine.
@13org: I haven't, but that's not unworkable... that being said you'd need to cut the Bible connection, since when a setting has every single deity being real it doesn't work out so well, eh-heh.
Yes.
I will say dragons are off-limits because they're really weird in this setting. ^^;

The other ideas could work though.
That works out.
@ghastlyInc: You're correct, and accepted. Forgot to do that. ^^;
If it took too long to get assistance, that would work.
