Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

@Feisty-Pants: Okay, um... if there was an enormous civil war that cost thousands of lives recently it'd be a big deal, and the biggest recent war of that nature was Phoran Cal's rebellion, in Thaln.

Still looking over the bio.

Edit: Photographs do not exist in this setting. ^^;
@Schwing: Accepted.
... I am so sorry I keep forgetting I have a bio to look over. ^^;

I'll try and do it soon.
Made a quick edit to the last post.

@PaulHaynek: Yes.
@Feisty-Pants: Sorry I totally forgot and now it's pretty late. ^^; I'll look it over tomorrow.
I'm interested for sure it'd be my first time but I'm interested!
There's two communal baths, one for men and one for women, and then the Captain has a private bath.
"I guess I'll take you to it..." Kitty complained with a sigh, before turning to look at her partner. "Bunny, carry me."

"Carry you?" Bunny commented with a raised eyebrow, "You can walk on that foot, can't you? I thought-"

"Carry me! It's your fault in the first place!" Kitty declared loudly, waving her arms in the air angrily, "Besides, you seem to want to get embarrassingly close every other time..."

The small blonde blushed as she looked away. With a sigh, Bunny headed back up to the other girl and picked her up, proceeding up the stairs at a relatively slow pace.

Eventually, all four of them reached the thief pair's room. It was exactly as Ryuuko had seen in the scrying spell, quite a mess and with a semi-intact couch. Bunny sat Kitty down carefully on the couch, and the blonde pointed.

"There it is," she said, simply.

Toshiko's gaze followed her arm.

Indeed, there it was. The vase was tall and pitch black, looking all the world like some kind of hole in the air. It didn't even shine from the light filtering in the window. Just looking at it gave a sort of unnatural sensation.

"Interesting... it's definitely an abominable thing," Toshiko commented, raising an eyebrow.
