Yes! We have five! First of all, I'd like to thank you guys for showing interest in this roleplay so quickly. Never have I ever created a roleplay, gone to sleep, and gained perfect interest overnight. This has really boosted my confidence, as recently I have been in a slight state of semi-depression due to my uncle passing away of cancer. Now, if any of you know me well (you might've seen me around the Guild), then you'll know I'd normally rush away and make the OOC. I'd love to do that, but we're kind of having a crisis with having a big food shop and nowhere to put it, since the freezer's full. I have to go and help now, but I'll definitely get that OOC up today (GMT time).

SANITY - A Psychological Horror Mystery

Welcome, one and all, and thanks for taking the time to view (or express interest in) this interest check. This is the twisted world of SANITY, a psychological horror mystery I may or may not have thought of whilst watching the video for The Kill (see "Inspiration" at the top). Here you will all play a part in my little game, and fall hopelessly into my traps and fall over my obstacles. Of course, if you're clever enough to outwit me, then you may leave with your life. That is, by the way, very unlikely.

So, if you haven't guessed by now, this will play in a way where I will use (and depend on) the PM'ing system to keep everything a secret from you lovely lot. Also, I'll be playing the anonymous antagonist of this little shindig, just so y'all can be that little bit more scared. The overall premise is that 5 (no more, no less) people enter a competition, along with many thousands of others, to win two entire weeks at a hotel, and have it all to themselves.

This is no ordinary hotel, however - it's one of the most highly anticipated builds of the year, and you get to delay it's grand opening just that little bit further. So imagine how ecstatic you are when you find out you've won, and only gone and won with your four other friends! You call them all over for a party, then head out to the airport immediately, to wait for your own private jet to fly you there. It's clear between the five of you - this is gonna be the best time of your lives.

Come closer, my children, and find out how wrong you are...

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh fuck it, I'm gonna say that the fireball landing caused some kind of campus-wide power outage, and possibly harmed (and killed) a few students. I'll also edit out that bit at the end with Barbara so Wraith can decide what happens to poor Sam & Logan XD

Alice's criticism is relevant, and factual. A million men could never take America. No more than America could take Russia in the winter. With the current rate of population growth, and with the advanced tech of the future (I'm just saying that if we get to the end of the 21st century, we found a way to get recyclable energy, limit the climate change, get more water and food, etc.) We'd have a population boom, and it's not uncanny that we'd have 10 billion people on our planet by then. China alone would have a billion and a half of people by then. (Don't they already?)
Numbers like a hundred million, or even a billion soldiers would be enough to overrun America.

On the other side of the fence, China has the fastest growing Economy, Asia is a superpower on the rise. And a united Asia would be terrifying now. Even more so in 80 years.

Those are my 25 cents, at least.

Yes, but it doesn't matter about the facts, does it? It's a roleplay set in a standalone, fictional universe. It doesn't have to be factually accurate. Heck, for all we know, people poop shotgun shells. It's only here for people to enjoy, and not to get all stressy over things like this, as it really ruins the experience, and Wraith is already disheartened to continue with this as it is.
