No. Like I said, no lower limits. Though it just so happens that violent kinds of problem solving are my area of expertise. I would definitely, say, help someone settle a dispute, or replace something they lost or had stolen, or things along those lines.

There are levels to it and such. But just because I can take down a planet threatening force with ease doesn't mean I think I'm to good to stop an old lady from getting mugged, for example.
