Idealist? Love, If I were an Idealist, I'd be dead right now. All I do is think. Different ways to handle each and every interaction I have in life. Every single thing I'm involved in, I have multiple ways to get out of. Every near impossible situation, I have thought of a way to make it possible. It's just what I do. Thinking logcially? If anything goes wrong with this at all, we're both instantly dead, and you locked up again at the minimum. The Tier Five have means to find us if they really want to. Do you really want to risk me dying at the hands of Star and Techi over something that can be solved in a way that can make both parties happy with the result?

It's a beautiful idealism. But other people have emotions too, and those emotions rule over them. I know Star. More than anyone else. The best way to go about this is to solve it before they know it's a problem.
