Piper had followed Athos. Her brow furrowed. "None that I am aware of but my family is quite well known. I'm in the Prescott line and oddly so is he. We are from 2 different originals. You think it could be imprinting?" Pipers hopes were dashed instantly of getting rid of the power that was controlling her. It made complete and total sense to her. "Unfortunately, there was no one around that could teach me about that. I have heard of it but it never crossed my mind."

She looked at Athos hoping there was another answer.

Piper blushed a little embarrassed that she had assumed it would be someone much older who owned the pub. "I'm sorry I expected the owner to be...well quite frankly an old man or woman not one so..." She blushed again. "So, I need to know if you can help me find out if there is a spell on me and this other person."

Piper sat down and looked at him wondering how to tell him this. "My name is Piper and I met this guy named Grant and I think there is a spell cast on us or something and I need it taken off if there is." She knew it was sounding strange and she frowned. "I'm not explaining this right. He is a vampire and I'm a hybrid and other than the crazy strange pulling that keeps pulling us together we have very little in common and I don't think he likes me at all. I know it sounds like I'm just some girl with relationship problems but honest to God that's not it." Frustrated she sighed. "Can you help me find out?"

Piper looked around. She was hoping to find someone. She knew there were other witches around who might be able to help her figure this out. "Crap, she isn't here. Well I guess I'll keep looking." Piper turns back to Michale and says, "Was nice meeting you. I gotta run, I'm looking for someone." Piper got up and headed further into the city. Eventually she ran across a pub that had a heavy magical scent to it.

She went inside and the scent of magic practically dripped from the walls. She went to the bar and saw a young man there. "Can I speak to the witch who owns this place?" She noticed a few people giving her odd looks and she smiled back hoping no one was cursing her as she stood there waiting for a reply.

Alex watched as the young woman ran her fingers up Shade's chest and he smirked.

"Well as much as I might like that you would be in danger in here and wolf or not I'd hate to see a pretty thing like you die such a horrible death." Shade reached up and took her hand in his slowly and let it go.

Alex could see the woman's face and he called "Shade!" Shade turned and nodded.

"Follow me." Shade said to Claudia.

Shade took her upstairs to Alex, guarding her from the others along the way. When he got her upstairs the rest of the bar went back to its former activities. Alex smiled slightly at the young woman and offered her a seat. He was sitting at a comfortable chair with another on the other side of a coffee table. It looked more like a living room setup than bar seating. It allowed him to see nearly everything.

Alex glanced at her and then he openly stared at her a moment. "I can count on one hand how many times a wolf has come here willingly. What do you want?"

Piper walked into the bar and looked over as she sat down on one of the bar stools. Alex was busy so she looked around and noticed the guy sitting closest to her. She noticed some blood on him and his face was bruised and upon further inspection she noticed that his clothes were ripped. Curiosity got the better of her.

"What happened to you?" She asked him. Concern was written all over her face. "I hope you gave better than you got." She signaled to Alex and he sent a shot to the man per his request and one to Piper.

No where was it hinted at or mentioned that his mother was a witch. Regardless if it was mentioned in the story it would have to be in the C.S. sheet and I went back and checked and there was nothing. I can't set rules and then allow you guys to break them and tell the others no. It's not fair to them. As GM it is my job to correct the post when a problem is found.
