@Innue, the following review is why I refuse to let ANYONE's character through without my looking over the techniques.

Kei's Review

Why/how is it exactly that the light of her suns only amplify allied jutsu. I don't see how that makes much sense honestly and it also cuts out a possible weakness that I think would be rather reasonable.

In fact, because of the power this KG is capable of based on the combination of the suns and their already established effects, I'm going to say that applying a seperate effect on enemies/allies requires constant focus and at least a constant small chakra cost.

I need you to tell me the maximum radius that the light of any given sun effects and I want to know how far that radius is without her manipulating it at all.

Also, don't think I didn't notice that the "Polarization," ability would allow her to increase the range that the light of her suns effects not to mention making it possible for her to direct that light to specific places while ignoring others.

If I didn't know you were going to be fairly reasonable with this KG, I'd ban it outright due to how absurdly powerful it is.

What does Saegiru's help imply? Does Saegiru helping make it so the prep takes less time? What does it imply other than the removal of handseals from the equation?

The Purple Sun’s beam bends the light around all allies and concentrates it around all enemies, lasting for a significant amount of time after the beam has ended. Allies are completely hidden from all sensing techniques, as well as sight. Enemies are harshly revealed, becoming noticeable to anybody in the immediate area.

Smiling at the girl in dragon form, Dornae nodded, though he looked to the other two when Ferrin spoke. While he didn't recognize the gleam like Valak had, he didn't like the reply the man made in response to it. "You try and get in more trouble and I'm not helping you, at least not without a better plan" the Enchanter stated bluntly, "And believe me, that could have gone much worse if I hadn't enchanted the building. You'd be looking at property damage in addition to having attacked a guild. Might not mean much to you, but I guarantee the authorities would be quickly getting on your trail if there was more involved than one guild." He shook his head and rose from his seat on the bed, glancing at Mithera as he did so.

"Tell you what, I picked up a small bit of sewing a few years back. I'll go buy a simple dress. We can see how the dress fits and if it doesn't I can...alter it accordingly with my magic. Shouldn't take too much effort and I really don't mind much." He smiled at her then walked to the door, his apple finished. "I'll be back in a few minutes," he stated, opening the door. Then, right before he left, he glanced at Ferrin and pointedly said, "And please don't carry out whatever you're thinking before we get back. I'd like a say if I'm to keep getting involved." He then left the room.

As he exited the room he immediately took out his Enchanter's Dagger and his father's heirloom. On the heirloom he carved several runes and then left the hotel, heading for a woman's clothes shop. The runes would make sure that anyone with intent to find him, excluding Valak, Mithera, and Ferrin, would fail. Those who glimpsed his face and clothes as he walked by wouldn't properly retain any notable information as there was a sort of illusionary blur that reacted to people's interest. The greater their interest, the more difficult to notice he was.

Several minutes passing till he found a decent store, Dornae hoped that this Ferrin didn't come up with another genius plan while he was gone. Or at least that the man would heed his words. Not that he couldn't track the three of them by this point.

After all, while Ferrin's barriers could keep most out, he had already analyzed them and doing that had given him a good read on the mage's magical energy. Valak's was apparent enough, and Mithera was releasing small amounts of it as well, though it didn't seem to have much to do with her transformation. He'd need to make a point of scrubbing that magic from their trail before he returned. It'd only take him about two minutes anyways, if that.

What bad could happen in two minutes? He almost asked himself, then rolled his eyes.

In that moment Dornae reminded himself that lady luck was generally not on his side.

So, the blade is style physical, right? Or is it basically a light saber? If it's a light saber...I don't know if I can allow that because it'd cut through everything except chakra or things built to withstand it.

Kōha Megane [Lightwave Goggles]

One thing. I presume these can be broken with considerable force, yes? Because you certainly did not mention them being durable. Nonetheless I assume they are reinforced due to them being used in combat.

Hokori no Exae [Pride of Exae]

Automatically giving them taijutsu prowess in addition to a master gaining fine tuned manipulation of kinetic, heat, and electrical energy. Mmm, so many possibilities for abuse, but then again it's not much worse than someone having advanced base chakra control in addition to the fire and lightning affinity.

Annoying because, as we talked about, it's not inherently OP...just potentially so, as are most things.

The only thing that jumps out of me is, if they are drawing this energy from another realm, is their normal chakra largely supplanted with this energy and if not then why would they ever get tired in combat?

If there is a reason they'd get tired at roughly the same rate as their chakra pool would cause in a normal person, then it's fine. If not, then there needs to be. Simple as that. Keep in mind that I ask these questions/make these statements to make ABSOLUTELY SURE you don't slip something under my nose. I'd do it with anything that might have this sort of vagueness to it, so it's not exclusive to my reviews for you.

Oh yeah, this needs an affinity weakness or two. I'm going to go with earth and water since you use fire and lightning effects.

Yagami no Hagai [Wings of Light]

I'll assume that the "recharge," takes energy from the seals/her chakra system for it to work. If not, then fix that.

Given her chakra pool. How many times do you think she can recharge her wings?

Teiden Ken [Blackout Blade]

How much kinetic energy we talking here? Does the strength of this technique depend on the illumination of her surroundings? If so, lets assume an average lighting during the day NOT in the shade and with the glow that emanates from her and her wings. In this scenario, what would she feasibly be able to cut through?

This is an important thing to consider I'd say as it dictates the average strength of the technique.

Hōsha Ken [Radiant Sword]

I'll assume this technique is equal in strength to Teiden Ken, but requires more of her own chakra due to her creating the flash of light first.

Teiden Kyū [Blackout Sphere]

How many "extra blades," does this form?

Hōshaha no Kyūzō [Radiant Wave Surge]

So the blade legitimately becomes a light saber temporarily potentially with extra kinetic energy behind the blow). Noted. Nothing wrong with this really.

Yagami no Yoroi [Light Release Armour]

How fast does it make her or does it not augment her speed? Keep in mind that the real life speed of a human in peak human condition is 12 meters per second (44.7 km per hour). I imagine the average speed in the narutoverse is between 24 and 48 meters per second (86-173 km per hour). Someone with a high speed technique is going to be moving drastically faster than that, and while I'm not going to keep it entirely realistic (due to the fact that if we did, we'd have to account for people vanishing due to how fast their moving, which would require someone move nearly the speed of sound) so yeah. Just extrapolate from there.

Shukuchi [Reduced Earth]

As long as she can't make multiple markers at a time, meaning she can only have two active at a time (the one beneath her and the one in another location). Just saying, but 15 feet is only 4.5 meters, which isn't that fast by naruto standards ;) I'd go so far as to say it would actually be slow for a shinobi xD

In fact, you can up the speed.

Yagami no Kusari [Chains of Light]

Fun fact, which you don't get to edit this technique to alter. Someone could feasibly exert chakra from their body, making it so she can no longer influence the area directly around their body. This would mean what while they wouldn't be able to use projectile weaponry, they'd be able to move. So yeah, watch out for that.

No adding a technique to deal with that. The fact that there is a plausible counter is what keeps this technique from being banned outright. So yeah, that.

Chikaiki [Oathbreaker]

How large is the area within which the light explosion occurs? Is it also 40 feet because if so, reduce that to 15 feet. As to the ground undergoing what is effectively explosive upheaval (which would be a great technique name btw haha) this is going to cost her a good deal of chakra to do. So yeah, expect to be tired after a max of two uses of this. 4 uses is probably going to make her nearly out of chakra.

Mayu o Nenshō [Burning Cocoon]

If used around someone else it should not burn them, but defend them from attack. Nothing else to say about this, other than that it's going to be pretty draining over time.

Shikōsai [Arbiter Supremus]

Careful. Fyi, she shouldn't be able to burn people by running through them since you stated she is incapable of causing physical damage aside from her techniques. She also can't disrupt chakra by running through someone as that as OP as all hell. Also, again, how fast does she become?

Gijin no Shisen [Gaze of the Righteous]

Translation: She can stop ANYONE AND EVERYONE fighting her from moving for enough to for her to slaughter all of them with supreme ease. No.

Stipulations for acceptance:
1.) The further from her you are, the more able to move you become.
2.) This is still counterable by the same method as Yagami no Kusari, but it requires more chakra to utilize.
3.) Reduce the time to 15 seconds. 30 seconds is a long time in combat when you can move at ridiculous speeds, which most shinobi can. 15 is long too, but this is clearly a very chakra taxing technique. So yeah.

I have no problems with the offensive version, aside from the fact that there's no hard counter aside from "vague strength." So it can be countered with chakra, preferably earth affinity.

Chōshinsei [Supernova]

This needs to be active for a full 1 and a half minutes. No complaining because its effect is already ridiculous as is. However it will require 15 sound strikes or 5-10 techniques designed to counter it. Water and ice will be most effective as counters. However, there are going to be other viable methods.
