{Copy that Master Kenobi. May the Force be with you.} Turning, he signals walker pilots to open fire and they begin bombarding the trenches. Standing, Jason draws his long-handled lightsaber and activates it, the silver blade snapping to life and he turns to his troops and smiling, feeling the armor of his combat robes as he raised the weapon over his head. "Today we bring hope to a system oppressed for far to long by the Separatists and their droid army. For the Republic!" The clones return the call with cheers of their own and as one surge forwards towards the droid defensive emplacements. Already the two armies were exchanging fire and Jason deflected the blaster bolts that came towards him and the troops around him back towards their owners with Hammer and the other snipers offering cover fire from atop a nearby series of cliffs. They were equipped with jump jets so they could relocate as the battle called for it or if the mortars began to zero in on them.

Jason was among the first into the trenches, spinning his saber around him with the Force to slice the droids into spare parts. Catching it, he slices through a Super Battle Droid and pushes it's remains towards another group of droids, which the clones gun down as they're picking themselves up.
