Nikolai stood watching a few more people arrive, he watched one kid with white hair start lifting pebbles without touching them, he knew what was going on. When he figured out that he wasnt the only one he attempted to speak again and this time managed an almost inaudible rasp. He smiled and knew the drugs they had him on were wearing out. He tried again and managed a small cough, he tried to laugh but it came out as a series of coughs but he knew he was close to speaking. He smiled and cleared his throat and lightly spoke, he heard himself fine and laughed out loud. He prepared to introduce himself, he looked around and tried to figure out a way to do it. He looked at some of the cars and smiled, he figured at least one of them was going to enjoy the theatrics. He mentally tuned his voice so that it would overshadow anyone else. Within 15 feet of the larger group that had gathered he spoke.

"I AM NIKOLAI LUZCHEZKE!" Nikolai said calmly but his voice echoed at a much higher volume than his mouth indicated, "TO THE LADIES HERE, YOU'RE WELCOME TO CALL ME ANYTIME. NOW..."

Nikolai finished speaking and made a his right hand into a gun and aimed at a car window, he moved his thumbs down and whistled with his mouth aimed down his arm. He shot a burst of sonoenergy down his arm and shattered the window then aimed, shot a different window, then repeated, he continued till the car was bare of glass including the headlights. He moved his hand in a motion as though he was holstering it, he smirked and winked at the girl with headphones on. He walked closer to the group and ran his hand through his mohawk, he bowed when he got five feet from the group.

Rosy looked talking Ray got a strange feeling looking at the guy breaking and will.Dow with his voice was even scarier she started to back up rapidly. She backed right into one of the trees with writing on the tablet under it and found herself staring at it blinking really fast collapsing on the tree. Or well leaning against it as she knew what would happen next as it has happened before.

The Tablet had said it was dedicated to the old owner of the land. Who had died 5/13/1978

Rosy eyes closed but she looked like it she started to struggle against what was happening then went still. She was now going back in time as the people flew by disappearing in cars the gate opening and closing to cars going backwards cars speeding backwards by. Till it speed up so fast she could barely make out what was happening the. It stopped at a time period she couldn't recall what the tablet said the date was but she was floating or more or less sitting above the man she was following.
' oh how she hated this why did she take out her earphones. '

Looking around her surroundings again she saw the man walking from the grand place and picking up the mornings paper and was taken inside. Of course the man put the paper on a old-fashioned dinning room table In what she could propose to be the dinning room. A woman in a long dress came out bringing coffee to the man

It went on like this for a while each day passing in a matter of seconds but her mind taking in each detail. She tried to think about other things but how the days where always the same until what she could say his cousins came over and there where kids but the man went to the study or miniature library. Looking at one of the dates on the book it wasn't that old maybe a few decades before her time but she had seen it before.
Thinking about it she remembered that days paper the year was 1978 yes that was the year but wait she was at the school in 2014 right well that was her ability to go to the past, well if only she could figure out how to wake up again.

"Eh." All of sudden, people began to show off their powers, which was rather impressive though intensely annoying. The much louder fellow was Russian as well, surprising to find one of her own here. "Успокойся." Anzhelika simply stated.

If this was a competition, Anzhelika would be happy to tag along in it. She glanced at the pink haired girl, squinting at her and taking note of peculiar facial features. "Beth, yes?" She muttered, trying to remember her name as well as everyone else's. "I hope you do not mind." The Russian girl gave her a heads up before morphing into an exact image of her, of course, this was an illusion, one of many Anzhelika's parlor tricks. She ran her fingers through her false pink hair and stared at Beth for awhile, making sure she didn't leave out any special features. Soon, Anzhelika reverted back to her original form. "Tadaaah~" She gave a slight jazz hands and chuckled lightly. "Not as big as making windows explode but still..." What was that word? "Fantastic?"

She had much more, but for now, Anzhelika did the small stuff. The girl placed both of her hands on her suitcase and leaned on it slightly, feeling rather proud of her actions.

((Heh, Devon has black hair, HellHound. ^^))

Devon raised an eyebrow as he watched Arson began taking out gloves. It must have been something pretty dangerous...fire-related, perhaps? Or maybe poison related? That wouldn't really make sense, however, if they were in a place made for psychics. At least, that's what he assumed, considering that small chick looked like she just passed out on the tree. The boy crossed his arms, waiting for his new acquaintance to show him his powers, but was put off when he watched the weird white-haired guy from before...meditate? "This is getting more weird by the minute..."

He leaned against a car, which was right beside him. Both he and Arson were by themselves - a bit aways from that 'main group' of females, and a few males, which was just how he liked it. While Devon was pretty social and laidback, he disliked large groups, as it tended to make him feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The boy's eyes, which were half-lidded and bored under his shades, turned towards the meditating guy with the weird white hair and glowing red eyes, watching the boring, yet oddly mystifying show, along with Arson.

"I AM NIKOLAI LUZCHEZKE!"

"TO THE LADIES HERE, YOU'RE WELCOME TO CALL ME ANYTIME. NOW..."

"Are you kidding me? Shut the fu-" Devon began in an annoyed voice, glancing over as an obnoxious, tan boy with a freaky Mohawk began doing some weird things with his hands...before shooting the god damn cars, completely cutting the boy off. He continued in a line with his rather blatant display of criminal-like vandalism on actual pricy cars, with Devon simply leaning against one with his eyes glaring...until the dude's weird sound bullet busted the window right beside him. Amongst the explosion of glass shards, Devon took off his glasses, his mouth now twitching, and his irises glowing an extremely bright purple.

"..." The glass shards rose into the air, every single one suddenly crunching together into one large, sharp, and extremely jagged triangular piece of glass. Devon pointed it at the guy who had approached the other group, bowing like some entertainer. "Totally going to die." It's obvious that his powers were influenced by his emotions, and, being a lonely boy at heart, Devon obviously had extremely bad control over his emotions. The over-sized glass shard began flying, like a bullet, towards the back of the boy with the Mohawk...but Devon growled, throwing his hand into the sky. The shard of glass redirected it's flight, blasting into the air at a blurring speed.

"Not worth it, actually..." Devon slipped back on his glasses, the purple glow that had started to surround his hands and body fading away. With another sigh, he regained his laidback posture, leaning on the car and turning to Arson, as if he hadn't just meant to kill another person. "So, I'm guessing fire, judging by your name and the gloves." He tried not to glance over at the other group who was quite a ways away, since he'd probably get annoyed again and he really needed more control over his powers.

Ray didn't bother himself with the others, as he was done meditating, he stood up and looked around. It seemed a guy was making quite a entrance as he blew up some glass... The guy near the car almost sended a large glass shard into the back of the guy... Ray knew this would be quite the test on him... For these men and women all were trying to be the best... Or atleast the men were... Ray glanced trough the group as he noticed a girl passing out, and yet... Something didn't felt that right about it.
Should he?... He shakes his head as he then walks towards the girl near the tree, if she was in a trance she had to be woken up... As Ray got next to the girl, he opened her eyes, noticing that they were moving quite fast...
Ray sighns as he then slaps her face with quite a force, leaving a red handprint onto her right cheek. If this didn't helped, then i don't know what will...
As Ray waited for the girl to react to the slap, he started to lean against the tree, none of them knew Ray's powers... They only saw what happened when he would meditate... For Ray this was a good thing, for he rather kept his powers a secret for now...
Although the telekinese guy is quite powerful... And the other one, who blew out the windows... Ray should keep an eye on him aswell...
But for now Ray kept his eyes on Devon, for perhaps... There would be something more to him than there is on the outside...

The days went faster for her till it stopped at the one day she had figured out how to wake up.
The man was aid to have a stroke so now just to wait. Something was going on out side butt of course she see there.

The man was sitting him his study now his wife never disturbs him there till dinner so this would be a short wait. Getting up the man suddenly fainted and laid on the floor even Rosy would hear the thud. Looked more like a heart attack but they where the medical people. She would think his wife heard it but no she didn't and didn't find the body till like another hour in which the vision ended sending Rosy back to the present time.

Blinking suddenly the items around her where blurry and in shapes but she brushed the hair from her face. " umm... i... my ability" her mind was to clogged with facts she would have to blurt but right now wasn't the time. " uhh thanks " she said to Ray the mark on her check dismissing it self from being there. ' anything happening in the present can't be felt or heard of by the trance user or another trance will assure she though and sat there blinking Hoping it would come back into view.

She didn't mind that at least someone tried to help but triggers where everywhere and she couldn't have her music blasting all the time. " sorry I'm just " blinking she actually saw Ray next to her and looked at him blue eyes twitching back and forth. " sorry just triggers... and stuff. " she pushed against the tree to get up, the flower still in her hair as always. Dusting the dirt off her black skorts and her button up black and blue mid sleeve shirt. " ..."the corner was wrong he had died of a heart attack.
Her mind was raising. Looking around til everything was back in view, then signed and took out the music player looking around she stuffed it back in her pocket and stood there waiting, thinking about what she could do and what the others could she was a measly speck of those guys barily helping anyone except history people and sewing for wrongfully deaths but hay she couldn't shoot something or turn pebbles into weapons all she could do was.see past triggers and wait for them to end with out filling up on facts. The blue flower seemed to glow but who could tell it was a flower a fake flower to say the least.

"I AM NIKOLAI LUZCHEZKE! TO THE LADIES HERE, YOU'RE WELCOME TO CALL ME ANYTIME. NOW..."
A bit of a show off aye?
"Are you kidding me? Shut the fu-"

As the show went on Arson simply leaned against the car beside Devon chuckling at both their utterances and attempted to contemplate how many windows will be shattered today... Poor glass makers probably be shedding tears as clear as their creation's shattered forms. An interesting ability, but he was not performing, he was showing off and Arson chose to show him no real attention as he rubbed his fingers along the back of Smokey's head. After both Devon and the man-whose-name-he-would-never-forget-seeing-as-how-it-was-forced-into-his-memories displayed their abilities it became a bit of a competition of sorts.
After Nikolai exhibited his ability, Devon was pissed. A reasonable feeling considering the amount of damage caused for the sake of impressing others, ladies mores specifically probably, so when he manifested a glass shard quite capable of harming someone Arson didn't try to stop him. He wasn't going to be the one who limits other's actions because of some moral code or philosophy. He would like to see whether or not Devon would do it.
"Not worth it, actually..." Something told him he wouldn't, Devon didn't seem to be the killer type.
"So, I'm guessing fire, judging by your name and the gloves."

Arson simply tugged on his glove to help his hands in before saying, "No, I'm a urologist that has to stick my hand up your ass to check for any lumps that shouldn't be there...or something." Arson's form of sarcasm was somewhat strange, if it wasn't such an absurd claim, him being a doctor, it could have been taken seriously. He didn't change his tone of voice as if he was alright with the absurdity and criticism that may come with making such statements and not changing his tone.
It should be noted he continued to pet Smokey with his gloves still on.
Afterward, the girl with the accent Arson couldn't place seemed to be starting her performance. She said something to Nikolai in some language Arson didn't speak. She was either cursing at him in a language he didn't understand or she was actually telling him something. While the first would rather amusing it was probably the second. Anyway, she seemed to be examining Beth before appearing to become a second Beth. Arson wondered why she didn't chose to impersonate someone of great importance... like maybe Smokey.... and take their place but perhaps he could ask her himself. Or Arson already knows the answer, he is a selfish prick and she probably isn't...
Back to what was happening, she appeared to change forms rather effortlessly... It was quite entertaining and Arson simply clapped slowly in his own little world apart from their's. The jazz hands made it somewhat more enjoyable and Arson was smiling.
After the performance, Arson quit petting Smokey and darted behind Devon before slowly placing his hands partially over his shades without actually touching his face.

He couldn't help but mumble to himself as he heard and saw everything thats going on. "Some of these fools should have been gotten rid of a long time ago. Even I'm not as estranged as some of these fucks." However, his mumbles came out a bit more clearer and louder than he had hoped. Oh well, Silas didn't care too much if they heard him or not, because he was sticking by his opinion. However, not all of them seemed too bad. Silas took a little bit of a liking to Devon already, he was the only one who seemed to have a bit of a clue on how to introduce himself to the group and he did it slightly well, even if how he finished it off and what he had started wasn't as pleasant.

However unpleasant and somewhat nerve-racking it was to be around, at least Silas got to know what people could do without too much of the effort being required from him. This, he guessed, was a perk of being around the eccentrics. One of these eccentrics revealed themselves to be some sort of body-morpher, or perhaps, was she using illusions? He couldn't tell, although his curiosity was on the rise he wasn't about to ask her about it. Lest she either lie or use her powers to harm him while explaining.

His ability to eavesdrop once again served Silas. This girl, rose , was talking about triggers. Silas, however, lost interest rather fast and resumed to focus primarily on the freakshow. He didn't know who was going next but he doubt this would be a performance worth missing. He was also a bit distraught by few of the comments made earlier. Although they had went through his ears before, only now was he beginning to actually care about a few of their meanings. For one, that Nikolai guy needed to shut the hell up, there is no way that kind of introduction could impress anyone here. Plus his public mating call will end up doing him more harm then good.

I call your eyes, kay'?. Now things got a little bit morbid, Silas couldn't tell if this was just an eye-fetishist or someone who just has a rather extreme urge to collect the bizarre. This was quite off putting, and made Silas a bit glad that his appearance wasn't as bizarre as some of the others around him. His hand moved up to his hair and he gave it a bit of a shake, a little bit of a habit he had developed over the years. Whenever he was off-ease, this would let him relax. At least if it was just a little bit. However, SIlas knew that little bit might be what he needed if he was going to stick around these guys.

"I AM NIKOLAI LUZCHEZKE! TO THE LADIES HERE-" Raven stopped listening after that. Not only was his accent arduous to understand, he was also incredibly loud. She sighed, as she stared at the school building. Without warning, images flashed through her head, making her pause for a moment. After the images faded, she placed the straw back inside her mouth, calmly taking a sip. She moved slightly forward, getting away from the car behind her. Seconds later, the window shattered into pieces, and was followed by one after the other. She gave Nicolas- or was it Nicole.. a momentary glance. He was a guy with a dark skin tone, a Mohawk, and several tattoos. After a second of observation, she looked away in disinterest.

Raven continued to sip at her drink, countering the fact that she absolutely had nothing else to do. She frowned slightly in disapproval when she heard the sound that signified it was empty. Sighing, she walked towards a trash bin and discarded the plastic cup into the right category. When Raven walked back to the where she was previously standing, she stared at the ground, feeling a bit awkward. She had no idea what to do now. She just stood there in silence, as she listened to the others without looking. Everyone else was already busy doing their own thing. All of them, well, most of them, were showing off their abilities to each other. In another corner, she just witnessed a white-haired guy slap a girl who seemed to be in a trance. Raven thought she was crazy at first, but it didn't seem that way when she normally conversed with the guy who just slapped her. She heard the word trigger, but she didn't hear anything else.

Things were already starting to heat up and get interesting; And the day was just beginning. A deep breath left her lips, as she envisioned how crazier it would be later on. Hopefully, things wouldn't get too out of hand. It was fun to watch, but not so fun when you get caught up in it. She decided she would keep a low profile, and she wanted to keep her ability hidden for as long as she could. It's not that it would make a difference if people knew, but for some reason, she just wanted to keep it that way. Unexpectedly, she actually enjoyed being surrounded by others who were similar to her. Yes, some of them seemed to be troublesome, and some were odd, but nevertheless, it was amusing to watch all these different people interact with each other. Most of all, it was amusing to watch them use their abilities in such a carefree manner.

Unfortunately for Beth, the thoughts that Devon had towards her weren't exactly confidence-boosting. According to him, talking to her would be too much of a hassle, so he probably wouldn't ever actually engage her in conversation. While Beth was a little relieved because it meant that he wouldn't be coming any closer, the sting of his words-er, thoughts-still made her feel ashamed of herself.

She was distracted from these thoughts by another vehicle turning up the road. Inside was a boy named Nikolai and a man whose wariness implied that Nikolai hadn't really come willingly to the academy. Normally, seeing that there was another boy would have sent a spike of adrenaline through her system, but it seemed that Beth was out, as the only thing she did upon seeing Nikolai leave the vehicle was tense slightly.

Though the boy opened his mouth to speak, nothing came out, which was odd and not something that many would notice. Beth wouldn't have either if she hadn't been able to read his mind and know that he was trying to show off his ability, but couldn't due to a dry throat like the one she had suffered from on the way to the academy.

Rosy telling her and Anzhelika that her name was, in fact, Rose. She didn't seem interested in engaging them beyond that, however, adjusting her earphones and taking a couple of steps backwards like the small group was oppressive. The thoughts of music in her mind were coming back like before, though they were interrupted by an image of a piece of paper and a maze that flared into existence upon her accidental contact with Ray, the boy with white hair and red eyes.

Another vehicle then pulled up into the drive, this one bearing a driver named John and a girl named Raven. John had mixed emotions concerning Raven, which Beth found hard to interpret with the thoughts of the others bombarding her. The only thing that stuck out was that Raven wasn't a bad person. As she approached the group, however, Beth found herself wondering how he had developed that opinion of her. If the face devoid of emotion wasn't enough to indicate that you shouldn't bother her, the fact that she was purposely clearing her mind was.

Beth was at least able to smile at Anzhelika when she formally introduced herself, though she didn't extend a hand. Even though Anzhelika was clearly not a male, the idea of being touched by anyone was enough to make Beth sweat with anxiety. She seemed to be content to observe the others after her introduction, though Beth knew that the reason for that is that Anzhelika didn't want to embarrass herself with her less-than-perfect English, not that she was bad by any stretch of the imagination. She was just concerned that she would make a mistake that would be considered stupid by the others, which was a feeling Beth could relate too.

Noticing a bunch of pebbles dancing around Devon confirmed Beth's suspicion that each and every single one of them had some special power or another. It was also interesting to note that, according to him, the weight of the pebbles wasn't even a fraction of the weight he could lift with his telekinesis. In fact, she got the distinct impression that he considered the weight of the pebbles beneath his notice. His powers seemed to be a bit easy to lose control over, however, as he mentally chided himself to learn to control his emotions better after the stones became jagged and sharp and launched into the sky. Hopefully she wouldn’t be anywhere near him when someone touched a nerve.

He seemed to find Arson worthy of talking to, however, walking over and introducing himself. Part of the reason was because Arson had a cat, according to Devon's thoughts anyway. It actually wasn't until the cat was mentioned that Beth became aware of the kitty's less-obtrusive thoughts. Despite herself, she couldn't help but smile when she realized that there was an animal on campus. She loved animals because they were so unobtrusive, and she was really glad that there would be one on campus.
Arson's thoughts were actually pretty hard to pin down. They seemed to jump all over the place and back again. That didn't prevent her from reading his mind, but it did make it a little harder to follow along with what he was thinking. One thought in particular that had stuck out was his compulsion to engage the ones being quiet in order to make them more energetic and sociable. Momentarily afraid that he would come closer to her, Beth tensed up visibly, though she relaxed again when his thoughts jumped somewhere else.

Seeing everyone else practicing their powers made Beth curious as to whether or not they would feel the touch of her mind on theirs if she reached out to them. But, she was unable to do anything of the sort at the moment due to the drugs in her system. While the physical effects had dissipated, except for the weakness in her legs, her mind still felt like it was surrounded by a wall of fuzz. For some reason, that seemed to stick around longer than the actual side-effects of the drugs, as she had discovered once when taking Nyquil for a cold.

Feeling a sudden... lack, Beth looked around and tallied the people that were there in the drive of the campus, nodding when she came up one short. Someone, Raven, had left the campus for whatever reason. Soon, she and John, the driver, were pulling back into the drive. A moment passed where Raven explained that she wasn't very sociable to John before she got out of the vehicle and settled upon waiting for things to actually start.

Devon was once again lifting pebbles off the ground, his thoughts explaining that he didn't see a need to keep his ability secret. There was logic in that considering everyone there had supernatural abilities, but Beth didn't think that the other students would appreciate knowing that their thoughts might as well have been spoken aloud for all the good it did them. But it seemed like he was doing it to show Arson what is abilities were, as he followed up the display by asking Arson if he had any special abilities of his own. His attempt at showing off caused Beth to roll her eyes, however. That was just rather childish.

A thought with a touch of envy to it came from Silas, the kid who could apparently teleport according to his prior thoughts. Seems like he thought that Devon's power was the cooler of the two, though Beth would argue that teleportation was pretty nifty too. Not that she knew exactly how his power worked. For all she knew it could be a rather unpleasant process. His thoughts communicated to her his desire to keep his power a secret for the meantime, which made her feel kind of guilty because she already knew what it was. Not that it was her fault, but that still didn't stop her from silently promising to tell no one what his ability was if he didn't want them to know. It was the least she could do to make up for invading his privacy, however unintentional.

Ray's glowing tattoos and eyes as he was praying were pretty nifty, and Beth wondered if they had something to do with his powers. None of Ray's thoughts clarified the issue, so Beth assumed that the answer was a yes. Really, however, she was interested in what potential connection Ray and Devon could have had, as they both seemed to think the other was familiar, but couldn't quite place why that was. They didn't look enough alike to be related, so maybe it had been just a chance encounter somewhere? It didn't much matter, but it was an interesting piece of trivia to think about.

While Ray's glowing had been going on, Arson had apparently been getting ready to show Devon his own ability, pulling out a pair of brown gloves and slipping them on before noticing the red light coming from Ray and stopping to watch. His thoughts gave her no clue as to what he could do except that it was something he considered phenomenal. Honestly, the thought made her more than a little frustrated that he had stopped. If it had even been as showy as Devon's telekinesis, it would have been worth seeing.

Nikolai seemed to overcome the effects of the sedative rather quickly, as Beth could hear him mentally... tuning his voice? That was really the only word to describe what he was doing, and it was fitting considering the intensity of the sound that came out of his mouth wasn't natural. Obviously his power was something to do with manipulating sound, which he demonstrated by using sonic bullets to destroy the windows of a car, which Raven had had the foresight to get away from. The aftereffects of his demonstration left a ringing in Beth's ears, though that didn't stop her from noticing that he was coming closer and tensing up. Thankfully, he didn't come closer than five feet from the group, which was like seven feet for her.

Rosy seemed pretty frightened by Nikolai's display of power, backing up into a tree before her thoughts suddenly turned to images and sounds from an event in 1978 where a man died. Beth looked to her with concern, though Ray also seemed to be a little concerned and went over to try and snap her out of the trance she was in. The slap had to have stung, but Beth knew from Rosy's thoughts that she didn't even really feel it at all. Before too long, however, she was back out of the trance, perfectly healthy, if breathing a tad heavier than normal, and explaining what had happened to Ray, especially concerning the fact that there were things she called triggers that set off her ability.

Devon hadn't had a much better reaction to Nikolai's demonstration. He had been annoyed with him the moment he spoke, but Devon seemed only to get angrier after Nikolai had destroyed with windows of the car without rhyme or reason, collecting the glass shard with his telekinesis and creating a giant shard with which to kill Nikolai, though he seemed to think better of it and launched it into the sky instead. Arson's acceptance of what Devon had been about to do chilled Beth, though she knew that he had figured Devon wouldn't have gone through with it.

Anzhelika suddenly saying her name caused Beth to focus on what was going on in her more immediate vicinity, though she had heard her tell Nikolai to calm down. Mentally, Beth understood it perfectly, though she actually didn't understand what Anzhelika had said with her mouth. Regardless, she asked Beth if she would mind being used for a demonstration. “I wouldn't mind,” Beth said, though she was a little wary of what it was she wanted to do. If it was something like Devon, it could be bad, and fast. But, all she did was transform into an exact visual replica of Beth. Despite herself, Beth couldn't help but blink at how exact the copy was, though she knew that it was Anzhelika and that it was just an illusion she had created. “That was super cool,” she said, smiling and clapping to further emphasize her point.

Silas's thoughts that there were some people there who should just not be there, heavily implying that they were better off dead, kind of ruined the mood Beth was in. Though she did understand why his thoughts had been so... dark. She could tell that he was feeling rather uncomfortable with how bizarre everything was, and that kind of thing could make anyone harsher than they intended to be, though it didn't excuse his behavior entirely.

“So, Anzhelika - did I say that right?- when do you think we'll be allowed into the academy?” Beth asked, pronouncing the other girl's name slowly to make sure that she got it right. She didn't want to offend the other girl by mispronouncing her name. Almost as if on cue, a bolt of lightning forked across the clear blue sky, accompanied by the sound of thunder roaring as if it was right over their heads. In addition to that little display, Beth could feel the minds of another person coming down from the campus, a tall man who was rather excited to meet them all.

Stopping in front of them, he seemed pretty pleased with himself. “Welcome to all of you! My name is Joseph Tynedale, and I'm the headmaster of the academy!” he said, proudly introducing himself. “Now, we have to wait on my assistant, who is running a little behind today. So why don't we introduce ourselves and share our abilities with one another?” He seemed perfectly confident that everyone would tell everyone else what their ability was, a sentiment that Beth found aggravating.

“What if we don't to tell each other what our abilities are?” she responded, wondering what he would do in that case. He merely smirked as she realized that he hadn't actually said anything out loud. It had all been in his head. Mistaking thoughts for actual words did sometimes happen to her, much like it had then. “That was a dirty trick,” she said, pouting slightly.

“As I told Beth here, I would like for each and every one of you to at least tell us what your ability is while we wait for my assistant,” he said, smiling that same smile he had since arriving. “Clearly, Beth is a telepath. So let's go ahead and move right along with... you! Yes, you with the red eyes and white hair. Go ahead and tell us your name and what your ability is. Don't worry, I'm not going to make you explain it in detail. Just give us the cliff-notes version.”

Rose looked at the man speaking he looked kinda like the man in the vision but it could a relitive. Beth being a telepathic didn't really frighten her as most of her thoughts where on what stuff could mean and why the corner pronounced the man dead for ma stoke when it was clearly a heart attack.

Stiffening when he started to go and pick people she stood back a bit and moved some hair in her face. Well this be fun ' She though before focusing on what she had seen. If the man was pronounced dead by something more lethal, what if he still alive, what if... " that's where she ended her thoughts remembering someone could read them and straightened her dress trying but failing to hold back the information so she decided to blurt it out at a really fast pace so no one could understand and she would feel better. " the man at on the sign died of a heart attack not a stroke. " She said fast mumbling under her breath.
A sign of relief came over her and she stood waiting as the man called on Ray. Something to due with mazes or making mazes or what was on the paper. Uhh birth certificate or was it something to dude with religion. Thoughts where buzzing but mostly the religion part if her was some weird religion she was none as the church though she was a demon sent to bring back past sins.

"Anzhelika. Yeah, perfect-" She paused when the sudden roar of thunder echoed throughout the school campus. This made her flinch slightly, it appeared as thought the headmaster already had gotten on her nerves, but she kept that feeling down. That little arrival was a little too much, more than the Russian boy, Nikolai. Anzhelika let go of her suitcase handle and crossed her arms, glancing over at Beth whom read the man's mind, showing everyone that she was a telepath. Impressive. The Russian hid her chin in the neck of her sweater, it wasn't cold, it was just a slight habit of hers that got to her when she wasn't paying attention. Her bottom lip held the neck of the sweater up as she stared at the other students, seeing if they were just as shocked or annoyed as she was.

"...I would like for each and every one of you to at least tell us what your ability is while we wait for my assistant."

This caused her to turn her attention back towards the headmaster. Why now? They just got here. "Maybe we can do this when go inside and relax." She would have said situated, but sadly, Anzhelika couldn't quite pronounce that yet. She squinted slightly at the headmaster, he looked like the kind of person that would rush things and that was something she didn't approve of. "...Just saying." She added one small bit to her sentence before quieting down.

Her fingers gripped the sides of her sweater while her arms still remained crossed. The girl let out a small sigh as she looked back over at the other students.

As Ray glanced trough the group, he looked back at Rose. He still leaned against the tree, and just as he wanted to speak to her, Ray noticed a man coming down from the campus. So this would be our principle?...
As he started to speak about some of the girls powers, somehow she was a telepath... Wich just ment that Ray had to keep his mind focused always on one thing! For he didn't wanted to tell them any secrets, nor did he wanted to tell them who he was and what he did in his life.
As the principle looked towards Ray and asked him who he was and what his powers were, Ray just smiled. As the principle of this school, he would already know about Ray's powers, and his past life... And even his name.
"You already know this information, and i'll keep it at that"
Ray glanced at the man, as Ray smiled at him, but still... Ray was emotionless, no emotion would be seen on his face, nor in his voice.
Ray kept staring at the man, keeping himself in control at the same time for not taking the mans life. For he hated if one looked into his personal life, he hated it if one looked into his past and knew everything about him!
As Ray cleared his mind again, with just a small blink of his eyes, he looked at the man again.
"The others will eventually learn who i am and will also learn what my powers are. As for you... Don't ever try to look into my private life again..."
As he glanced back at Rose, he smiled "Next time, warn me if you enter these kind of trances, i'll plug in your earphones again"

"It's not that easy" she mumbled and looked at the place well this would a be a long long long time. There are probably tons of old stuff that would take her back and then she would go in her trance again. Shaking her head slowly she looked at the head master. He looked extremely like the man in the trance but younger, grand son?? She didn't really know but she would probe find out after going threw this house again.
Pulling out a small NoteBook and a pencil, she wrote down the facts that she couldn't say out loud the page filling up quickly.

ThIs little notebook she had was put together by Rose. It said rosy on the side of each pages and on the top of the pages. It was a dark blue same as her eyes. She loved it and usually never show it to anyone but she wanted a clear head while here and that ment writing it all down. She went on to the next page and started one of her fact investigations where she would find out if something is someone's fault or if someone is not who the seem.

Before Ray could respond to the headmaster, Anzhelika asked if it wouldn't be better for them to wait until they got inside and situated, well, she meant situated, but it seemed that that was a word she wasn't comfortable with saying according to her thoughts. Meanwhile, Rosy was puzzling over her vision from before. Something about the coroner's report didn't seem to sit well with her, but that didn't mean that there was a conspiracy there, which is what she seemed to be contemplating.

The intense anger and hatred coming from Ray made Beth take a very-noticeable step away. Sure, the headmaster seemed to be trying to push their buttons, but that didn't mean that trying to kill him was a good idea, though Ray seemed to realize that to some degree. Mr. Tynedale didn't seem too pleased with Ray's reaction however, and Beth found herself stepping back from him too. “I certainly hope that that wasn't a threat, boy,” he said, voice like icicles as the wind picked up and the sky darkened noticeably. “I don't take well to threats.”

The arrival of a woman with blonde hair who was wearing a white shirt and black skirt seemed to dissolve the tension on the headmaster's end, though Beth wasn't certain why that would be. “Sorry that I'm late, sir,” she said, her voice warm and friendly. “I had to take care of that little problem from earlier.”

The headmaster nodded as if that explained everything, while his thoughts indicated that one of the students asking what the problem had been wouldn't have gotten an actual answer. Clearly it didn't concern them. “Students, this is Ms. Alberda, the assistant headmistress here at the academy,” he said, waving his arm towards her in introduction. “Now, I'm sure you've stood here long enough, so let's go ahead and get inside where we'll go over housing assignments, rules, and all the other miscellaneous things you need to know.”

With that, the duo began leading the students into the building itself, through huge, at least to Beth they were, doors made of solid oak. Immediately on the other side of the doors was what appeared to be a lobby of some sort, as well as a few smaller rooms that were obviously offices. Several of the receptionists looked up for a moment before going back to their work as the group crossed the lobby and went through a door on the left, their thoughts more or less focused on their work, though quite a few of them were rather grumpy about something.

“Before we sit down to go over all the rules and what not, we're going to go ahead and let you know where all of the important places are,” Mr. Tynedale said as they passed through that door into a hallway that passed by a few more offices before leading to what was obviously the cafeteria. While the hallway had had several paintings of flowers and beaches on the wall, the cafeteria had very sparse decorations. It was more elegant than anything, with its tan-colored walls and checkered floor tiles. There were a few people behind the four counters going about their work, whether that was preparing the counter for students to come through or cooking the food.

“This is the cafeteria,” Mr. Tynedale said as they continued moving through the room and towards another door that was on their right. “There really isn't that much more to say than that. So, we're going to waste no time in moving to the nurse's office.” Passing through the door revealed another hallway that extended quite a ways, with similar decorative paintings and pieces of art on the walls. The nurse's office was the first door on their left, and was painted a cool blue, obviously to help keep people calm and relaxed. The nurse wasn't in at the moment, as she was checking on a student who had gotten sick the night before.

Mr. Tynedale seemed to think that it was as self-explanatory as the cafeteria, and they wasted no time in leaving the room. “We're going to move on down to the gymnasium next, which is where you'll have gym class and can practice your powers during the winter months,” he said, leading them through two large doors at the very end of the hall. The gymnasium was about what one would expect, with a high ceiling, waxed floors, and bleachers along the walls. “In the spring, gym classes and practicing your powers will usually move to the fields outside, but you could still practice in here if you wanted.”

Going through another door on their right, but this time on the same wall as the one they entered, the group was led into a large set of double doors on their right that opened up into an auditorium. Some students were down on the stage tinkering with equipment. Most of them looked up, their thoughts turning towards nervous questions as to what the headmaster was doing there before they noticed the students and relaxed. “This is the auditorium, where the theatre club hosts plays and the music clubs host their concerts,” Mr. Tynedale said, waving at the students and smiling.

“As for classrooms,” he continued once they were back in the hallway, having gone through a door along the wall near the stage. “Most of them are the second floor. The only ones that aren't are the special ones like woodshop and the art classes. Y'know, things that don't fit the traditional classroom setting. But you'll get into those later. For now, we're going to go sit down and talk about rules and stuff.” As he spoke, he led them back into the room they had first entered, leading them through a door in the back that seemed to lead into an office.

Instead, the door led to a conference room of sorts, with several chairs arranged around a long, rectangular table with just enough chairs for the students. Along the back wall was plenty of room to place their bags and such until after the orientation-type event, which was presumably there because some students probably didn't trust anyone else with their things. As the first through, Mr. Tynedale sat at one end of the table while Ms. Alberda sat at the other. Immediately upon sitting down, he asked, “Does anyone have any questions about what you did or didn't see?” leaving the students to sit down while thinking about his question.

After his request to be able to take Devon's eyes posthumously he realized something, he would be dead. Why ask for permission? This reasoning could work with any one of his fellow students here if any part of their body was worth collecting, it would be hard to top purple peepers. His thoughts went away when Smokey playfully nibbled on his leg again, probably wanting food. Arson couldn't provide any currently and simply patted his small furry head. He started to ponder how he could feed him, cutting off his own finger was always an option considering he had 10 right?. Then maybe the whole hand if they wouldn't let them into the school for awhile. He has two of those. Then maybe the whole arm....
Arson dug his nails into his own hand to return to reality. Soon the out-of-place lightning struck and Arson actually hopped into the air a bit. Maybe it caused a fire? Only one real way to tell? He turned and noticed the school was in one piece and not going to burn down anytime soon probably. The quickly built up anticipation soon met with results that disappointed and Arson's expression became rather sulky for a moment.
In place of the fire was a tall man who introduced himself as Joseph Tynedale. The headmaster. Apparently he, and we, have to wait on his assistant. Arson hated waiting. Unless of course there was something to do or ponder. Like the fact Beth was a telepath... Wait. What?

...Everything I think of isn't only existing in my mind... All I have to do is not think right? No... not possible. All I have to do is not think of anything crude, abnormal, vulgar, carnal, and et cetera right? No... Not possible. Arson's exterior was rather calm and collected while all these chaotic thoughts filled his mind. Just don't think about burning anything... Or of anything.... Wait! There is a way to stop thinking... His eyes quickly became aimed at his fire poker. Lobotomies right? No... Well only one way to find out hmm?

His thoughts again were interrupted yet again by a hungry Smokey. His mind could never wander with Smokey around. Perhaps that was a bit of a good thing.
He dully noted Anzhelika hiding her chin inside her sweater as if it was cold and Ray's aggression towards the headmaster. One was odd the other amusing to him and he wanted to see Ray at least attempt to beat the shit out of someone or get the shit beaten out of him but it seemed he wouldn't go for it. What a shame. He also heeded the notebook she took out and felt the need to find out what was inside of it but decided against just taking or asking. Both would probably not give him results he was looking for. ...Stop thinking about things...

Eventually his assistant, Ms. Alberda, appeared and he said words that pleased Arson and probably most of the other students, "So let's go ahead and get inside." Arson kinda ignored the well.... everything else.
The doors were finally opened and Arson looked like had lost something with the amount of looking around he was doing. How exciting this... could be. He never did have a formal education and this building seemed fancy. The nurse's office, gymnasium, auditorium, and so on were all amazing to Arson. He didn't really show much of his curiously but he still walked in a rather strange fashion and heavily examined what they passed by.
Afterward they all went to a conference room, still led by the headmaster and his assistant. “Does anyone have any questions about what you did or didn't see?”
Arson was busy absorbing everything he saw and sat in his chair rather calmly, without the foot and finger tapping.

Raven was so busy staring at the floor blankly, that the sudden flash of lightning caused her to flinch in surprise. She cleared her throat and immediately looked around to see if anyone had seen that. Her face heated up in embarrassment, and she decided to brush it off by bringing her attention to the guy who introduced himself as the headmaster. She didn't catch his name, not that she would remember it if she did. That entrance was quite.. flashy. heh.. She held back a smile after she mentally made that pun, and made a mental note not to ever voice out something as lame as that. Then it clicked. One of them was telepathic.

Raven froze in place, and her eyes widened a little bit. woops.. She immediately sent her thoughts flying, and tried to focus on whatever the headmaster was saying. She felt uncomfortable about the fact that her mind was open to someone else besides her. Hopefully, the telepath-girl was the type of person who respected people's privacy. Raven must have tried too hard to keep her mind blank, because she realized that she had been spacing out for awhile now, and completely missed the rest of the conversation. By the time that she focused back on the headmaster, a woman was already standing beside him. "let's go ahead and get inside" She sighed in relief upon hearing that, "-where we'll go over housing assignments, rules, and all the other miscellaneous things you need to know.” She groaned internally.

Raven just wanted to get in and settle down in a room with a comfy bed -and maybe get to eat some delicious food for dinner. She was in no mood to go over housing assignments, rules, wait, did somebody say rules? She hated rules, and she was never good at following them. Mr. Flash and Ms. Blonde started to lead them inside the school building. She didn't pay attention to what the two were saying as she observed the place quietly. As they arrived at the cafeteria, she raised an eyebrow at the familiarity. It looked too much like her kitchen at home, with it's tan-colored walls and checkered flooring. After that, they went to the gymnasium, followed by the auditorium. By the time that they left, she was already too tired to walk. It didn't help that the luggage she was carrying was heavy. She ended up placing too many things in there when she was trying to keep John waiting.

Fortunately for her, they were brought to a room with chairs. She didn't notice anything else inside the room, because she was too caught up at the sight of chairs. She was finally going to get some rest. Raven walked over to the chair at the edge, but when the blonde woman took the seat at the end, she moved a few chairs away from her. She placed her luggage down before taking a seat, and she leaned back against the chair with a deep sigh. “Does anyone have any questions about what you did or didn't see?” After getting a few seconds of relief, she sat up straight and brought her chair closer to the table. She didn't answer the question, not that she had questions anyway, and she didn't want to make eye-contact with anyone either so she did the only thing that she felt comfortable doing.. stare at the cat.

As the headmaster answers Ray's words, he just smiles, it seems this school isn't half that bad.
As Ray noticed the woman walking towards the gate, he stands up, I guess it's time to get inside. And just as Ray thought about it, the principle indeed took them inside.
Ray didn't payed that much of an attention, for he only cared for two things: Mastering his powers and staying away from others.
For Ray saw this as just another lesson that he had to learn, his powers were unknown to him, although he knew what he was able off.
And yet he wanted to grow even stronger, to reach for the stars and beyond it, so that more and more human-beings could be saved from the wicked and dark ones.
As they entered the gym, Ray started to look around. He could practice here each and every day if needed, and he could even seal himself off from the outside world with his power!
Ray smiled as he continued to follow the head master, but the tour came to an end and they entered a conference room. Chairs were surrounding a tall table, and as the head master sat down, more and more started to sit into these chairs.
Ray walked towards the back as he leaned against the wall. He did had a question for the head master, but after what happened at the gate, Ray thought it would been better to remain quite for the time being and go with the flow.

Rosy followed Ray through the place starring at the floor making parental map of the place. Cafeteria, auditorium lots of places in the building lots of things to trance about as she could tell by quick glances upward. Trusty blindfold anyone. She thought and smiled

Going into the conference room she took a seat it looked a bit more safe for her so she looked up everyone such a small space she got a bit worried that someone would touch her and send her flying through there past ' recovering lost sins " the church would put it. But it didn't seem like everyone was sitting so that was a plus.

"Does anyone have any questions about what you did and didn't see"

' How old is this place' she thought. Through she already knew the answer as it was build a couple decades ago she wanted see something. It was nice that people showed some concern for her but trances were trances, if I item been cleared she doesn't have to go back in when she sees it only if it has new meaning. She though while waiting for an answer.

“Great!” Mr. Tynedale exclaimed when no one raised a hand or spoke up to ask a question. He gave them a few moments to finish settling into the chairs and such before continuing, even though most everyone was sitting down. Beth was lucky enough to get a seat between two girls, Rosy and Raven, despite coming into the room last. Of course, she still had to worry about the guys on the other side of the table, but at least they weren't next to her. Mr. Tynedale took her mind off that topic, however, as he began to speak.

“The rules are really quite simple,” he began. “First, you will in no way use your powers to harm anyone on campus. Doing so will result in severe punishment. Second, there will be no stealing of anything on campus. That will result in punishment, but also a retribution fine on the thief. Third, there is to be no mixing of gender in the dorms after curfew. Before is okay, but not after. Fourth, curfew is at ten o' clock. Everyone is expected to be back in their dorm building by then. Fifth, your classes are important, and we will not tolerate you purposely skipping them. You have three lates before you receive punishment for being late.”

“There are some more rules in your books, but that covers most of the big ones,” Mr. Tynedale said. “Now I'm going to announce the pairings for the dorm rooms. For the girls, the pairs are Rosy and Elizabeth, and Raven and Anzhelika. The pairings for the guys are Ray, Arson, and Nikolai, and Devon and Silas.”

“Now, I know that you were talking and socializing out in front of the academy while waiting for myself and Ms. Alberda to arrive, but we figured that it wouldn't hurt to have a little social thing here,” Mr. Tynedale said as several people entered the door carrying serving trays. “That's why we supplied donuts, muffins, bagels, and some drinks. Feel free to get to know your roommate and enjoy the food before we move onto the actual dorms, where we'll of course, split into two groups.”

After a few moments, everyone but the students had left the little conference room, obviously to make it a more relaxed environment for the kids. Having never had a roommate before, however, Beth wasn't entirely sure that their leaving made her more comfortable. How would her roommate feel about having someone who could read her mind around all day? “Hey, um, I'm Beth,” she said, turning to Rosy. “It's, um, great to meet you.”
