Why do you make a power cap? That'll just make me feel bad. The point of the Tier collapse was so we could increase in power infinitesimally while baddies do too.

For now, I mean. Ruby may ascend above Spirit in power by the end of my current arc. When I say Power Cap, I mean the cap for power without a good reason to ascend above it. Spirit's currently my most powerful character, and really is quite powerful, so I have to be really reasonable when I ascend someone above him. Which I, like I said, may be doing with Ruby.
