You know, I'm really tempted to turn you in for treason sometimes.
It's not even an act of treason. It's part of my right to free speech. Technically, if I wanted to go around speaking Igbo to everyone such that no one would understand me at all, I can, but I would be kicked out of just about everywhere. Let's see. Am I providing secret information to the British? Am I attempting to help them in some secret plot to overthrow the American goverment? No.
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
Britain is not an enemy of America. Thus, I am not committing treason.
