Genesis has many separate 'vessels'. Since he began as a program, he is not limited to a singular physical being, he is an ever changing entity.

But Pinkie wouldn't be opposed to causing mischief. But I don't think it's Pinkie either. Though, Dark never felt like that version of ominous.
