I'm kind of stumped on who I would go with as second character. It's either a toss up between Phantom Stranger, Hawkman or Andrew Bennett.

GMs can trust that they share expectations of quality and creative direction, making it nice that they even put up any kind of CS at all. I've seen plenty of GMs that don't over the years.

And you can't cherry pick which players get to do a CS, and which don't. So.
