Every other time I don't respond, it's either that, yes, I didn't see it, or I decided to read through everything before going back and responding, then I forget to go back and respond. Sometimes, it doesn't make logical sense to go back and answer after other things have happened while I was gone.

Rule of thumb (when dealing with me, at least) is to just inform me OOC that I skipped over you whenever I post IC without responding to you. Even if I saw it, I still wouldn't get annoyed if you were just checking to make sure things kept rolling.

Technically I'm capable at all times I'm online, but I don't when I'm busy with something else, usually school. I glance over it every now and then to see if there's a new post, but reading takes less time than writing, and I prefer as much as I can to focus on my school and only post between subjects, if at all. It's not much of an excuse, but it's the situation. I'm not proud of it.
