Googling it, and then applying it like the char knows everything about it. You googled Sven's char (most likely) and used the information as if you char already knew that and blatantly stated it. Just acting instead of obviously implying it would've been better. I do research the abilities, but not when in action. Cause I use knowledge that I have. That is how I do it. I a not trying to mae you RP like I do, but in reality, they mostly likely don't have that infomation especially when we aren't directly showing what we are doing.

Yup. I guessed it. Not one ounce of research done, besides her actions via IC. I knew it had to be related to magnetism, however, I didn't know how, so I guessed. It's actually fairly easy to make an assumption based off of present knowledge.
