Well taking a look at the Cs, the only one I can see being skipped was "previous occupation" - Major/Minor are to be marked N/A on the sheet if the person didn't attend college. Skills are a max amount allowed type of deal, no min required. So actually, should still be filled out.

@BeautifulSnow Sadly no, a person is limited for supplies not only because of how much could fit in a pack but weight. So a person couldn't carry twice as much just because they need to carry twice as much. It still has to be limited. For a child that small actually now that I think about it - will be able to carry a lot less than an adult, and an adult will have to carry the child some. So the adults pack will actually need to be dropped by 1 item slot and the childs will need to be limited to 5 items(though I will accept 1 full change of clothing as 1 item on the child). No firearms or ammo on the child - only a knife. (Slice of life)
