My sympathies Dizzy my baby girl Nibbles (Boston Terrier) passed away the first week of June of breast cancer.

It's hard I know an then there's the people who say it was just an animal (heartless SOBs) that don't get that they are family in the strongest sense. That's why I say take your time an recover.

I really appreciate the sympathy, guys. *hugs Rumiko* I didn't know dogs could get breast cancer. That's crazy. I honestly have gotten a lot of sympathy from everyone, including the people I work with. Unfortunately I found out while I was at work, and it really messed me up. My manager gave me a hug, let me tell some stories about her (I think he could see I needed to vent) and actually let me go home early when I started crying.

I work in a really nice place... It's new to me to be treated well by an employer. I'm rambling. Sorry.

Believe me I understand babbling when you hurt. I so miss my baby snuggled up with me in bed. When I eat certain foods like steak or pork chops I remember her patiently waiting for me to mix it with rice so she could chow down.

Um. Well, when she was still growing, we didn't know she could reach the counter. She got up there and ate an entire stick of butter. We found her licking the wrapper. And we got a gate after that.
