Well since this is an AU of Rwby we can say that the leader is voted by the group at the start of the semester no matter the leaders name is on the acronym.

Mostly because I think they're the only two with the motivation to actually do it as well as being tough enough to actually make decisions. I'll make a proper decision if I have to once you guys have all voted xD

How new should the reject team be? I think it'd be interesting if they were brand new, only just meeting each other a few days before the festival. That way, the underdog team can grow together during the tournament.
