I counter argue that the werk is still a good plan. The heavy assault was a general assault, not a targeted attack with general knowledge of power source placement. Sigma could snipe the supply if the unit is reachable. If not then the x-7 can hit it anywhere with the bunker buster which is a high explosive round, which would certainly ignite whatever cold-fusion neutrino generator we use for these monster machines.

Just so you folks know, October is going to be a stupid busy month for me, getting prepped to sell my crafts at an anime convention, so the last month is "oh shit I've procrastinated too long!"
