+Stand can use things such as iron marbles and rifle rounds as projectiles.
-star finger: Concentrates stand power to index and middle finger of Star Platinum to increase their length for a moment. Can be used to slash/stab for a short moment.

ORAORAORAORA-
Using the inhuman strength/speed of Star Platinum, Jotaro can deliver extremely strong blows in short time. He mostly controls the blow enough for the victim to survive.

Equipment: Clothing. Small iron marbles and rifle ammo?

History: Jotaro helped his grandfather Joseph Joestar and his allies defeat DIO and save Jotaro's mother as the family suddenly acquired stand, effected by DIO himself acquiring one. After defeating DIO, Jotaro went off to track the arrow DIO used, and reaches Moriocho in Japan. He retrieves two arrows from there, and also helps solve a mystery of disappearing people, which turned out as an action of a stand user.
(Tried to minimize spoilers,but meh. This Jotaro is from right after part 4 ended, so no other stories included.)

Personality: Jotaro may seem rough, but is gentle and is loyal to his allies. He tends to express himself in short phrases.
 Jotaro is able to keep calm even in bad situations, which helped him out in his adventures.
Jotaro disapproves of harming children and women, and will be more violent if his opposition does it. However, he will still fight if his enemy is a woman.
 Also can be annoyed by girls making a fuss.

Dark Souls Universe
Hmmm. I'll explain some of the lore. Dark Souls series are concentrating on keeping the fire going. There are special beings called Lords of Cinder who sacrifice themselves. These Lords originate from various species. I don't know exactly how you become one. They keep the fire going by burning themselves at the Kiln of the First Flame. Lords of Cinder are usually given ability to use fire in combat, as most Lord bosses do in-game. I guess.
 The Abyss is... well... Kinda 'evil stuff'. In DS3, enemies effected by the abyss either have red glowing eyes, or have black snake-like beings on them. Some like Dark Wraiths have tree-like appearances. The black snake-like things are weak to fire. Since I couldn't clearly define Abyss-related things, I just said Darkness-stuff like magicians using dark magic or something covered with evil slimes or something.
 In DS universe, all living things have souls(also used as money in game. Somehow.) Strong beings have great souls, and those souls can be used to craft a something related to the soul(spells, weapons, etc.) using something called "transposing kiln". The group Abyss Watchers is one Lord of Cinder, and that makes them share one soul.
That's what I can say.

Appearance: People live when they survive
Name: Emiya Shirou
Sex: Male
Franchise: Fate/Stay Night. Following the 'Good End' of Unlimited Blade Works.

Special Abilities/Powers:
Reinforcement: Shirou is able to strengthen the composition of an item, or temporarily heighten his own attributes, such as his eyesight.
Projection/Tracing: Shirou can create swords out of thin air, to put it simply. Any sword he's studied and memorised can be recreated, as long as he what he's seen was the finished product. Although the copy is effectively exactly the same as the original weapon, any weapon that isn't strictly standard will be of lower quality than the original.
Unlimited Blade Works: Shirou creates a field of blades that greatly boosts his projection ability, letting him overwhelm an opponent with superior firepower, so to speak. The problem with this, however, is that he simply cannot afford the MP cost on his own, rendering this skill effectively invalid.
Archery: Not exactly a superpower of his, but his archery skills are ridiculously good.

Equipment: More of a summary of his more common projections, given that he doesn't physically carry his weapons around.
Kanshou & Bakuya: Twin swords that Shirou coped from Archer, having been drawn to the swords when seeing them in action. The dual swords seem to suit Shirou fairly well.
Rho Aias: A flower-like shield Shirou can project in order to block a particuarly potent javelin or projectile weapon. Normally, it would possess up to seven layers of protection - each layer being as tough as a rampart to pierce - but Shirou is only normally capable of projecting one layer. Chances are, if Shirou hads to use this shield, he's going to be left with little energy left to fight on much longer, and any damage the shield actually receives is reflected onto him, too.

History:
The survivor of a terrible tragedy in which he was the only survivor, the young child Shirou was adopted by a man named Kiritsugu Emiya, who informed little Shirou that he was a magus. Shirou begged to learn magecraft from the man who saved him, and despite initial refusal, eventually taught Shirou very basic magecraft, as well as passing on his ideal to become a superhero to Shirou. Fast forward several years, and the high-schooler Shirou finds himself embroiled in a amgical war between magi, summoning Servants to fight for the Holy Grail.

After inadvertently summoning a Servant of the Saber class, Shirou joined forces with Tohsaka Rin and her Servant known as Archer in order to see through to the end of the War. For various reasons, Shirou and Archer did not get along well at all, but somehow, Shirou was able to somehow absorb combat ability of this servant, and drastically improve his own techniques.

Shirou and Rin were able to survive the war, destroying the Holy Grail in the process with the help of Saber and Archer, who disappeared soon after the battle. Nowadays Shirou, Rin and Saber are living together happily.

Personality:
As someone who promised to be a "hero of justice", Shirou is self-sacrificing to a fault and desires to save everyone in the world. Thanks to his experiences, he's come to realise how impossible this ideal is, but refuses to give up on his goals regardless, and instead strives to fulfil his dream in spite of reality.

Shirou can be ridiculously stubborn too, to the point of madness sometimes. Even if  everyone else is against him, Shirou will not waverin his resolve, for better or worse.

As expected of someone striving to be a hero, Shirou is virutally unable to not help someone. Stemming from his survivors guilt, Shirou feels that his own needs are worthless when compared to others', and has no qualms about severely injuring himself if it's for the sake of someone else.

Special Abilities/Powers: Rem is capable of utilizing water magic, and in spite of her self-deprecating statements in that regard she is still in a lower high level of skill with it. The various applications thereof include ice magic, which allows her to make spikes of ice of varying size that can be used as projectiles, or freeze small objects, and the capability to heal injuries to some extent. However, she is not among the best healers even within the household she serves. Rem is also far stronger then her physical appearance would indicate, and this is entirely due to her race. Rem is not, in fact, human, instead being an oni. Her base physical strength, healing capability, and endurance are higher as a result of this. She can also cause her horn to appear, which causes her to enter a state of heightened strength, agility, and endurance, as well as causing her to absorb mana from the atmosphere. However, this state also can cause her to enter a berserk mindset, especially when active for prolonged periods of time.
Equipment: Rem carries a huge morningstar with an exceptionally long chain. Its weight and strength of impact allows it to smash through most foes in an incredibly violent fashion.
History:
Rem was born into a village of oni alongside her twin sister, Ram. In this village, twins were seen as taboo, as each twin would only have one horn, as opposed to two. As a result, the village elder attempted to kill them. However, Ram showed incredible innate talent, even as a baby, with wind magic, and the village elder was forced to allow them to live as a result. Rem grew up with a twin sister who was constantly praised and showed her immense inherent skill, and as a result became beset by feelings of terrible inferiority no matter how much she tried to compensate. Then, tragedy struck when their village was attacked by the Witch Cult, and everyone but Ram and herself was killed. Ram, while distracted, had her horn cut off, and for the briefest moment Rem felt a feeling of satisfaction that the thing that had caused her so much grief was now eliminated. Immediately afterwards and for the rest of her life, Rem felt horrified that she could feel such satisfaction at something that harmed her sister, an intense guilt that permeated all her actions and thoughts from that point onward. Raising her sister on an even higher pedestal, as Rem and Ram entered service as maids, and Rem did everything she could to do everything for Rem, to be an "inferior substitute" to make up for that brief moment of satisfaction she felt so much guilt for. This continued until a strange boy entered the mansion, and events from there changed Rem's outlook for the better. She even helped to take down the White Whale, a magical monster that had plagued the land, for so long.
Personality: Rem tends to speak in a manner that could be considered 'superficially polite', something especially apparent when she is with her sister. In spite of this superficial politeness, she still dedicates herself wholeheartedly to being a perfect maid, much of this motivation due to her feelings of guilt towards a past incident involving her sister. She wishes to make up for such a thing by being a perfect maid who can do everything for her sister and for Roswaal L. Mathers, the man they work for. While these feelings of guilt have not been erased, they have been considerably lessened. The same goes for her feelings of inferiority towards her sister, which have also come to influence her life considerably less since she fell in love with Natsuki Subaru. The two people in the world she cares most for are her twin sister and Subaru. Her dedication is absolutely unfailing. In spite of being more soft-spoken and demure then her sister Ram, Rem is still prone to minor teasing of others in some occasions. Finally, Rem can enter a berserk state when using her oni nature directly, causing her to become far more violent in behavior.


I am my own senpai and yes I know there's stuff not in the anime with Rem I don't know it and am therefore not including it directly I will leave it vague no spoiling. D:

Here's my CS. Kinda iffy with her abilities since we already have Rem who also can cast water and ice spells.

Appearance:

Name: Victoria Luxenberg

Sex: Female

Franchise: She came from an alternate Earth much like ours, only one day, fantastical beings and creatures suddenly made an appearance out of the blue. After quite some period of tension between the two factions, things finally settled down, with both factions coexisting together. And she belongs to the fantastical faction.

Special Abilities/Powers: Being an undine, she could manipulate water as she wishes, even to the point of turning it into ice, though the act quite exhausts her as it's a more advanced technique and it takes much more of her magic. She can also turn herself into water, making all physical attacks useless against her. It's not that big of a deal though, as thunder or fire attacks can still hurt her. 

Equipment: She doesn't possess any weapons or armor or any combat equipment for that matter as she wasn't a fighter at all in her original world.

History: Growing up among her sisters in a lake in Germany, she decided to leave her people to mingle among the humans. She ended up having a job as a teacher in a human-demi co-ed school. Thanks to her kind and easygoing personality, she ended up quite popular among the students.

Personality: If you ask the people around her, they would tell you that she was the very definition of grace and beauty. She was rarely seen without her smile, even when she was scolding some students for being naughty, though somehow her smile at that moment turned intimidating all of a sudden. What they didn't know however, was that she could also be somewhat mischievous on the side. She was quite fond of matchmaking her students, and giving love advice in general, asked or not. And with her ability to turn part of herself into water, she could sneak around and peek at the many juicy lovey dovey moments that her students had.

Oh yeah, also, Vita is my senpai.
