A thought just occurred to me. There are little to no people of color in Fate/Stay as main characters. Imagine a racist individual being summoned by someone they hated race wise. That'd be an interesting dynamic to see in a fate series. I know it won't happen but it'd be something different.

There was something like that with the priest in Fate/Prototype.

@TurboshitterAlright I haven't done much research on prototype. I just figured it'd make an interesting dynamic and address long thought dead prejudices. Doesn't even have to be a colored person you could have roman emperors be summoned by german magis.

Anyways, here's a list of potential ideas I had for NPs that may work better for you?


Tsaagan Mori fits the Rider class aesthetic best, tbh. Also gels with Mongolian cultural stuff surrounding horses, which is always good. Would she be able to scale that summon to get a single mount/smaller charge?

Minkh Khukh Tengri is better flavor for your bow NP. I'd mix the two personally, and have the catalyst for activating MKT a tracer shot from the composite bow that symbolizes the Mongol Horde, or a shot into the air to call down an arrow rain like Atalanta. It gives it more personality than just being able to machine gun arrows super fast. Bonus points if the arrow rain is lightning aspected as a sublimation of the "lightning attack" tactic + the role of lightning/thunder and the Khan as a symbol of divine will.

Yavakh Mangudai is probably a no-go because army summons are Bad Civilization, and Dynasty's End doesn't seem to gel with the mounted archer concept.

Hmm, alright, fair enough. Tsagaan Mori it is. But, I wonder, may her then have three NPs (Bow, Mount, Ulti-NP)? Because, well, a mount NP is obviously nice to have, but it's kinda hard to fit in what I really want. Idk.


It's their class philosophy to be fast and able to smash that ult so Riders typically have more NPs than most classes anyway, i.e. Astolfo has 4, Achilles has 5, Ushiwakamaru has 5, most of the others have 3 etc etc.

But it's @Turboshitter's call.

@vFearThe thing is I'm not Leon. Nor am I anything like Leon. The dude is objectively different than I am. Of course I am playing the character but that's only about as far as the thing goes. Leon's a trusting, talented, well meaning individual who wants to further himself. I'm a lazy, paranoid, sarcastic jackass who only gets by. Chances are Leon, and Mordred will only end up as friends (if that) by the end of the roleplay (Assuming both are alive). I'm more along the lines of the lancer NPC I purposed to Turbo. A character who plays it by the book, and freely jokes about whatever he feels like doing/thinking of.

If they two do have a romantic inclination that's their thing we'll see how it will develop. However as I am playing Mordred i also have no plans on letting anyone else romance her either because romance with other peoples' characters as a female character isn't something i'm use to doing. I've only done romance with other players female characters. If you're being serious about the matter I assure you that I don't intend to force anything that isn't there.

A quick reminder to everyone without a master/character that today (Thursday) is the day before Turbo intends to put up the IC. I recommend everyone have their characters ready. It's been over a week now I think it's more than fair. If no one has someone to pair up with they should quickly make a master to double up.
