Maybe not right away, but she knows where and how to arrange the resources she’s given, one of the most important quality of a leader. So if she does show that she can guide the team in the right direction, will he follow her then?

But it is a very important start. In fact, it’s likely the most important start. Liking her can come later. To tell the truth, liking her doesn’t have to ever come at all. But she’s smart. She thinks outside the box. That kind of talent is going to make the group function to its fullest potential, everyone using their own special talents in ways one wouldn’t expect. And she isn’t as shitty of a person as you might think. She’s good. She cares. If she can love little Lily White, she can potentially love a group of misfit government operatives that’s as mismatched as quilt made by a blind grandma. So don’t write her off just yet.

But that’s just it. You don’t know all that much about her. Why would you have him automatically distrust her? Because she’s an alcoholic? Because she’s a little bit of a bitch? If it’s the second one, it will fade in time.

@Framing A MooseI am willing to see what happens. Right now I need someone to lead the group because no one is following my guy. I'm ok with that. But it means finding a replacement or two. I don't mind more than one leader as long as they work together.
