Eudora's hand flew to her mouth as Aloise collapsed like a ragdoll, the mullo still unfazed and unharmed by all the attacks. A suffocating cloud of guilt and inner torment descending upon her once again, choking out everything in Eudora's world except for the shame and the quickly bleeding body of the hunter.

Folly's voice suddenly pierced the hazy fog, bringing back sharpness to the world. Folly said something about the mullo's name and that instant Eudora could feel the mullo freeze. "Say her name, say her name!" Eudora croaked out as if everyone hadn’t figured it out already as she bounded towards Aloise, her entire being seemingly bobbing up and down as she slid down next to her, a reassuring hand on the hunter's shoulder while she carefully slid out the blade, wincing at the gore. Eudora didn't want to give up on her, too much death had already taken place, Eudora had to at least try to prevent this one. Eudora placed both her hands on the wound, stemming the flow of blood as she sang her incantation, willing her entire being into this spell. "Mahday, eelohtah sahn. Serloh, eelohtah."

Lilith fought for every breath as the creature continued to strangle her. She didn't pay attention to the others, hoping they would come to her aid sooner rather than later. It wasn't until she felt the creature's grip loosen that she saw her chance. For a brief second, it paused, meaning something was said or done to give the creature pause. She hoped the others noticed it.

In that instance, Lilith fought back. She attempted to drive herself out of the creature's clutches and crawl away, giving the others some time to attack the thing. It was all she could do, because if she couldn't, it meant the end for her.

Millicent could only watch as the thing continued to strangle the blonde woman. She had little pity for the woman who was killed by the thrown knife. If you couldn't avoid a projectile coming at you, you deserved the fate brought on. The others felt the need to continue conversing despite their imminent danger. Only the old witch seemed to have an ounce of intelligence.

The young girl seemed to know this creature. Or at least, she knew what it looked like. However, Millicent noticed the hesitation in the creature's attempt to kill. "Say it's bloody name already! It hesitated for a moment. If we could drive it away from the woman, we can kill it."

Darren went white when he saw who the blade hit. Every rational thought in his mind left at that very moment as his concerns of the mullo left too. Any reasonable course of action that he had possibly considered to assist in destroying the creature fled from his mind as he was struck with an incredible, unshakeable grief. Things were not the same with Aloise in this timeline, and indeed by now they had separated, and he was in reality, dead. However, he had still seen the woman he loved, the person he held most dear at that point in his life, fall to the ground to die.

He saw as Eudora made her way over to Aloise, and soon enough he followed suit, listening as the witch uttered her spell, he reached down and took Aloise's other hand in his own. "Don't you fucking even think about dying, you asshole. Somebody's gotta help me get back to my time, and you still owe me from the vampire incident." Whether or not that was a debt properly repaid, Darren didn't care, he was focused on the woman before him, hoping beyond hope that this would not be her end.

The fact that the Mullo was so close to everyone was proving to be one of the most irritating circumstances of this evening. No shots or blades had managed to hit the target, and as it continued to dive between person to person, little could be done without the risk of hurting others. He heard the shouting between everyone, all pushing Folly to say the creature's name. He knew little of the creature, in fact, nothing, and didn't quite understand how it would work. He could see most standing around, waiting with weapons drawn for an opening, aside from the angel who began to wrench the mullo off.

James decided he was done standing around. Sliding his handgun into its holster, James lowered his shoulders, going for his best football charge possible as he ran forward, sprinting across the tent towards Seraphina and the Mullo as he reached out for its own neck. He had no idea if such a thing would work, the thing likely didn't even need to breathe, but he was relying more on his force than anything as he tried to force the Mullo off and pin it to the floor, if he could choke it or just pin it down away from everyone else, it would at least be something.

Coventry Circus Grounds...

It was less than an hour ago that they had entered the circus, intent on avenging Andromeda's father. It was less than an hour ago that so many people were still alive, their minds filled with idealized notions of justice and righteousness. Yet now, both of Sal Aldrich's children are dead. Folly's only surviving family member, beyond her cousin that James had met with, has died. Strong, someone who cared for Lilith fiercely, dead. October, someone similar to a sister to Carolina, dead. Liam and Aloise, who perhaps could have been something more, dead. The O.M.E.N. agents-- dead. Seraphina and Emmie -- dead. Alexander, the first victim, dead. While this may not be as well remembered as the Altsoba Massacre, that doesn't mean the blood doesn't stain the pavement. The blood seeps into the ground, poisoning the soil.

Yet there is still more blood to spill. We have not yet finished. You have not yet met the person behind all of Mephistopheles' plans. She is coming, my children, she is coming for you have risen Hel. The fabric of reality itself is being torn and broken, remade and then ripped once more. First the kumakatok and now the mullo - these are both symptoms of the larger problem.

Hel is coming.

Folly glanced back at Lilith. In romani culture, names have power. Many people are not told of their true name until they reach adulthood. And as for the dead, often times their names are not repeated, as to avoid disturbing their rest. "I don't know...We call her Curse. But her actual name is a mystery. Names have power in my culture."

Fortunately, Seraphina was successful in prying the mullo off of Lilith. For a moment, the creature stilled as the angel attempted to smite her, but once the intense white light from Seraphina's attack faded, the mullo was still there. Her movements were a little slowed and sluggish, but it wouldn't be long before she was back at full strength. The mullo seemed to notice Katsumi's hesitation and like an attack dog, it bounded over towards the woman. Ready or not, here she comes!

As for Aloise, the ex-marine has no pulse. If Eudora is lucky, the healing spell may work. It is powerful enough to resurrect a human being, but the odds of it succeeding decrease exponentially the longer the individual has been deceased. For Aloise, she had already been dead for minutes. It wasn't likely to be successful but...

"Language," Aloise croaked, gasping as her eyes shot open.

In the midst of James' charge, the mullo had already changed directions and targets. However, his phone would begin to buzz and ring, indicating at least twelve missed calls. But bizarrely, only James' phone would work. Every other phone in the room had lost signal, but his had regained it. Who knew how long it'd last for - perhaps he could call in back-up. Of course, when he looked at his phone, the missed calls were from two people: Edwina Fairfax and then a representative from MI13. Each had left several voicemails.

"How is your phone working?" Folly asked, hearing the noise.

Outside of Coventry...

Guin snorted. "Right. You're not on the run. You're just on the run," Guin commented. But she was rather certain in not wanting to go to Coventry. There were people looking for her and she didn't feel like being found yet. It was why she had given her cards to Carolina - they'd follow the purchase trail and keep off her scent for a little while. "I'm gonna have to pass on that. Hard pass. But you go on ahead."

Olivia looked over towards Folly for a moment when she admitted that she didn't know that the name of the Mullo, which was a bad thing the only way to slow the thing down or freeze the thing temporarily. "Dont you have like a list, book or ledger of some kind with all of your ancestors names somewhere in here, if I remember you all do live here right?" Olivia asked, they had to have at least a book or ledger of names of every family member within their bloodline. Olivia had been in town long enough to know some of the circus but she never really had the time to go and visit.

She looked over as she watched Seraphina's attempt to smite the creature, she noticed the bright light coming from her hand but when it faded it seemed to only just slow the Mullo down. Then the Mullo quickly started it's charge forward making its way over towards Katsumi, Olivia wasn't sure how many people in the tent were actually hunters. Then Olivia heard Aloise's voice mention something looking over towards her, wondering what she meant by language. She sighed to herself she wanted to go and help now, the angel seemed to be successful in prying the Mullo off of the other girl which was good.

Olivia started to take off some of her clothes, wincing in pain as she started to feel her bones and muscles starting to change and reshape. She always hated turning in front of people but she didn't have any real choice people were dying and she didn't want to see anyone else die either. The wolf suddenly charged forward towards the Mullo at full speed.

Seraphina was grateful that she managed to pry the Mullo off of Lilith she was then able to rest her hand on the creature's forehead, as a bright white light started to come out. But then when it faded, Seraphina stopped as she saw that the Mullo was unscathed from the smiting backing up slightly. She hadn't known a creature to be able to survive that, Seraphina reached down and helped Lilith back up and started to heal any wounds that the Mullo had caused. "Are you alright?" She asked, as she turned her attention back to the Mullo and noticed that it was slightly sluggish from her attempt.

The human James came up in an attempt to help, raising an eyebrow when she noticed his phone had gone off, but it wasn't her concern really. She quickly went over towards Aloise seeing the woman was down on the ground, the witch was doing her best to heal the woman as well Seraphina knelt down as she laid a hand onto Aloise and try to heal the hunter as well. She didn't want to see anyone else end up dying either, hopefully it would be able to work.

Carolina looked up at Guin for a moment, at her comment she sighed slightly and rubbed her eyes for a moment the girl was pretty stubborn she gave her that. "I killed some OMEN Agents back on the road close to the train station, they killed a guy and then they started chasing after me and a friend. She managed to kill one, and then I killed the other one." Carolina finally said, before standing up and started to dust herself off. "They are probably gonna send more so I guess i'll see you around." Carolina said giving her a slight smile, and since Guin was practically giving her stuff away she probably figured that she could use them as well, hating the fact that she was pretty much taking from the girl.

Carolina decided to leave her at least one card. "I'll leave you one." Carolina said it was the least that she could do, as she grabbed the other cards and started to slowly make her way back towards the bike. Carolina rubbed her arms slightly feeling the cold as she kept alert and looked around the trees in case she was being followed, she wasn't sure what else was in the woods or if they still had her trail.

Please work, please work Eudora begged silently as she clutched the rapidly cooling body harder than she meant to, come on, she had to save at least one soul today. Too much Death was surrounding her, if Aloise died too Eudora didn't think she was going to survive it. Eudora chanted her words in her hoarse voice, rocking gently as she put her all into it, yet the body didn't stir. She firmly shut her eyes, a panicked, sad noise escaping from the back of her throat before suddenly she felt the hunter budge. Her eyes flew open to see Aloise, tired but breathing.

Pride and joy welled inside Eudora, but it was short-lived. She felt a chill grow within her, a sense of impending doom that weighed heavily on her shoulders. She felt it. It was faint but definitely there, the wicked energies of a being she hoped to never have to face. "Hel is coming," she warned in hushed tones, "Hel is coming!" she repeated louder. "Brighten the lights!" she demanded, no, begged. She hoped the others didn't see her as mad. But then again, what another way could you describe an old witch warning about impending doom other than "mad"?

Lilith could feel herself fading, but soon she was able to breathe again. She blinked her eyes a bit as her vision came back. She saw the angel in front of her. It seems she helped pry the creature off of her. It hurt to talk, but she managed to croak out some, "I'm fine." Thankfully, no other questions were asked as the angel's attention was back on the creature.

Lilith didn't really want to deal with her again, considering how well it worked last time. Instead, the witch was screaming about Hel and wanting the lights brightened. Deciding that was in her best interest (and she knew more about the lights than the Mullo) she ran to help brighten up the lights as best she could.

Millicent couldn't much blame the girl. She couldn't remember her own mother's name either. While her attention was diverted, the creature had stopped strangling the blonde haired woman and was turning its attention elsewhere. Millicent took her dagger to hand again and proceeded to come at the creature.

It seemed the others had the same idea, and too many other bodies prevented her from getting a clean strike. She didn't care about them and if they inadvertently got stabbed it was their own bloody fault, but for all she knew innocent blood being spilled would bring about yet another creature aiming to kill them all. The old woman was screaming her head off about the lights. She looked at the things producing the lights, deciding she knew nothing about the torches and the weird...things that held them. She would concern herself with the weird technology later. Instead, she came at the creature with her dagger, aiming for it's neck.

Emotions swirled around and clouded Darren like a blanket as he knelt over Aloise's body. He squeezed her hand tight, his knuckles turning white as he looked down at her, waiting and watching while Eudora continued with her spell. As it came to fruition, Darren's eyes widened as he saw Aloise's eyes open and heard her voice. Misery was replaced by relief in such an instant that he remained clouded and distracted, held between grief and joy as he looked down at her, almost laughing as he finally loosened his grip on Aloise's hand for a moment.

He glanced over his shoulder for a moment, seeing the number of bodies rushing over to try and stop the Mullo. A few more moved to brighten the lights as Eudora insisted, but in that moment Darren's own mind was still too clouded by the rush of emotion for him to do anything but look back down at Alose. But he knew she was not the type to be coddled, even coming back from death, she was not one who would sit idly while all this went down, so he helped her sit up. "Next time you die, I'm gonna bring you back and kill you myself."

James' charge bore no fruit as he saw the mullo turn to another target and begin its own charge. The creature was much too quick for James to have caught it before it got away, and he cursed under his breath as he came to a halt where the creature had stood before, watching where it went. He had been about to begin another charge along with the other bodies when he froze, hearing and feeling the buzz of his phone in his pocket as it burst to life. Reaching down to his pocket, he raised an eyebrow as he glanced down to it, knowing something had to have been going on, for what other reason would both of these numbers be calling him.

Quickly, he typed in the number for his voicemail and held the phone to his ear, glancing over to Folly and giving her an almost half-hearted shrug. He had no idea why it was that his phone had suddenly decided to work, but he wasn't going to question it at that point as he turned his gaze back to the Mullo, listening intently to his messages, determined to take in every important detail as he kept a firm grip on his handgun with his free hand, ready to react at the slightest hint of a threat.

So, that thing had a name, and people were trying to figure it out because names had great power in some culture or whatever? That was strange, but after what had happened today, why not? All of this was crazy, there had to be something that could even so much as hint at the creature's true name. All they had was what it was known as more recently, well besides a mullo. Who knew what was going to happen?

She definitely didn't know, and it was driving her crazy trying to come up with something. Thalia knew that she was useless in combat, at least right now anyway. There wasn't much she could do, and now the thing was charging after the Japanese girl. This day just kept getting worse and worse. At least her friend was being quiet for a change.

Katsumi wasn't sure what she was doing, or how to fight this thing. There had to be a way to stop this thing, but she wasn't too sure what that thing was. She was still new to the whole fighting the supernatural thing, though she was getting better. When the elderly witch yelled out that Hel was coming. Hel as in the goddess of death? That was weird, even for her.

With the goddess of death showing up, this was probably going to get worse. Kat had no idea how to face off against a goddess, or even fight one. Odds were that they were all going to die, and there was nothing that they could do about it. When she looked up, she saw the thing charging for her. Katsumi pulled out another knife, and prepared to try and stab the thing when it got close.

Coventry Circus Grounds...

Folly raised an eyebrow at Olivia. While such a book existed, she never saw it herself. Her mother had kept it locked away and hidden, explaining that she'd inherit it one day when she became of age. It always went to the eldest daughter on their 19th birthday, per tradition. This wasn't something that was uniquely angloromani -- this was a family tradition, pure and simple. "Yes, we do...but I have no idea where it is," Folly admitted. "Mother kept it."

"Miss...I'm not sure this is the place for..." Fairfax said awkwardly, as he noticed Olivia begin to strip. He stopped dead in his tracks as he saw the coroner turn into a pure white wolf, his eyes incredibly wide. He couldn't think of a scientific explanation for that rapid rearrangement of someone's structure. It was the stuff of wizards and alchemy. Despite everything he had seen, Fairfax had still believed there was a scientific explanation for it all that he simply couldn't understand.

But the werewolf? He knew technology in this day and age was advanced, but with the werewolf, he had to give into what was clearly in front of him. It was all real - magic and monsters. As for other feats that boggled the mind, Aloise was healing quickly. A witch brought her back from the dead and an angel healed her. She had now died two times and lived to tell the tale - a feat that not many others could claim, aside from the Winchester brothers. Though they too had been killed already.

At Eudora's words, Aloise shook her head. She tried to say something but the ex-marine had a coughing fit, unable to so much as croak out her words. Why was she disagreeing with Eudora's statement that Hel was coming? Or perhaps was it a warning to not brighten the lights? At any rate, Aloise wasn't able to communicate her meaning. Saying language in itself was an impressive feat. Dying and coming back to life wasn't nearly as easy as it was portrayed on television.

For Lilith, she'll find that the lights were all already on maximum brightness. They're all focused on where the barrier had been, so she can move them around and change their orientation. But unless she wants them dimmer, she won't be able to change their brightness.

The mullo reached Katsumi before Millicent reached the mullo. With supernatural strength, it wrapped its hands around Katsumi's throat, intent on strangling her. But as Katsumi had already readied her weapon, she managed to stab the mullo with the blade. The mullo quickly loosened its grip, letting out an inhuman screech as the iron touched it. The screen intensified as Millicent's steel dagger found its mark. But in a frenzied almost panic liked state, the mullo dropped to the ground and then crawled for a good few feet, before popping up once more. It had been wounded, but it wasn't dead.

As for James' phone...He received the following voicemails:


Outside of Coventry...

Guin nearly fell out of the tree in shock. She blinked a few times and numbly waved at Carolina. She had been expecting just another teenage runaway, perhaps someone else with impossible parents and an urge to be something more than what everyone else wanted them to become. Instead, she had given her cards to a murderer. She wasn't sure whether or not to hope that Carolina was caught. As far as she and the rest of the public knew, O.M.E.N. was just another government organization out there to protect them. But at either rate, if Carolina used any of those cards, the detective or the bodyguard or whoever was looking for Guin would instead find Carolina.

As Carolina took a peak around the woods, she'd notice an unnatural green light about a 100 yards away. The light was in the general direction of Coventry. Should she head in that direction, the green light will increase in intensity, until it almost becomes blinding. If she squints and covers her eyes, she'll be able to see an unnatural clearing in the woods. It's a perfect circle of dead plants, trees, and various fauna.

Olivia turned her head to look over at Fairfax, letting out a slight growling sound towards the man she had to strip naked unless her clothes would end up getting torn which would probably be worse. The wolf quietly stalked the mullo from a distance as she watched the mullo charge directly towards Katsumi. The creature managed to wrap it's hands around the girl's neck and was about to strangle the girl to death. But the young hunter did managed to stab it, Olivia's ears backed slightly when she heard it letting out a screeching sound when the knife managed to find it's mark when Lilith stabbed the creature as well.

Olivia continued to observe the mullo as it started to crawl away from the two of them, it seemed to finally be injured from their attacks, but the mullo recovered rather quickly as it got back up onto it's feet. Olivia then used that moment and started charging after the Mullo in an attempt to tackle the Mullo to the ground.

Seraphina closed her eyes and let out a soft sigh she was glad that she was able to help bring back the hunter to life again, looking down at her for any other injuries. The woman seemed alright now, she would need sometime to fully recover from her near death experience, Sera's attention then turned towards Fairfax and then Folly at the mentioning of the book for the names. She could understand that, for certain people names were powerful and important. "Do you happen to have something of her's by any chance, something that would be able to use a tracking spell on?" Seraphina asked, if they weren't able to kill it maybe they would be able to have a way to find the book.

Then her attention turned over to Eudora when she mentioned Hel coming back, that she wasn't expecting before being yanked out of her time in Hell guarding Hel herself she was there. "That is impossible I was guarding her cell before being brought here." Seraphina said as she stood up. But then again she was yanked out of her time period that she was in, and a lot could change in that time since being brought here. Seraphina decided to try and tune into angel radio to see if she would be able to confirm it or not.

Carolina looked down at some of the cards, they would be good to use temporarily until she would be able to contact her sister again to tell her what was going on. As she continued her way back towards the main road where she had parked her bike, Carolina stopped and froze for a moment as she noticed a green light in the distance. She was now starting to get slightly curious about what it was that was causing the light. Carolina slowly started to follow in the direction of the light to find out what exactly what the thing was, her sister would have instantly been drawn to it most likely.

As Carolina started to get closer and closer towards the green light she couldn't help but start to shield her eyes and squint just to try and see as best as she could. Then Carolina froze when she heard a twig snap her attention turned towards the ground, as she started to notice that the ground looked like it was completely dead. Now she was starting to get worried what exactly it was that was causing this, the green light was certainly the cause. Carolina slowly turned around as she noticed that the area around her was completely dead, even seeing a few little critters had suddenly just died.

"Sh, don't waste your energy talking," Eudora fussed as she looked around, her mind still clouded with hurried thoughts about Hel. But suddenly, an inhuman screech pierced that haze, her eyes whipped towards the source of the sound and saw the writhing mullo. The murky combination of the fear and panic had almost made Eudora totally forget about the creature. She had to help. But how?

She looked down at Aloise and gently slid her off, placing her on the floor and began furiously rifling through the many folds and pockets of her clothes, digging her hands through ancient bundles of herbs and cards and bits of wood and pretty rocks, her pockets singing a panicked melody as the items banged together while she looked for any amount of hawthorn, no matter how small.

The lights were at its maximum brightest, so Lilith stood by them, preparing to move them at the old woman's word. She managed to get her breath back in that time and spoke as loud as she could "The lights are as bright as can be. What do you need it for?" She asked the woman who was tending to Aloise.

Then she heard the scream. She turned to see the creature recoiling back. It seemed those fighting it managed to land a blow, but the creature was still alive. However, if its screams were any indication, it could be hurt. If it could be hurt, it could be killed.

Millicent felt a brief surge of pleasure as her dagger hit its mark. Though she didn't decapitate the creature, she felt satisfied as it cried out. She and the girl on the floor managed to weaken it some. She would, in a brief period of helpfulness, help Katsumi off the floor before giving her a brief nod of understanding.

She turned to the wolf that joined them. Unaware that it was Olivia, she was merely glad it wasn't another creature with intent to harm them as, it seemed, every creature thus far had. Just what the bloody hell was this town? Or this time period, as the case stood. Still, the wolf charged, and Millicent followed closely behind. If the wolf could succeed in distracting the creature, it would be to her benefit as she attempted to get behind it and slice the back of its neck close to where she first stabbed it.

Darren kept his gaze intently on Aloise as she shook her head, glancing up toward Eudora for a moment before looking over to those who had gone to deal with the lights. He had no clue what it was that she was trying to say, but he figured it had something to do with the lights. Looking up to the lights, he had to squint at just how bright they were, his gaze shifting over to Lilith as she stood over by the controls, trying to piece together in his mind what it could have been that Aloise was trying to indicate.

The lights clearly had some importance, they had been used to take down the barrier, but for what effect he didn't know. Could it have been that the lights were somehow going to help Hel's power grow? He was unsure, ideas racing through his mind as he looked back to Aloise, taking the flask from in his jacket and holding it out to her. The whiskey within would likely burn but he figured the liquid may help her dried up throat. "What is it with the lights? What do we need to do?"

James raised an eyebrow as he listened to each of the voicemails on his phone, one after another. He kept his weapon trained on the Mullo, watching as it reached Katsumi, but then watching as it seemed to fall and crawl. The fact that it actually seemed to have been hurt was reassuring, comforting even, if it could be hurt, then it could be killed. He didn't fire at it, knowing that he could possibly hit anyone nearby, and as the messages finished coming, he looked back to his phone.

He didn't know how Edwina might have been tracking him, but he didn't care at that point, someone who knew more about what was going on than him was better than another monster, so he typed in Jade's number. Raising his phone back to his ear, he sighed and waited for her to answer, speaking before she could get a word in edge-ways. "No time to explain, Coventry Circus Grounds, monsters to kill."

"Hey, people actually managed to hit that thing. You might be slightly less screwed than I thought. Though odds are that your all still going to die," a voice said, coming from right next to her. Her little friend was back, and to think that she was enjoying the silence. He really needed to learn how to go away. Clearly this guy felt that he needed to narrate everything wrong going on at the circus. "Would you shut up and stay quiet for longer than 5 minutes! You still haven't told me who the heck you are and why I'm hallucinating some guy in a red costume with swords".

"Who me? Well since no one has actually questioned it in the OOC..." "The what?" "Nevermind, I'm called Deadpool". "What the hell type of name is that?" "Long story, now, back to the actual thing going on. Japanese kid managed to hurt that thing, and so did that other lady who had been pulled out of time when all that crazyness went down". "And when you decided to become a permanent fixture in my life?" "Yeah that too. Now where did I put that popcorn. I need to find a good seat to watch you all die".

She finally managed to stab the damn thing, but only as it was trying to choke her, luck couldn't be on her side that much now could it. She stabbed it, and watched as it let go, screaming quite loudly. That was a sound she was going to need to get used to if she was intent to be a hunter. She looked up to see another knife hit it, sending the thing crawling away. Tracing the knife's path, she saw that it had been released by another woman.

"Thank you for that," she said to Millicent as the woman helped her up. The thing clearly could be killed, but there had to be a better way to go about it. They couldn't just stand there and wait for it to attack, weapon at the ready. This thing had to be dealt with now, before Hel showed up and probably tried to kill them all or something.

Coventry Circus Grounds...

"Yes...The costumes are in the side tent to this one," Folly answered. "Hers was the red one with diamonds - you can't miss it. But it's possible they already burned it...I haven't exactly been around since the murder." Folly avoided Seraphina's gaze as she responded, instead looking forward at the mullo with sick fascination. While the others saw the mullo as an evil to be destroyed, Folly felt that she was staring into the mirror, beyond just the physical resemblance. She had the potential to become just as monstrous one day. There was a word on the tip of her tongue, yet she held herself back. It wasn't time yet.

As Seraphina attempts to access angel radio, she'll notice the significantly less number of angels remaining than in her time. It was as if they had been massacred and with each passing second, the signal grew a little fainter. The only strong connection she could feel was to a kumakatok - a connection that Daniyal would feel too. Daniyal could communicate with Seraphina of his own free will, of his own volition, even as his body was possessed.

Eudora will luck out, partially - she does have hawthorn. However, she doesn't have very much. There's less than a handful among her personal possessions. Whatever she uses it for, she'll need to be careful. Otherwise, it won't make much of a difference that she had it in the first place. Meanwhile, Aloise took a sip of the whiskey and coughed, her throat now feeling incredibly scratchy and hoarse.

"Not the lights," Aloise wheezed.

"Fucking hell," Jade cursed. The sounds of tires screeching can be heard on her end of the phone, though the call itself is dropping in and out. It's as if the signal itself is fluctuating and unnatural. "Listen, bub -- important that -- don't -- got it? -- in 10." And then, the line went dead. Should James try to ring Jade again, she won't answer this time. It goes straight to voicemail.

Luck is with Olivia tonight. Not only does she knock the mullo down, but the creature stays limp for a good few seconds. It then initially struggles back against the wolf, reaching to snap its neck. The damage that Olivia had done, unfortunately, was only temporary. It wasn't nearly as potent as the knife attacks. Millicent's blade once more finds its mark, leaving a long gash on the mullo's back. A strange black-blue liquid oozes from the cut, seemingly the mullo's blood. It's definitely starting to weaken a bit, as it takes it a few seconds before it charges at the easiest target in sight - Cecily.

"Hel isn't coming. She's already here."

Outside of Coventry...

Keep on looking down at the ground. It isn't just that everything in a perfect circle is dead - there's a strange emblem that appears to have been scorched into the Earth. It's similar to the insignia conspiracy theorists are fond of showing with crop circles and other supposed signs of alien visitations. But if this really is the result of an alien coming to Earth, where's the alien?

Of course, Carolina may remember some images from her sister's files. These would have been quickly hidden out of sight, but with the Battle of New York, it's hard to hide the presence of the God of Thunder on Earth. Similar symbols to this were burned into the Earth, indicating his arrival. If it really is the God of Thunder who has come, that may be just what Carolina needs, with O.M.E.N. chasing her down. But more importantly, it could be what the people of Coventry need to survive.

Yet of course, Thor isn't the only one who leaves marks like that in the ground...

Olivia watched as the Mullo went down before her, she would avoid being grabbed by the Mullo's hands as it tried to grab and snap at her neck. She would bite as hard as she could wherever she could on the Mullo as she watched Millicent coming in and leaving a deep gash across the Mullo's back. Olivia backed off for a moment as she noticed the blackish blue colored blood coming out from where the knife had gone across, The Mullo seemed to weakened a bit from their attacks when she was relived to see.

But the mullo seemed to quickly recover once again as it started to charge forward yet again towards Cecily, she wasn't going to let it happen as Olivia charged after it again and trying to bite at the mullo's legs to try and slow it down or even knock it down onto the floor.

Seraphina looked towards Folly for a moment as she mentioned something about her mother's costume, being red with diamonds on it if it wasn't destroyed then maybe they would be able to find a way to use it to find the book. Seraphina tried to listen in on Angel Radio, she was shocked that she was barely hearing little to any at all. There must have been some sort of problem that caused so many angels to go silent like that. Seraphina stared directly at the Kumatock, the only one that she had been able to feel, but she knew that the Kumatock wouldn't be helpful at all. Aloise seemed to be doing a little bit better, she mentioned Hel already being here which was bad news but they needed to deal with the mullo first before anything else.

Seraphina watched as Eudora was fishing through her various pockets to find something, she was hoping that maybe her tracking spell idea would work. She wasn't able to find specific item unlike what she could do with people. "I'll be right back." Seraphina said as she quickly ran off towards the side tent, her eyes wondered over as she headed into the side tent and started to search through for anything that she would be able to try and find that costume that belonged to Folly's mother.

Carolina knelt down to the ground as she tried to get a better look at the ground around her, as her eyes wondered over the large circle on the ground she noticed that it was something that she had seen before. While she was working more closely with her sister at SHIELD she did manage to steal a few looks at some of her files that she had left out on the table. And the events after the Battle of New York she was familiar with them being related to the Asguardians. A thought did pass her mind that it was possibility Thor that managed to come down here.

But she did realize that if she had seen it most likely someone else did, maybe some more OMEN Agents that were still most likely on her trail. She didn't want to stick around to find out if she stayed in the circle for to long, Carolina decided to continue to make her way back towards Coventry. Maybe whoever it was that made it was on their way there and she could maybe try and get some help, Carolina reached down for her phone again to try and see if she got any reception on her phone still.

Taking his flask back from Aloise, Darren tucked it back into his jacket as he looked down at her, trying to listen to everything she was able to say. He didn't have any clue how she exactly knew what she did, had she somehow learned it in the brief period of her death? Or had she already known it beforehand? No, there was definitely more to it, but this still wasn't exactly the time to ask. When she said that Hel was there, he knew she must have learned that somehow in the moments of her death or her resurrection, but regardless of when or how she'd learned it, it wasn't good.

Darren didn't say anything, his face contorting into one of deep thought. Aloise would have seen it before, he had done it regularly when he had absolutely no idea what to do. He had known of pagan gods before, but dealing with them was always a problem, many of them had different weaknesses, and Darren knew absolutely nothing of Hel herself. He tried desperately in his mind to recall whatever he could of Hel or any of the Norse Myths surrounding her, oblivious of anything he could have otherwise done.

James did his best to listen to what Jade was saying, but almost as soon as his reception had come back, it seemed to fluctuate and fade. He hoped at the very least she had heard his message and was on her way to him, but he was oblivious of whether or not she actually had. Sighing as he tried again to call her, he swore as it went to her voicemail. "Fucking Verizon." He grumbled to himself as he put his phone back away into his pocket, focusing his gaze back over to the Mullo.

He could see as it was bleeding, Olivia's attack had done enough damage to at least weaken it and slow it, and knowing that it was indeed slowed, he carefully leveled his handgun, taking a few careful shots at the moving target. He had no idea how much success he would have, or how much the bullet would hurt, but he hoped he'd at least halt the creature in its charge.

Lilith waited, but no response was given. However, the newly arisen Aloise was determined in her response to the lights. Lilith backed off of them quickly. And then she spoke of Hel and it made Lilith's blood feel cold. Hel was here? Did that mean she was among them? Or was she watching them, waiting for her moment to strike?

Lilith made her way over to Aloise and Darren, figuring she was better off here than attacking the creature. "Where is she? Do we know how to stop her?" Lilith posed the question to anyone because she knew a fair bit about the supernatural, but this was beyond her scope. She doubted Hel could be stopped by telling her fortune or communing with the dead.

Millent let out a satisfied grunt as she pulled her dagger back. The creature was hurt. She was certain once more and it would go down. The wolf had succeeded and it seemed most other's attention was on it. However, it was too risky. Having seen the knife throw that killed the woman before, she didn't want to throw herself in only to be killed by someone else's recklessness.

She stood back, watching it as it lunged at the next target. She wanted to wait for the opportune moment where she could land the fatal blow. Better to be prepared than to jump into a fight too quickly.

Eudora let out a relieved sigh as she drew out the small heap of the herb, the blood red berries burning vividly in her mind as she clutched it dearly in her off hand while she rose, her skin growing so pale it was practically translucent, she felt her heartbeat ring in her ears as she grasped the knife she produced from the folds of her dress firmly, her knuckles a deathly white as she swayed closer to the beast, weaving in and out of the carnage, trying to focus on the mullo from between the flurry of knives and deadly swipes. Maybe if she struck at the right time, she could hit the monster's heart and stuff whatever hawthorn she can into the wound and, if not kill it, at least keep it down for long enough for someone to decapitate it, the most cherished way of killing any supernatural.

Eudora hung back, jittering as she tried to stay light on her aged feet. Nervously waiting for an opportunity to face the monster without the risk of accidentally stabbing an ally, she couldn't take any more risks. She offered a prayer to whatever powers that may be and darted forward when she saw an opening to attack, she attempted to be quick. Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee and all that. She ducked in and attempted a stab at the beast before hopping back, hoping she didn't lose a limb in the process.
