... ok, yeah, this wasn't what I was exactly expecting xD

In any case, I'm going to broach this topic again for everyone here - what's everyones consensus on having our own private chat for this rp? I mean like for skype or discord.

Do you all prefer if we keep it to ooc, skype, or discord? Reasons why, and so on.


I like discord, its easy to hop on, I have quite a few RPs on it already and it suffices for quick question or just general chatter.

I would personally prefer a discord. It's a lot less of a headache than Skype since it can be used in the browser without installing anything, plus it doesn't have any ads or malware or anything else that Skype has constantly had problems with.

Edit: I might also get a post up since I have something to reply to. It will probably largely be filler, though. But I'm a bit busy ATM so it'll come later.

Alright, I've got a couple of moments in a quick break to make some quick comments. I should have a post up either in two hours if I get it finished in my lunch break, or in six hours when I get home if not. With no post from our old man or our lizardman in sight, I'm just going to plough ahead and they can catch up and have their conversation when it's convenient. Apologies to the rest of you for the slow post rate at the start of this; working retail at Christmas time has left me little time to be properly active!

On the subject of a chat off-site, I'm more than happy to host a Discord, since that would seem to be the consensus on what to do. Let me stress that it is entirely optional to join, and there will be no pertinent group information discussed by me there that would otherwise be missed by people who choose not to be a part of the server.

Damian and Jack are getting into a punching contest, Kage is going to her glided kage or something, Seto is being tricky, Kazue became a smug loli after saving someones cat, Vega is being a jerk, Team Illedrith went to town with Alexandria, Alexandria is now at a tea party of one, Pan and Dreadlin were retrieved by a water mage that was raining on their parade with important news, Kyuuten is somewhere, Ceri is being a cinnamon roll, Delsin is making poor life decisions and later on announces stuff about the trials with Arianna, and Cyril is trying to get into peoples pants.

Hopefully the abridged version is good enough :P

that helps greatly I have packing to do tomorrow since campus is closing down for holidays but ill try to squeeze in a post inbetween

I'll pick characters later, but do we just like, pick straight up? Is there a stage and everyone lines up? Or after the gathering, chosen leaders are expected to go hunting for their squad?

For the most part, I imagine that people will be needing to approach you to join your team (since, surprise surprise, all the other NPC teams will have spontaneously filled up), but if he feels like he needs specific people he's welcome to hunt them down. A reminder that as Delsin said, the team will need to be 'oversized' to be approved due to the nature of the S-Class jobs and the special nature of the tasks at hand.

For any characters without a team (or in fact a prospective team), get them to approach one of the guildmasters and they'll ensure you find your way into one of the two teams. Once the teams are sorted I'll post up the jobs that each team can choose to do, at which point we can start out on our adventures!

I can certainly have Delsin walk past and notice Kage if she's still 'holding onto the sky', and encourage her to take part in the S-Class trials due to her success in the last mission.
