A Doctor residing in the Middle Ring who has taken to caring for those in much greater need. She often travels to other divisions of the City to render aid, most notably the Lower Ring where the sick and the helpless are many. Vasra has been described as gifted and is known as a skilled practitioner in the use of Spirit Water.

Abused at a young age after revealing he was able to bend, Yuan developed an alter as a way to cope with the trauma. After losing his grandfather, he was beat again which left a shard of glass embedded in his neck. He would have died if it had not been for Chae and his other 'self' working together to remove the glass.

He keeps out of the business of warring triads and corporations and has instead, resigned to enjoy the simplicity afforded him.

He would later on become lead Engineer at Xuoshi Enterprises designing drones. Reman also owns a personal AI operated drone named Mova.

A well known and very successful Pro Stickball player. Despite her skill and the fame earned from it, she's kept true to her value of family and has even earned enough to purchase for them a home in the Upper Ring. However, her secret threatens to upend her life, as does her need to fuel her adrenaline. Set to be married in the Fall.

Sonam Manihn is the only survivor of a once proud family of Air Benders and is Vasra's most trusted source for illegally acquired spirit water.


Chae-Won is an Earthbender hiding out in the Lower Ring. After saving Yuan, she's taken to trying to train his other half in secret.


Sumire Lin is Jin's junior in the company. She is also only person who knows that Jin Wei is an Airbender. Excitable and friendly.


Feyi Sinoh was met in the Middle Ring and has since been Reman's guide when travelling to lower divisions. Former ties to crime.


An Tamura is Chu's fiancé. She supports Chu's lifestyle, even if it has often kept them on the move. Is an employee of SynEn.
