Milky Way Galaxy, 2004 CE
Aaru, Home Planet of Anubis
Jaffa were running and crates were speeding off to the partially-reconstructed mothership. Marnon had been posing as a minor lieutenant of Ba'al that had flipped sides to Anubis during the last round of fighting; currently, he was in charge of logistics in and around Aaru shipyards. In actuality, he'd used the post to funnel information about Anubis' forces to the Tok'ra. When he'd been "captured", Marnon had a strange feeling that he was fulfilling destiny.

Or maybe that was just his torturer's pain sticks.

Regardless, he felt the same tug now. Marnon needed to know whatever Anubis suddenly felt was important enough to warrant the premature launch of his mothership. He excused himself from his Second Prime, Seevis - one of the few of his personal Jaffa that had made it through the "transition" from Ba'al to Anubis - and looked around the throngs of hurrying Jaffa.

"Jaffa!" he shouted to a random crate bearer. They looked around, saw who it was who had called them, and started walking again. "Jaffa! Kree!" They reluctantly stopped. "Where are you going with that crate? It's earmarked for-" Marnon checked the label "-the First Prime's personal suite!"
"We have been ordered to move all supplies to the mothership by-" started one of the Jaffa.
"Yes, yes, of course, but do you have the proper authorization to handle the First Prime's personal goods?" he asked. The Jaffa looked at one another uncertainly.
"The First Prime himself has asked us-"
Marnon cut them off with a wave. "And do you have the proper authorization form?" More looks. "Jaffa! I asked you a question."
"We were not given a... form." The first Jaffa said.
"However, we would of course be happy to fill out any form our god requires of us!" the second Jaffa added. The first glared at the second.
"Never mind. Grab another crate, I will deal with this one myself," Marnon said, walking toward the mothership with the crate.

Unseen behind a nearby crate, Seevis consulted a Goa'uld communications device.
"My lord," he said to the Goa'uld on the other side of the sphere. "The mothership is departing."
"This changes things," the Goa'uld said.

Interstellar Space, some distance away
In the space between stars, Janus descended to the mortal plane. As a glowing ball of energy, he had the power to directly affect the mortal plane. He manipulated a subspace knot into a whorl. He had carefully chosen this knot in particular, being equidistant from a black hole and a neutron star. The gravitic waves generated by his manipulations reflected off of the dense stellar objects and tore the whorl open, which generated more gravitic waves. The quantum foam rotated about itself along a higher dimensional axis, and with a bright flash, ships from foreign universes popped into the nothingness. Not a moment later, he ascended back into a higher plane of existence, disappearing from all sensors.

Janus felt the tension drain from his ethereal body. Finally, after living under one form or another of rules of non-interference, he'd had an opportunity to thwart the blind dogmatism of the Others. With this selection of ships, he'd secured the future of the Milky Way from the tyranny of the Goa'uld. At long last, the legacy of his race would live free from the yoke of oppression.

And maybe the Others would ease up a little.

Mostly, though, it was the freeing billions from oppression thing.

He already felt higher planar forces gathering to him. They knew what he'd done. That's fine; he could face them, and he would give an honest account of his actions. Surely they would see it was to their home galaxy's benefit.

Arrival-day

The crew of the Myth didn't know where the insurrectionist ship's portal would take them, but they did not expect to drop back into normal space with nearly a dozen other alien ships.
"Captain," the ship AI Atom started, "we're in uncharted space with unidentified craft. Recommend we proceed with extreme caution."
"Atom, cloak us and bring the reactor down to minimum levels. Hopefully we weren't noticed in the chaos. We're the smallest craft here."
The Myth vanished visually, although sufficiently advanced radar would be able to detect it. The Myth's momentum carried it farther away from the other ships to a safer location.

Captain Carter looked out of their crafts bridge windows. "Something gives me a feeling that portal we went through was tampered with, although that doesn't seem possible."
Atom's hologram flickered. "Yes, that explains the other ships all arriving at the same time. Although such tampering isn't capable with our or any technology we know."
The ship's scientist, Dr. Ashley West walked into the bridge at that time, hearing the previous conversation. "Ah, Ms. West," Carter said, "you have some explaining to do."
She nodded her head, "right, I honestly do not know what happened to us. But we're far, far from home. We cannot make contact with OIA. Nor can we detect any known civilizations, even at the edge of our known space. In fact, not a single one of these stars or galaxies match previously discovered ones."
"I could have told you that had you..." Atom started.
"I know, but I can't be letting you do everything. Besides, Ms. West is here for a reason. And you are here to work with her, remember?" Carter interrupted.
Atom's projection flickered in acknowledgement.

Commander Greene walked arrived at the bridge, dressed in full combat gear. "Sir, what's the battle plan?" However, before Carter could speak, Greene noticed the size of the ships in the distance. "Oh... there isn't a battle plan I take it." Carter nodded his head.
"For now all we can do is wait and listen... assuming they speak our language. Atom, you'll have to decode and translate whatever we hear."
"Yes sir."
"Oh, and don't try to infiltrate their systems. For all we know they could have more advanced AI."
"Of course, sir.

The Forge

"The battleship's shields are down! The Rattlesnake wont be able to protect us for long!" shouted the sensors officer "We.. we are being targeted by their Dreadnought."

"Understood" said the Captain Adam sternly "Navigation, where is that Cyno beacon!"

"nothing yet sir"

The Rorqual rocked as 4 Mega neutron blaster bolts slammed into her shredding through the last of her active shield and scorching swathes of armor, there was nothing the crew could do as The Forge was loaded down with thousands of tonnes of ore and supplies making evasive maneuvers impossible.

"Shields are down, part of that shot hit the armor, wait, that hit overloaded the shield core its ab-" shouted engineering from their console.

"Eject the shield reactor! activate the armor repair nanite pumps.. Navigation! where is my jump beacon!"

"I don- wait, im getting something.. ah, weak jump point" replied navigation as the ship shook violently, just as the flaming shield reactor was launched from the ship before detonating in spectacular fashion.

"lock and fire jump drive as soon as you have it." replied the captain calmly, hoping that their defensive fleet could hold the pirates off long enough for them to get away.

"Jump in 3... 2... 1.. " counted out the navigation officer "Cyno lock lost" announced the computer just as the jump engines fired

For a brief moment the captain panicked, his heart raced and he was about to shout frantic orders of desperation when he realized the ship was alone in deep empty space or was alone within the couple light seconds range his sensors had to work with so far. he couldnt work out what was happening if he went to a jump cyno beacon he should have a fleet of powerful ships around him now but there was nothing in his range of detection. Though admittedly the sensors of his ship where designed to pick up the mineral composition of asteroids more than fleet activities throughout a wide distance.

"Engineering... get me a damage report while we have a moment to breathe, Desai see if one of our pilot's clones have awoken and if possible get a scout out there and get me some eyes about a light hour coverage would be great... oh and navigation. what the hell happened, and where are we?"

The XO left the room after a curt nod while navigation typed away at his console trying to get an answer. "uhm, sir.. i have no idea. as far as i can tell we... we are not even in the same galaxy. distant stars are all wrong and there are no system beacons that i can detect at all. empire, pirate, or even private corporations.

The captain and bridge crew discussed the situation for several minutes while Lieutenant Zan launched the little Covert ops frigate, in mere moments from then it had warped 2AU from the Forge under cloak and launched scanner probes set to a wide dispersal pattern giving her a moderate coverage of the area a full light hour from the ship.

"oh my god, Captain! there are almost a dozen ships in our area, most of them i cannot identify.. their signatures do not align with anything in our database there are several capital ships and A Caldari navy carrier? Sir what is going on?" sent Zan through a tight beam transmission that had functionally no chance of interception.

15 Minutes Since Arrival

"We're WHAT?"

A booming voice of authority rattles The Endeavor as an angry Admiral has been struck with the sudden answer of their predicament.

No one onboard was prepared for an event quite like the one they've stuck themselves in. Merely 15 minutes ago, the crew of the Venator-Class Star Destroyer, The Endeavor, found themselves in a deadly spot against the Separatist fleet. A fleet consisting of three other Venators and three Acclamator II-Class Assault Ships went up against a relatively small enemy fleet, which guarded an unusual hyperspace portal. They were tasked in destroying that portal and while they did do a significant amount of damage on it, along with the Droid Fleet, before it could be destroyed the Republic Fleet was suddenly ambushed by a larger enemy fleet. The enemy fleet destroyed all of The Endeavor's escort fleet, trapping them in between them and the portal itself. With nowhere else to go, and with not enough firepower to blow-up the portal, Jedi General Vell forced the ship to hyperspace through the portal, risking nearly everything to escape from being destroyed by the Separatist forces while Admiral Kardoff heavily protested against it. Now they are here, having sustained some casualties and damage to her systems, including the hyper-cannon located by the base of the bridge "tower".

"Repeat that again?!" Admiral Kardoff barks at a clone operator before the bridge doors open to reveal Jedi General Vell walking briskly into the room.

"Admiral?" he asks curiously, "What seems to be the~?"

"I'LL TELL YOU WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE MATTER!" the admiral erupted as he rudely cuts Vell off with a whirl of his finger, "WE'RE LOST THAT'S WHAT! IN FACT, YOU MIGHT AS WELL SAY WE'RE NOT EVEN IN OUR OWN GALACTIC SPACE ANYMORE! AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR RECKLESS DECISION TO JUMP INTO THAT DAMN PORTAL!"

The jedi flinches slightly as he raises his hands to calm the admiral down, already his face becoming as red as a tomato in rage.

"Woah woah, take it easy general." Vell replies in a calm tone as he looks towards the clone operator, "But just what do you mean that we're not in our own galactic space anymore?"

"Sir." the operator cuts in to answer, "Our jump to lightspeed has planted us in an unknown sector of space."

"I'm guessing the unknown regions right?" questioned the jedi quickly.

"Negative. The galactic map doesn't show us anywhere on it. If we were in the map, it would be blinking our location right now. And the communication array is fully-operational with no defects, damages, or interference of any sort."

Vell stopped to think about the situation, looking out at the vastness of space for a second before returning aboard.

"Wait... you mean?"

"If I'm not mistaken general," the operator replies solemnly, "I don't believe we're in our galaxy anymore. We're somewhere in some other galaxy or who knows where."

Vell couldn't believe it. That portal didn't pop them out in their own galaxy... but rather beyond its boundaries. Even the force managed to confirm that this is the case. He plants his hand over his temple as he takes a seat next to the operator. Why would the Separatists have a portal to a galaxy far, far away? It didn't make the slightest amount of sense.

"And what's worse," the Admiral adds, "The hyperdrive has been significantly damaged due to our abrupt jump. And you and I know all too well that even if we happen know where we are, this ship can't simply hyperspace across entire galaxies."

"So we're stranded then." the jedi finished as he sighs loudly seemingly in defeat, "Oh how wonderful..."

Admiral Kardoff eyes the jedi with a hostile glare, his green eyes piercing through any who dare glance back at him.

"This could've all been avoided if you didn't force the ship to go straight through it, General Vell." Kardoff said with a bitter tone.

"And how was I supposed to know where the portal would've popped us out, Admiral Kardoff?" the jedi answered back in a commanding voice, "What matters is that we've SURVIVED. We had nowhere else to go, not enough time to project an alternate course without our engines getting destroyed, and certainly not enough time to get into the escape pods and survive. We had to choose either taking the risk to live and fight another day or to become casualties of war."

The Admiral stood silently for several seconds, lowering his head while still retaining that sour frown. The jedi was right in a sense. Unless he'd wished for death, he too might've had to make the quick decision to jump into the portal. But in doing so, they found themselves far from home, in an alien environment that was deemed nearly impossible to travel to.

But just before the silence of both figures lasts for too long, the onboard radar suddenly begins to blink rapidly. The operator quickly turns to see what was alerting them. What he saw were around a dozen signatures popping up randomly throughout the sector. Both the jedi and the admiral also took a glance at what was going on. Yet it soon became obviously clear.

"I'm picking up around 12 random signatures. Looks like we're not alone."

"Did the Separatists get here already?" Vell asks concerningly.

"Negative." the operator responded bluntly, "These ships are unknown - some of them as large as this very cruiser or even slightly bigger."

Jedi General Vell and Admiral Kardoff looked at one another worryingly as they proceeded to figure out their next move.

"Captain Anttoss the shield aren't going to last! We only been been able to keep them up with overheating the guns, but we are out of nanite-paste and the shield's are going to break if we continue this battle." The frantic Tactical officer yelled as he moved multiple Holo-screens back and forth. Each one contained information on each stations used for war. Their ammo was low, their shields breaking, and they had already lost a wing of Dragonflys. It seemed as if all hope was lost, but Anttoss knew better.

"Then we go down fighting! Focus all XL-Torpedoes on the, Rightful Damnation. Keep the Dragonflys close to the carrier and let the Mantle Pound them to space dust! Spread Fire on the Rapids, target by range.". Captain Anttoss's voice was as firm as ever. He was about to piss his pant's, but being a Captain meant he wasn't allow to show these feeling not even under certain death... That and he noticed something on his Commander Console that his Navigator missed. A quick getaway.

What most of the command bridge seemed to forget is that they could leave at any time if they could warp. This wasn't there fault. This situation doesn't happen often and the stress of death was probably new to many of them. Now usually their might be smaller ships keeping the ships Warpdrive powered down (Known as tackle) or even a purposely placed Electromagnetic Bubble that could do the same, but that wasn't the case. With only The Liberator and The Dreadnought, Mantle Breaker the force planned to attack hard and fast. Hoping to destroy the ships before they could either gather their ground forces and die or running and leaving them stranded on the planet. This would work if they had attacked the Liberator first. Due to their Ignorance or simple stupidity they tested the Tank of the Mantle Breaker, and failed horribly. This wrong move costed them all of their tackle and now they were trading blows with the Two Ishukone ships. The enemy Guristas eventually noticed this error and started focusing on the Liberator. Sadly they were too late and Captain Anttoss was too experienced. Now with most of their forces back in the ship, the Liberator began to sway to the nearest planet after a command override message passed to the Ship's Navigator's view. He turn around to be met with an order.

"Navigator Prex! Warp to Planet Seven at 100km! Pull in all Valkarys and Spin up the warp when they have docked.". As it was commanded, it was done. The Dragonfly Fighters began to pull away from the Enemy drones or small craft they had engaged and formed a line formation in the Hanger. When all functioning ships were accounted for the ship began to rumble and sway slightly left. The warp had began. Although a half second before they could make it through the full cycle a Black beam weapon unknown to anyone on this battlefield hit directly into the Liberator's Engines. Dropping their shields and ripping apart their rear warp core from the inside of the ship. They Began to warp still, although the Navigation computers had gone on the Fritz. It said they were about to travel 999999999AU. While Anttoss raised an eyebrow, Navigator Prex knew what this meant. It was the default number shift when ships entered wormholes. The Navigator's eyes opened wide as he looked through the Ship's navigation systems. All of them were offline.

That's what happened, or at least what Captain Anttoss had wrote in his log. After the Incident, they had no Idea where they had gone or why. Well maybe not why, but how was probably the bigger question. All the Captain wanted to do was begin repairing all and any damage to his Ship, Weapons, and Fighters. It was not an easy task, but it wasn't like they were going anywhere. It had been about a few minutes after Repair Drones had launched and Crewman began to fix the ship when something very interesting appeared on their directional scanners; A Rorqual Class Industrial ship. Several other signatures appeared, but without any Probes on hand their was no way of seeing what they were. Which was unnoticeably strange...

The Captain had almost jumped out of his seat with excitement, all of his worries had been wiped away when he saw the scan himself. Without hesitation he tried to open a Direct communication conversation with this ship. Hopefully it wasn't anything related to the Pirates.
"Hello, Captain. This is Captain Anttoss of the IKC Liberator, under the command of the Ishukone Corporation. We seemed to have stumbled into this system and not familiar with this Region. Would you mind Providing us some information? Maybe even some directions?" Anttoss said with happy smug. His tone purposely sounding ignorant and embarrassed to hide to true nature of the ship.

The bridge was dead quiet as the ship simply dropped out of hyperspace. Marcus was out of his chair pointing. “Get all sensors on that.” He ordered, even as the orb faded. The captain was aware of the other ships but they looked constructed, the orb did not. “Battlestations.” He ordered as it vanished.

“Was that” A feminine voice asked.

“Maybe,” The captain interrupted. “Get me a line to someone in charge, and keep the trainees from seeing the sensor data.”

The Narn turned and moved to the communications station. In route she redirected a Drazi from the sensor station to the combat systems. She also redirected the comm trainee as well.

Ashann looked up and frowned, Humans have no patience. He thought as he stood, the elder teacher looked at the students also meditating. “You have places to be correct?”

He waited until the students departed for their stations before making his way to the bridge. His eyes scanned the stations as he moved to the captain’s side. “What is happening?” He asked quietly.

“I don't know yet.” Marcus replied just as quietly. “I need you to take a look at the sensor data and tell me what you think.”

Ashann, his curiosity spiked, moved to the sensor station. He watched as the data was replayed; He hadn't seen anything like what was replayed for a very long time. He went through data crystals cross checking data. After a few minutes of research he rejoined the captain.

Marcus spent the time listening as information trickled in from the battlestations. He frowned at the time it took to fully man the stations. They would need to work on that he acknowledged to himself as the Sech joined him. “Well?” The Shok’Na asked.

“If you are asking if i believe it to be a First One;” Ashann started. Marcus gave a slight nod. “Yes, it appears to be one. However not one we know of.” The captain grunted. The Minbari teacher asked, “Your thoughts?”

“It’s one of two things.” Marcus started, “Either it was hiding or exiled by the others, and we need to figure out if its as bad as the Hand.”

“And the other?” Ashann asked as the Shok’Nali approached. The captain turned his attention to the first officer and motioned her to speak.

The Narn’s eyes swept the bridge as she spoke quietly. “There is no response on any of the usual channels.” She shook her head as she continued, “By G’Kar, we aren't even getting ISN.”

“Yeah, I don't think we’re in Kansas anymore.” Marcus said. The aliens gave the human a blank look. Marcus sighed, “Somehow we are in unknown space.”

The two subordinates exchanged looks with each other, as the Captain nodded. “Get me details on the other ships and find out where we are.” He ordered where everyone could hear.

“Yessir,” Da’Toth said, the first officer said. She turned away and started barking orders to the other rangers. The captain watched the viewer, and considered the plan. They were Anla’shok; they would watch, they would listen and they would learn. And when the time was right they would do what they had to.

Adenn

As the Adenn lurched back into real space it shook the mandalorian crew sending several stumbling to the deck. It took them several minutes before they recovered. A wave of confusion rushed over the gathered warriors. "The hell was that was all about?" Vasthi swore as she got back to her feet.

"Status Report!" Orser shout at the bridge crew grasping the .

"Damage to several sub systems, shield lecher offline, hyperdrive is locked down, and several starfighters fell off their racks." One of bridge crew respond. The info on the starfighters elicited a colorful string of swears from Vasthi. As the Alor'ad look out the transparisteel window notice they are not alone. As several other ships were floating in the void in-front of the ship.

"Raise the Shields and warm up whatever weapon systems we have." he quickly ordered striding over to the sensor station. "Target any ships that are within range. Don't fire in till unless we are shot at." All over the ship the turbolasers, ion cannons, and mass drivers systems began to warm up. The turbolaser batteries began to track the other ships near it.

"How many contact are there?" Orser asked looking at the screen. Even though the ship sensor screen is full of static

"We are detecting 7 other contacts. Only one of which is registering in our database. It looks like one of those old clone wars Venators," the comms officers said trying to get a sensor to run a more detailed scan.

"Well keep scanning for any communication, try to hail that Venator. Vasthi. Kanx. Front and center!" the zabrak and the human strode up to the Alor'ad. "Vasthi get any of our pilots that can still fly and get our starfighters ready to deploy. Kanx get an assault team ready in case we need to board one of those ship." The other two mandalorians eagerly rushed off to fulfill their assign task while Orser looked back through a window at the observing situation unfolding.

Nebula-5 "The Starlight Lance"

Far Jump Experiment

Deep within the biggest nebula in the galaxy called the "Garden of Kadesh" by both its inhabitants and those who lived to tell the tale, an aged, monotone voice echoes throughout the vast interior of one of the numerous Kadeshi Nebula-class Motherships; The Starlight Lance.

"This is Fleet Command. This day bears witness to a momentous occasion. Our efforts as the Kiith Nevaar have brought to us the secrets of Far Jump technology, and most of all, permission from the Council to go beyond the outer reaches of the Garden."

As he addresses the Starlight's inhabitants, the bulb of the massive needle-shaped starship slowly begins to split open into eight distinct sections, each separated by enormous glowing blue conduits channeling vast amounts of crackling energy inwards.

"Our first destination for this endless voyage is the Vaygr Reaches, on the exact opposite side of the Galaxy from the Garden. This Jump shall prove our technology mighty and our righteous pilots even more so if the remains of the Vaygr prove to be just as fierce as their long-gone armada."

Great vents exceeding the mass of the nearby frigates opened along the bulky spine behind the bow, while four more sections of the ship push outwards to further expose them to the vacuum of space. With this, the gargantuan maw of the Starlight Lance opens up, 8 plates of armor in the menacing forms of "teeth" retreating into the hull to reveal a black leviathan spire within, a foreboding blue glow from even deeper into the ship emitted by the spinning maelstrom of blade-shaped megacapacitors.

"Stand by for Far Jump. All ships, return to docking bays. Today, history will be changed forever."

By his command, the escorts slip into the huge hangar bay contained behind the shroud of the foremost section of the spine. In moments, a swirling vortex of red energy screams into existence in front of the starship, if only one could hear sound in space. Living up to her name, the Starlight Lance fires a merciless blue beam into the portal, enlarging it further and pulling the vast Mothership through.

...If only he knew the truth behind his words...

The Meeting

A massive portal abruptly bursts into existence, beginning to rapidly spin with conflicting blue and red energies. Only mere seconds after its arrival, an enormous round form crawls out of the anomaly like a shark emerging from the depths of the ocean; the bulbous bow of the Starlight Lance. The rest of its slender needle-shaped hull slips out of the shrinking vortex just as it closes behind it, the menacing starship retracting into a more benign, almost innocent form as it closes its maw and brings its separated sections back together. Coming to a stop, her crew hastily regains their bearings, quickly realizing they are not deep within Vaygr territory.

"Far Jump successful, however, our coordinates do not match those of the intended destination. Something's wrong..." A calming feminine voice announces, the source being a life-sized sky-blue hologram of a pale woman in a long, traditional dress standing in the middle of the spacious round room. Most notably, the sights of cables and numerous wires would be seen behind her, connecting the back of her head and body to an unseen machine. Coinciding with the ship's ongoing system checks, a virtual banner linked to her by a thin blue line conveniently identifies her as Tesline Nevaar, the revered Matriarch of the Mothership, or rather, the Mothership herself.

"Alien vessels detected in the area. Send a representative to that capital ship directly ahead immediately, and as always... Prepare for combat in case of unfortunate circumstances."

Fleet declares to the bridge crew even as the Starlight Lance loomed ominously over the nearest ship still several comfortable kilometers away, a Kandosii Dreadnought it simply dwarfed in size.
Within the vast hangar bay of the enormous Mothership, dozens of Swarmer micro-vessels were readied for battle, a single unarmed individual of the crowd flying between the numerous ship racks on its way to the gaping exit to the vacuum of space.

"Alright." breathes the jedi general as he clasps his hands with a sigh, "Scan the nearest ships. One of them ought to be familiar to us."

"Yes sir. the clone operator answers affirmatively as he and the other crew members began inspecting the nearest ships.

General Vell plants his hands behind his back as he briefly looks at the view in front of him, before he looks back to the admiral.

"Have the pilots be on stand by." he orders softly, "Do not engage unless one of the ships happens to fire at us."

"Of course I never planned to engage them at this very moment." Admiral Kardoff growled under his breath, already extremely peeved at the scene they are in, "You ought to leave the orders to me, Vell. You've already placed us in a predicament already and I don't want another problem to stem from you."

Vell said nothing as he gestures a nearby Clone Trooper to prepare for possible conflict.

Tension's already rising in the command bridge of the Endeavor. In fact, nearly everyone inside the command centers are the only ones to have realized where they are. Yet they aren't going to cause a mass hysteria by simply announcing to the entire crew their current predicament... not yet anyways. As soon as the alert was announced, and the orders given, the pilots head towards the hangar bays where the Arc-170s and V-Wing Star fighters waited patiently for them. Some already entered their ships and activated the engines, while some waited beside them, ready to hop in as soon as conflict starts. The gunners also readied their battle stations as they grip the metal handles of their turbolaser turrets, but did not move them. The Venator is ready for combat... all it needs to do is wait for further orders.

Meanwhile, back on the bridge, the leading operator begins to scan the nearest ship.

"This is the nearest ship to us..." he states as he looks at a charcoal-black ship with grey-highlights projected on a holographic table, "It appears this ship is nearly as long as our's and has a..."

"Wait," the jedi interrupts as he takes a closer look at the screen, "That symbol on its side... oh don't tell me that's what I think that is."

"Well I be damned..." the Admiral breathes as he strokes his chin, "It's a Mandalorian insignia. It's unmistakable..."

"At least that's one familiar face we can identify." Vell replies followed by an additional sigh, "Though not one I'm too comfortable with."

The jedi proceeds to look down at the operator.

"Do we know what model it is?" he asks curiously.

The operator nods and takes a minute to scan all the Mandalorian ships cataloged in their system. He could only shake his head slowly at the results.

"No sir." he replies, "This ship is unknown to us. Looks to be a new model of some kind. However, we have compared the ship to several older designs - they being the Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser the Kandosii-type dreadnought."

"I'm surprised this ship even recognizes the Kandosii-Type." Admiral Kardoff replies inquistively, "I've briefly remember reading it up during my years in the academy. Those ships were used during the Mandalorian Wars like... nearly 4,000 years ago."

"Should we get in contact with it?" the clone operator asks the Admiral.

There was a brief pause as he proceeds to consider it. While he's thinking about it, they notice other nearby ships in the nearby system. One resembled a tall spire or needle that loomed several kilometers away from the Mandalorian ship's six, another was a purple-colored ship to the east, and a massive freighter ship to the west. Scans also picked up a large ship somewhere above them to the north and a faint fast signal somewhere below them. Hopefully none of them are hostile.

With that, Admiral Kardoff gave an affirmative nod, granting the operator permission to hail the cruiser. The Admiral stepped towards the communicator and began to speak towards the nearby Mandalorian Cruiser.

"Mandalorians. This is Admiral Kardoff onboard the Venator-Class Star Destroyer, the Endeavor, of the Galactic Republic. A freak hyperspace accident landed us here in unknown space and we aren't familiar of this sector. Can you kindly give us the quickest hyperspace route towards familiar territory?" he announces boldly to them.

General Vell then gave a confused stare and proceeds to ask quietly.

"Didn't we just state that we aren't even in our own gala~?"

"Not now." the Admiral quietly ordered with a hiss.

Hopefully they know the best way to get back to their galaxy through some similar portal or some other method.

Cormac took command of a small band Special Forces all from different teams. They boarded the shuttle USM Voyager and made their escape from the Necromorphs. The ship there used to be on was on the verge of total destruction, they were moving as fast as possible, but they were not fast enough. Debris rained down on their shuttle like the fires that rained down on Gamorrah. The crew was thrown about like ragdolls.

The USS Creed emerged from the space distortion that sucked them in. Captain Frye ordered all the reporters to quarters, they objected but holographic security personnel gave them no choice. A holographic operations officer informed the captain of their current situation and the surrounding ships. "Just great. Hassan go to the bridge of Beta. Auditore you'll take Gamma. Dorian you'll stay here on Alpha. Be prepared to separate at a momen" The holographic operations officer interrupted about the unidentified shuttle and the lifesigns aboard. "Teleport them directly to sickbay. Have security there as well just in case. If the shuttle is safe lock on to it with the tractor beam and bring it aboard and quarantined. As I was saying earlier once you are in your respective bridges be prepared to separate at a moment's notice focus on escaping rather than fighting. We don't know where we are and if we will find or even have access to shipyard that could repair the ship." She hoped like hell this was not a time travel thing, she didn't need agents from the Department of Temporal Investigations up her ass about this.

The communications console came to life in front of the captain from the Caldari Carrier
"Hello, Captain. This is Captain Anttoss of the IKC Liberator, under the command of the Ishukone Corporation. We seemed to have stumbled into this system and not familiar with this Region. Would you mind Providing us some information? Maybe even some directions?"

The Captain looked over to the screen mildly surprised but showing no emotion, due to the precariousness of his situation. His ship was mostly stuck and the carrier could easily catch and destroy him and his little fleet. Captain Adam had not been in high security space for many years and nearly everyone he encountered needed to be carefully watched as friend or foe, he couldnt even count the numerous attempts to destroy his ship out in Null-sec and a Carrier was a formidable combatant

"Captain Anttoss, Regulation requires that i inform you that i am in command of this Rorqual on behalf of the Outer Ring Excavations mining syndicate." said the captain in hopes that if this Captain Anttoss was indeed caldari navy he would know that their economy was heavily reliant on the ORE syndicate for especially valuable materials and hostility against them would effect their reputation with ORE. After his claim however he visibly relaxed somewhat "That said Captain, I can not give you any information on this Region, Constellation or system. As far as our navigator can tell we are in uncharted space, possibly deep within W-space. I do have an offer for you however, our exploration frigate has found many other ships in the area and i would like to ask for protection while we make our way back into K-space. And under ORE regulation you or the Ishukone Corporation would be entitled to ~2B ISK on my safe return to ORE territory."

While this conversation was happening the Covert ops frigate warped to 100km from the Caldari ship, then dropped cloak to target and scan the Carrier relaying the information back to the Rorqual.

"However that 2B ISK may be forfeit if you require us to make significant repairs to your ship which would be more than a fair trade" says captain Adam finally as he glances over the report from the scan.

Imperial Shuttle
"Exiting hyperspace," Captain Bonma said.

Emperor Palpatine felt thousands of Imperial personnel spiral away from him. They were there for an instant, dwarfed by Vader's beaconlike presence in the Force, before something powerful snatched them all away. In half a moment, something had destroyed decades of hard work and careful planning. Palpatine gasped. He could sense blossoming confusion in the shuttle's pilot and crew. Beyond the shuttle's confined walls was nothing. There was no welcoming committee, no escorting TIE fighters, no Death Star. The low, distant thrum of Imperial Center was gone. Anger boiled within him.

"NO," he said. He would not let whatever it was destroy the galactic systems he'd created. Emotions were the only worthwhile truth; edges worn raw by contact with power were the only evidence that mattered. Whatever dragged Palpatine away from his Empire would fall to the truths of the Force. The emperor channeled his anger outward, forcing his senses to expand dramatically.

@Lmpkio
There was an impossible presence nearby in the Force. A Jedi. It had been so long since Jedi could detect him that Palpatine hadn't shielded his presence. With luck, they wouldn't have noticed him before he re-shielded himself.

Much farther away, a bright beacon approached, power rippling in its wake. It was the same thing that had ripped Palpatine's home universe away from him.

Finally, faintly yet nearby, there were beings similar to Force Ghosts. If Palpatine had not been an expert at masking his own presence, he doubted that he could detect them.

Anubis' Mothership
Behind a dark, shifting mask, Anubis smirked and stared at the ascended beings observing him. Of course they were on a higher plane of existence, so he appeared to be smirking at nothing.

Janus was also glaring at the ascended beings gathered on the bridge of Anubis' mothership.

"Your insistence on following non-interference to a fault is absurd," he said to the Others.
"We're simply allowing you to see the consequences of your actions," they replied.
"Hardly. If it were up to me, then those rifts would have been closed."
"The universe will always seek equilibrium."
"And we, as sentient, intelligent beings, can and should manipulate that equilibrium to our benefit!"
"You do not yet understand."
"I was about to say the same thing."
Ahel
The Others dragged him to the Ahel. Janus could see the quiet conversation between the ship's captain and one of the officers. He'd been sloppy. The manipulations to widen the interdimensional rifts into proper portals meant that he had had to be detectable to the mortal plane. The margin between the ships appearing and his re-ascension had been small enough that nobody would see him, except the crew of the Ahel apparently had.

That was concerning, but he didn't know what it meant. It certainly wasn't as concerning as Anubis pulling in Emperor Palpatine.

Then again, maybe one variable could lead to the resolution of another. It would have to be subtle; he had to walk the line of non-interference now.

@Dnafein
He changed a variable in the Ahel's computer core, making it look like frighteningly specific cosmic ray interference. The sensor station abruptly focused on the newly-arrived Imperial shuttle, then flashed back to the other ships.

As the other Captain spoke, Anttoss eyes looked down. Wiping his hand over his face. It was true, they were stuck in unknown wormhole space. The Liberator's Captain had heard the report's of these Wormholes. Usually they carry advanced ship drone known as Drifters that stalk the area and were considered extremely dangerous. Although that wasn't the thing that had concerned him now.

A warning had appeared of the command overview right after the Rorqual's Captain finished talking. A Covert-ops frigate uncloaked and was a mere 100km away from the Liberator. The whole command deck lept into action. Locking the frigate and began to gain as much information as they could. It had belonged to the ORE Corporation as well. Probably in the same fleet with the Rorqual. It would make sense how they found him as well, those kind of Ships carry more advanced Scanner Probes that the Liberator did not possess. Although these Ships also carried Cynosural field Generators, which could be used to drop ships on the Liberator, although not from wormhole space...

Keeping all these factors in mind, Anttoss finally replied to the ORE Captain. "A generous offer, but not needed. We seemed to be as trapped as you are, although you seem afraid..." Anttoss gave a brief pause to press the Holo-image of the Directional scanner. It scanned again, this time not displaying the Rorqual's existence, only the Frigate and the other unknown Ships. "... Which is why you either warped from you last location or cloaked up. Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems you are in a stickier situation then you let up. I have a new offer for you: The Liberator will join your fleet and provide any assistance, including protection to your mining fleet. We shall help each other make it back home and when we get back to known High Security space. The Ishukone Corporation will pay you Personally for our safe arrival, a letter of appreciation from The Ishukone Corporation, my Crew, and Myself to the Outer Ring Excavations mining syndicate of your valiant deed. That enough should see to your advancement in the Corporation and nice bonus for common Kindness. How does that sound Captain Adam?"

"Also let one of your Ships lock my ship for anything else for Logistical repairs and I will be sure to blast them out of known space." Captain Anttoss finished with a cynical smile painted across his face.

Kuriotes

The Crusader shuddered as it exited Phase Space, returning to reality as it always did. The Phase Drive deactivated now that it was no longer needed. Then part of it blew up.

Not enough to destroy the ship, but it was enough to rock the ship and deal damage that would need to be repaired. Fortunately the Kuriotes had been part of an ongoing campaign, meaning the supplies for that were on hand. Not that it saved the crew from getting roughed up in the process, people tossed about by the unexpectedly sharp landing.

"What happened," Valeran barked as she recovered. At the same time she tapped into the Unity, confirming that ship systems were functioning normally and that no one had been seriously hurt by the explosion. No such luck there, but what damage there was she deemed acceptable. They could get replacements the next time they made port.

Retris wasn't so lucky, the backlash practically throwing her away from her station and to the ground. She was left groaning, clutching her head as she slowly got back to her feet. "Some sort of...phase anomaly, I don't know. But I have a majorly serious headache."

Having also quickly recovered from the shock, Denesther swiftly returned to her task, linking up with those under her guidance and preparing the ship. Shields were raised, as she quickly reported. "Defenses are up, we're ready if the TDN tries anything. But with our drive the way it is we're not getting as much juice as I would like."

Valeran gave a slight nod, her eyes closed as she focused. A sigh escaped as her brainwaves triggered the release of chemicals from her neural augments, allowing her to calm and better focus herself as she reached out to the crew, to reassure then that things would be alright and that the situation was not so dire they needed to panic. "Get me eyes," she directed, not having to look at her Scryer for that.

"R-Right." Still a bit unsteady on her feet, Retris stepped back up to her console. Prongs deployed from the curved surface, forming a triangle shape before a holographic globe flickered into existence. Initially it was empty, but as Retris came into contact with the other, lesser Scryers on the ship it began to fill in with their surroundings.

The two pronged vessel hovered in space, motionless for now aside from the activation of its shield. "No planets," she told the others. "Nothing that would have pulled us out of phase space. But I'm picking up several ships, all of unknown origin."

Even though there was no reason to doubt her, that nonetheless earned a skeptical look. "Perhaps new Vasari designs? One can never tel what those aliens are holding back."

A pause, then Retris shook her head. "No, I'm not feeling anything like the Vasari mental signatures. Though I do sense....anger. Like what you would feel from a Radiance during a battle. Can you feel it too?"

Glancing towards the indicated direction, Valeran let her own mind open to the outside vessels before nodding. She could feel it, a sensation that sent shivers through her. She'd never been faced with the anger rolling off of a Radiance Battleship in the middle of a fight, but she was told that it was quite something. "Activate comms, wide band. We don't know how they'll react to telepathy and they might try to contact us that way. And keep an eye on that source you picked up."

"There are a lot off big boys out here. I don't like it," Denesther called to her captain. "They take a shot at us I don't know if we'll make it out in one piece."

It was a good point, but they didn't have many options at the moment. "We aren't going anywhere until the Phase Drive is back online," Valeran observed. "We wait, observe, and then follow the will of the Unity, wherever it may lead."

As the sensors operator was able to clear the interference from the console when he notice a new contacted. "Alor'ad we are detecting a small ship heading towards us. It is from that large needle like ship." the operator explain.

"Weapons?"

"None that can be detected."

Orser quiclky contacted Vasthi to informer her of the change situation. "Vasthi you mission has change. A ship had just launch an unarmed ship towards us." Pausing for a second to look over the screen. "You are to meet this craft and try to get some information from avoid hostile action unless it attacks first." the older mandalorian told the younger warrior.

"Understood Alor'ad." Vasthi said as she traveled to the hanger. Entering the hanger the scene was a flurry of activity pilots and the crews were checking over the systems of the Starvipers and Skipray. There several trying to move the starfighters that had fallen off there rack back onto them. She made her way over to her own fighter. There doing a preflight system checks was the twi'lek mechanic looking at a datapad. "Is it ready to fly?" she asked. The mechanic looked up from what he was doing, "Yes it is all systems are nominal." She climbed into the cockpit of the starviper. Swiftly activating the starfighters systems as the engine is warming up. Giving the controls a quick test she rocketed out of the hanger. Vasthi made a beeline towards the ship. The starvipers s-foil was were not in attack position. As the mandalorain star fighter closed in the pilot slowed the starfighter and started to hail the vessel.

"This is Vasthi Kryze state your intention." she said to the ship.

@Lmpkio

"The Venators has contacted us," the comms operator said.

"Alright patched it through." Orser walked over to the ships communicator. The message received did little to help him figure out what was going on. First they claimed to be from the republic which is strange considering they became the empire. And have been the empire for a while now. 'Maybe they refused to join the empire' he thought to himself. More importantly they seem as lost as they are. So he better try to work with them.

"Alor'ad Orser of the Keldabe-class battleship Adenn. As for direction we are just as lost as you. We hit a hyperspace anomaly and end up here. But a more important question. Wasn't the republic reformed into the empire? Did you guys not hear the memo. Or you did and went rogue," He said staring at the admiral.

Anomaly758 Kadeshi Ambassador

@eemmtt

The unarmed Swarmer stopped just a dozen meters away the Mandalorian starfighter, conventional reaction thrusters pushing the small ship backwards a little. Despite the Swarmer's designation in her home galaxy as a "microvessel", the two ships were on-par in size.
Within moments, Vasti's hail was answered by the low, calculating voice of the Kadeshi Ambassador.

At first, it comes out as a garbled transmission, before coalescing into a surprisingly clear and understandable communication.

"We, the Kadeshi, wish you no harm, alien. I'm accustomed to welcoming visitors into the Garden, but it seems that our current circumstances have drastically changed our routine. We are the Kiith Nevaar, a Kadeshi bloodline that has thrived for 10 generations within the safety of the Garden, and the spire of a vessel you see behind your starship is the Nebula-5, our home away from home, though the name 'Starlight Lance' has grown popular among the crew and our people."

"Our intention is to return Home, as unlikely as that seems in this scenario.-" The small ship slowly spins around on its axis as her lone pilot continues. "-Seeing the rather diverse gathering of starships here, I have come to the conclusion that you and your people know just as much as we do about the current predicament.-" It finally finishes its revolution, facing them once more.

"So, instead of demanding answers to our curiosities of this world we find ourselves in, and the way out of it, on behalf of the Nebula-5, I request an alliance between our flagships. Safety in numbers, as they say, and you may find the facilities on our vast starship useful."
The Ambassador concludes, hopefully appealing to their possible sense of distress in a calculated move to ensure the survival of his clan in a strange, unknown galaxy.

The crew of the Creed were scanning every vessel and breaking them down from the least to most threatening to complete unknown. They were watching the interactions of the various ships and picking up transmissions. Captain Frye was not happy. “Just frakkin great. Looks like time travel is involved. Now I am going to have to deal with an investigation.” She opens her internal coms to the others on the ship. “You heard the same conversations we picked up. We clearly have two ships from the same place but not the same time. No telling how many other ships out there are from the same place so be prepared for hostile actions because two enemies found themselves together and are not intelligent enough to put their differences aside long enough to get back home. Just in case someone is advanced enough to get past our shields I am increasing the security holograms on the ship. They will be armed with enhanced compression rifles and assault rifles. For the non-holographic crew put on your Hazard suit. Consider it mandatory at all times now.” She switched to speaking with the reporters. “Until further notice you can go anywhere on the ship that you could before this, certain areas are still off limits for safety and security, the bridges of the Alpha, Beta, & Gamma have been added as off limits for the time being. As you know we find ourselves in...” She stops to think for a moment. “To be perfectly honest, we have no clue where we are, possibly even when. There are a lot of ships out there the Federation has no records of. We do know that at least two of the ships are from the same location but not the same time period. As a result of that we do not know if anyone out there has the ability to get through our shields. So I have increased the number of security holograms. They all know you are to be protected they will not bother you. I will keep you informed as time and circumstances allow.”

General Vell kept silent, folding his arms as he allowed the Admiral to talk to the Mandalorian dreadnought. He silently reflects on the world around him, using the force to learn about the world around him. At first he feels virtually nothing - no force energy from any nearby sector. He sensed neither light nor dark, only a blank white sheet of neutrality. It was almost as if the force didn't exist. It was an utterly strange feeling to the jedi, but he welcomed it. He was at peace in this state of mind, reflecting on the recent events that had just conspired. He's already slowly beginning calm down.

But as Vell starts to get comfortable, he suddenly feels a massive disturbance bursting through his mind as a red flash goes off. He grunts as he lowers his head and rubs against his temple, disturbed by this sudden outburst. The admiral quickly takes notice as his stern face rapidly transformed into that of natural concern.

"General?" Admiral Kardoff asks in a concerned voice to him.

Yet the jedi soon saw several more crimson flashes, all within mili-seconds of one another as a black hole forms within the force, slowly filling up the calm and tranquil blank conscious. Within seconds he feels as an intense dark force was nearby, the force draining into a well within the nexus, only for it to release a feeling of rage and agony. It was a horribly electrifying feeling, as he begins to rapidly endure countless snapshots of these strange visions.

"Hold him! Quickly!" he barks out to several clone troopers, vaguely realizing the situation that was transpiring right before his eyes.

Several clone troopers caught up and began to hold the weak-legged man as they attempted to snap the general out of his trance. At first their efforts did nothing, until the Admiral approached Vell and gave him a great smack across his cheek. That finally forced the jedi master to get out of his vision as he breathed heavily the moment he bursted out of that terrible feeling. He was pale and clammy, with minor sweat dripping off his forehead. The troopers escorted the jedi to the nearest seat and plopped him down gently on it. General Vell continues to rub his head as he regains his full consciousness of the situation.

"Oh god..." he breathes in a shaking tone as he supports his left arm on a counter.

"Are you OK?" asks the admiral uneasily, "What happened?"

The jedi nods as he raises his hand. The admiral pauses briefly before asking what he thinks must have happened.

"What did you see...?"

The jedi looks at him with a cold terrified look in his eyes.

"I felt..." he answers shakingly, gulping quickly as he continues, "A great disturbance in the force. I felt a darkness unlike anything I've felt before... I-I was at peace with the universe around me, until this agonizing pain overcame me... It was as if this big black hole was sucking away at the calm that was around me... like an indefinite well... and I saw these... these visions. I c-can't remember what I saw, but I recall clearly what was at the end before it all suddenly vanished..."

The jedi paused as all the men in the bridge remained silent, looking at him with worry.

"Was it the uh... the dark side, or whatever you call it?" the admiral inquires curiously.

"Y-Yes..." Vell responded surely, "I heard this... this cackling laughter. I could see a hooded man in black... nothing but a pale wrinkly white nose peering out of the black void that covered the rest of its face."

"You saw a hooded man with a nose?" asks Kardoff in order to confirm what he heard.

"Yes..." the jedi said, slowly gaining his footing as he slowly begins to stand up, "And then, I... I heard that voice say only a number..."

"A number...? What number?" Kardoff asked inquisitively, his left eyebrow peering upwards in wonder.

But before the jedi could reveal what it was, a clone operative interrupts the moment as he hears static coming from a control panel.

"Admiral. We have an incoming transmission from the mandalorian ship. It responded to us."

Kardoff looks over at him, securing his belongings as he gets back to business.

"Patch it through."

According to "Alor'ad Orser of the Keldabe-class battleship Adenn...", he was basically in the same situation as the Venator was in. They too were lost after engaging a hyperspace anomaly and simply landed here. However, they claimed that the Galactic Republic had turned into some sort of Empire... or The Empire, to be more precise and asked if they 'didn't get the memo' or that they had gone rogue against it.

Everyone inside the bridge was utterly confused, especially Admiral Kardoff. He looks around the rest of the crew nearby in total confusion.

"W-What?" he asked hesitantly as he voices into the comms, "The Empire? What Empire? My ship was just in the middle of a battle between the separatists in the Outer Rim before we arrived here, and as far as I know there is NO such Empire that you speak of. We are the Galactic Republic! What in mynock's name are you talking about?"

As soon as he transmitted the message, one of the clone higher-ups also began to question that statement.

"Sir, maybe they're mentioning about some other existing empire?"

The Admiral glared at him unbelievingly.

"Nonsense!" he bursts out confidently, "He clearly means the Galactic Republic turning into some 'Galactic Empire'. I've not heard any other major republic turning into an empire in any stretch~"

"Unless they aren't even from our universe in the first place." General Vell responded as he stands up. He's still slightly shaky from the force vision, but he's definitely in a better mindset.

Everyone looked at him as if he was a madman, questioning what he meant.

"So you're saying that the ship we've encountered is not from our galaxy at all?" the admiral blurts out confusingly.

"Oh they're from our own galaxy." Vell responds to assure Kardoff, "But they've not in our universe."

A light-bulb seemed to pop in the admiral's head as he begins to realize where the jedi is going with this.

"So you're bringing in the theory of the multiverse into play?" he asks in detail, "As if these mandalorians are from an alternate universe where their said Empire came up after their Galactic Republic? Is this what you mean?"

"Correct." Vell smiles with an assured nod, "Or perhaps they were ripped out from our future. Perhaps our Republic would transform into an Empire overtime, but we do not know when. For them it has already happened, yet it may not have happened to us yet, whether it would be days, weeks, months, or years until then. It could be either or..."

There was a silent pause as the crew began to reflect on that theory. Then one of the clones asked a critical question, one that could break and alter their very perspective on their own universe.

"Sh-Should we ask them?"

The Battle of Earth. Archie had hoped this day would never come -- The Covenant finding their home world. With only the fleet and a handful of Spartans between a purge by almighty aliens and salvation. Archie had considered it, in his quiet moments. What he would do. What he could do. Maybe he'd pull his standard issue M6G and die gloriously repelling invaders. Maybe he'd commandeer one of the Longswords and go out in a blaze of glory. What he didn't expect was to find himself as new Captain with the old one's brains spattered over his boots.

Archie's stomach churned and hearing gave out as his brain shuddered at the sudden shift in the status quo. He didn't know if he would throw up or if he would curl into a little ball and die. The only thing he could focus on was the whir of the Shaw-Fujikawa translight engine as it came to life, and the background shouts of the ONI spook that had just killed his only mentor in the world, ordering the bridge crew to shut the jump to slipspace down.

"Captain." Agent V's blue eyes broke his trance. Archie hadn't supposed she'd be capable of something like this. A short woman with mousy brain hair tied back into a loose ponytail, with glasses that always seemed slightly askew. She seemed more like a pissed off librarian than a murderer. But the specks of blood on her ONI uniform was helping reality to set in.

"The Shaw-Fujikawa is midcycle and doesn't seem to be stopping. You need to do something." Her fingernail stabbed into his chest.

"I... Uh..." The bridge was silent for an instant, the crew waiting to see what their new captain would do. Or maybe they were also going into shock from watching their former Captain's attempt as cowardice suddenly and brutally cut down.

"JJ... Spin us up a return vector." The sound of the world faded into background buzzing once more as Archie took measured steps to the Captain's chair. The noise of the crew became a quiet rumble, and the groans of plasma burns on the Janus's armor disappeared from his register.

Reality lurched for a moment. Whatever was happening, this wasn't a slipstream jump. There was a certain subtlety to slipstream, the gentle rend of spacetime's fabric around you as your vessel entered the space between dimensions. This was something else -- Being violently shunted from one plane to the next, everything going wrong for just a moment. The air tasted purple and everything sounded like the number six until all the five sense schlorped back to normal.

"I..." Archie pushed himself into the fabric of the Captain's chair, "What...?"

"Sir, Spartan-096 reporting. Green Team is ready to drop -- what's happening up there?" Elise's voice crackled from the dead man's comms.

Vomit dribbled from the ONI Agent's mouth. She pulled herself from the floor. Archie realized that since the jump, almost everyone had changed positions. Half the bridge crew were laid out in bizarre positions, some intertwined with one another like twenty steps into a game of Twister. Maisie ripped the comm from the body.

"Belay that drop, Spartan. Wait for additional orders." Maisie croaked into the microphone. She dropped the device and dry heaved.

JJ's voice pulsed from the center console. "Staff...," his voice and form was obscured by static for a moment, "I don't know how else to put this, but I don't think we're in Kansas anymore."

Carter had watched the other ships long enough, they had to make a move sooner or later while all the other ships seemed divided. If there was trouble then they could leave in the chaos. Carter looked at the holotable where their AI, Atom, slowly spun about his axis.
"Atom."
"Yes, captain?"
"We're a reconnaissance ship, tell me something."
"Right, the ship scanners have provided to us the exterior features of the other ships. However, between shield interference and the size of the ships, we cannot scan their interior, nor do we have the time to analyze any data that could hint at the interiors. We have heard some transmissions from the ships but it can be reasonably assumed that anything important is being transmitted via tight beam."

Carter and Dr. West examined the vessels for awhile, but in reality there wasn't anything that could tell them about the other vessels other than their weapons. They were mostly looking for markings that might relate back to their own world, but that wasn't the case. It also seemed that other ships, based on their transmissions, were lost. They had yet to hear from everyone though. So, assuming that they'd eventually be found anyway before they could gather more information, Carter tapped the magic button that controlled communications.
"This is Captain Carter of the vessel Myth," he had to pause for a second, "of the United Onyx Government. I do not know this section of the universe, assuming it is my universe. It would be greatly appreciated if the inhabitants of this sector would provide the necessary information so that my crew and I could return to our duties." After their transmission the Myth dropped its cloak.

(Not necessary, read if you want!)
Commander Greene was standing in the back of the bridge, listening to the bridge crew go about their business. His team had been ready for awhile now, just a few minutes after the arrival, actually. He had already completed his task and after a few minutes Greene decided that it would be made known if they had to deploy. It didn't take long for him to reach his team, who were hovering around the ship's main door. They looked intimidating in their black armor, standing several inches taller than their normal 6'+ frames. Greene also knew that the exoskeletons in their armor would move most items that they could possibly need to move. Finally, they even had their own shielding. It was the operators that made the armor so efficient, though. Since the armor had been released to Delta not a single operator had been lost, although it could easily happen given the right circumstances. Greene wasn't admiring Delta and the armor because it made him feel proud, rather, he was comparing it to what the other ships might have. Given the their ability to make such large ships... they could easily carry some elite operators. Onyx didn't have such large ships, the Onyx navy preferred smaller, versatile crafts that would guard a carrier, the carriers being smaller than most of the ships he saw here. However, Onyx used espionage and special operation strikes to cripple hostile aliens, but the aliens they encountered never had such large ships. They'd have to be careful.
