Entertaining as the princess' post was, weren't we supposed to use the dice system when doing combat?

Sloth and I didn't really particularly care to do a long drawn out dice battle, so we just did a short scripted thing instead. I think that's okay, since it's not like the outcome of this battle has any real effect on the plot beyond giving Zander a reason to bother Luka in the future? If not, we can always come up with stats for Sylas and do a full length battle. @Vertigo

Yeah, I figured it was probably fine since nothing was said about it. Just wanted to double check, since I thought the dice rule applied every time there was combat (like in D&D). Now I figure it only applies in some instances that will be separately announced when we run into them. Like plot fights/PvP etc., but not all NPC fights.

But yeah, I'm totally fine with the fight being over fast and not taking an entire page of back and forth or what have you.

I'll have a post up either tomorrow or Wednesday. Also, I won't be sure of my activity around July 10th to maybe the 14th or 15th, as my grandparents have asked me to take care of their pets if they take a vacation during those dates. I'll have internet connection, but at the same time I'll have to watch their three cats and their elderly yorkie, who I'll have to keep a close eye on because it hasn't really ate and has been quite "depressed" following the death of their other yorkie to old age (her sister). I watched that dog grow up from just a puppy, so I apologize beforehand if I'm absent for majority of that specific time period.

Anyone still around? Just wondering what's up on the progress of IC posting.

As a heads up, I'll be possibly busy tomorrow, and busy for most of Friday if anyone needs me. Also, unless anything is changed, I'll be off and on July 11th to the 15th. The Yorkie I mentioned above was put to sleep due to old age (she refused to eat or drink water, had a hard time breathing and wanted to be left alone until my grandparents said enough was enough), but the I'll still be watching their three cats. They like to climb on to things they're not supposed to, and they're not allowed in certain rooms, so I'll have to make sure they don't make a mess or get in trouble.
