It has been my experience that as much as sleep is rest in the place of dreams, that my life does not seemingly end here or there. I cannot count how many lives lived or how much time has been spent in the slumbering world, going so far as to live and die again. It is this continuous cycle lived vicariously, where at times I see these distant places through others or I myself through the true self. Amusingly, some of these things are aware of my presence and become hostile to me, leaving me to wonder just how it is that they know I as an unseen spectre do not belong; how they see through the illusion. Perhaps this is why I enjoy sleep as it is another life in itself.

In terms of video games, I have a kind of dumb habit of saving my game repeatedly before quitting, because I 1) Have REALLY bad short term memory, and 2) Get REALLY paranoid that I'll at some point think I saved my game, only to find out that I did no such thing and lost all my progress when I took a break. Please tell me I'm not the only person with this problem.

As well and as often as I sleep, the slightest thing can rouse me from slumber. In many ways this has been advantageous, predicting events before I am cognizant of them while still left to the unconscious, but it does indeed become a chore when the concern is unneeded, say for something inconsequential or trivial.

I was able to make a run to the nursing home dumpster last night and scored big time, baby! I'm talking two whole garbage bags full of stinky diapies. Picked out the three ripest ones and put the rest in the freezer for later. Threw those bad boys in the microwave and nuked em for a good two and half minutes to kill off any pathogens. Now I got some fresh dirty diapies to wear for a weekend of crinkling downtown. Now time to buy some rubbers because this diaperboy is getting some booty tonight 😎

That is unfortunate to hear, @Gunther, although looking at it even slightly in positive light is well received. Best fortune to you in what comes next, whatever you wish to do in and with it. For the time being, I believe busying yourself with relief from duties while browsing for the next, if any, would be in order.

As for some random fact, I am none fond of or friend to loud noises.

When I was ten, I got busted for playing in a construction site with garden tools.

I just got a job interview at the establishment that was built on this construction site. The irony.
