I think everyone is still ready to go and this past week was just a bit of a doozy for our crew, but do let me know if you're struggling at all, need a hiatus or need to step out. I won't take it personally <3 Do give me a heads up if possible as now is a good time if recruitment is necessary.

If you just need a break because of IRL concerns for a week or two, I can nudge your character as if they were an NPC for a little while. Just drop me a PM and we can talk about it~

We're just a touch busy and haven't read up on any RPs for a while. We're getting back into things now that our vacation is over.

I was waiting for DThar's post and a few replies to my question(s) from earlier. I can get a post in on Sunday if no one has done it before then though, and have Ardour suggest a name for the party (fair warning, leaving it up to him is not advisable).

Duskshine and Cao seem a bit MIA, though.

@Mae As sad as it makes me I think I'll have to drop, apparently I'm away from my computer in the summer a lot more than I thought I would be. So unless you want Jhimas to be on NPC mode for like a month and a half (which is always an option) I'll probably just have to bow out

@duskshine749 no worries, I've been in that position before. What we'll do is have Jhimas stay behind as an NPC in the tavern - perhaps assisting Esvelle and generally keeping an eye out for other leads. In a month and a half or whenever things settle, check back in with me and we'll see what the climate of the RP is like and maybe he can jump back in, who knows :D

Howdy folks! Thankyou for bearing with this rough patch. Not much to update but recruitment is underway.

I think once we hit the dungeon level I will be establishing a posting requirement of once within 10 days with a midweek nudge, let me know if this is amenable to you. We may end up with a need for a quicker schedule with combat, but we can work that out when it comes up. Nobody fights in d&d games, right?

In other news I'm running this at my table today after a spontaneous session date popped up. I will be dissapointed if there are no tortles with cheese phobias or lizardmen harnassing up their horses to bring into the dungeon (I need to draw that so bad...) but I'm looking forward to taking what I learn running this today and using it as fuel for Halastar's fires here, mwhahahahahaha

I'm feeling like a butt doing this but I'm putting my big boy pants on and sucking it up T^T



To those who haven't posted in the last round:



Our last major font of activity was three months ago. I really like our group and setup and we have had some extenuating circumstances for a few of our players at the same time, so I'm left wondering what to do. At this point, if a post isn't in by the end of the week I'm going to open any of those inactive slots up to new players and set better guidelines for a posting schedule. Players who don't post will have their characters moved to NPCs as we did for @Duskshine749.

There is a short grace period whereby if you post between the end of the deadline and when we get that slot filled, then I'll just shunt you back over. I'd prefer it if you didn't rely on that, and just posted in the week, but I understand that I haven't set a post schedule before on this thread and I know alot is going on IRL. I know this might come across an unfair. I know it kinda sucks. But I do think it's for the best.

I am well aware I haven't handled GMing this well so far. A few unsure situations (like brainstorming previous adventures and coming up with a Party Name) have led to people being unsure of what to do and how to post and slowed it down. That's my bad. It may have been better to just sink y'all into the Dungeon and I'm hoping once we enter more structured play we'll find a better pacing.

I like my sessions to be relaxed but I think some better posting guidelines might mean people know what to expect a little better. Please feel free to @ or PM me with suggestions on how you think the RP or my GMing could improve as right now I am concerned that RP Death is a real possibility - hence why I'm doubling down. I really want to see this RP through and I'd love to do that alongside you guys.

Hi! I'll be joining this soon I believe to fill for what's missing. Planning on doing a Fighter most likely. Been meaning to post my character earlier, but I've been pretty distracted with the release of Pathfinder 2e. Will be up soon after I'm done discussing things with the GM!

@Ellri did you spend 1 gold to go down or 2?

what's the difference in what one gets for one vs. two?

@Ellri The price to go down the well is 1gp, and for future reference it takes about 10 turns to get down to the first floor of the Dungeon.

Paying 2gp just means you've already paid to come back up if/when you need to. Otherwise Durnan lowers a bucket for payment, raises the bucket, and then lets you up ;)

Ah. We suppose it is practical to pay ahead of time, so we'll go with that.

By the way, did he see much of anything interesting down there with that perception check?

EDIT: Re-organising the CS tab so that active characters are near the front. If a character is removed from inactivity and returned to play, just copy the CS link back over onto a new post in the CS tab.

With this in mind:
