A very proud and youthful young man just from the look. Just from his demeanor, you can tell he's very carefree and easy going - just from how lax he is about a lot of things. He walks around with confidence and a cocky swagger - mixed with a good old fashioned New Yorker accent. His voice is loud, but not as deep as he was hoping which kind of makes his behavior fall flat a lot of the time. Jaden is African-American at first look, but he's more than willing to tell you that he's mixed. His father is primarily Haitian and some West African countries and his mother is Columbian. His skin is dark with some cuts and bruises, he's got afro-textured hair, and his lips are thick - the usual. You wouldn't notice the hair though because he keeps it cut very short for personal reasons. In terms of build, Jaden is very short - like he stands at the female height. Which sucks because he wishes he was taller, but whenever he does a pull-up things are way easier. Jaden is in pretty good shape from working out - and let's be real; he's not the type to laze around and get fat. He's not super buff, but he's skinny and toned as all hell. He's got legs and chest muscles.

Jaden's sigil is on his chest, his right pectoral muscle. Given that he's apart of a Collective Awakening he has a sigil for each Abstraction, with the sigil of a book representing his primary abstraction. A vaguely Chameleon shape representing the abstraction from his sister is underneath it. The symbol of a target and a shield represents his blaster and barrier abstraction respectively are next to the chameleon.

Jaden was born in New York City baby! To a very high ranking member of some technology firm situation in New York. He was no CEO, but he had more than a living wage - all because of good schooling. Jago's mother was a deaf woman who was one of his coworkers that were brought upon to show that his business is diverse. Eventually, the two got romantically involved, and he ended up marrying her - not before putting a baby in her! The first child was Lynette Dominguez, then afterward were the Dominguez twins: Jaden and Cierra Dominguez. The three had everything they ever needed: a nice house, good schooling, and whatever else they wanted came in time. Unlike the eldest Dominguez, who was attracted to learning; Jaden and Cierra had too much energy for that garbage. That energy ended up with them acting out when they got of age; so the two were invested into sports. Cierra into soccer, Jaden into basketball and whatever else he could get his hands on. Jaden was badass when you handed him a basketball and is talented with it to this very day. When he got older he ended up in his school's basketball team, and this ended with Jaden getting lots of social connections and parties and whatever. Where ever Jaden went, people knew him. It was like a dream! However, as popular as he was, he couldn't help but feel like he didn't want this.

Jaden could go pro, but did he want to? Yup, it just didn't feel right with him. Ultimately, Jaden went against his friend's best wishes and decided to expand his horizons with other hobbies. After one art class went wrong, he gave Marine JROTC a try and immediately fell in love. It was the higher purpose that Jaden needed and perfect for an athlete like him. Throughout all of his high school years, he spent it doing NROTC classes and drills - he just wished he was allowed to shoot a gun! But, he had all the military discipline and knowledge that he needed to make it big - well, big as a Marine could make it! He still went to parties along with his sister Cierra, while Lynette... did Lynette things. They couldn't relate to her too much, but they tried their best to be her friend. They had their ups and downs but eventually, they connected to her and she helped them a lot with their school work.

Things were great... until Daddy Dominguez got a job in Araminta, Pennslyvania. A place that Jaden didn't even hear about! It was such bullshit, but it was his last year of high school anyway. After Cierra and Jaden graduated, the family set off to Araminta. It was weird being in a state different from where he grew up - at most they went on vacation to Florida. He didn't have any of his homies to surround him! Jaden looked to his older sister Lynette for guidance since she was never super connected to people in the first place. There was one problem with his plan on going into the service; his father didn't want him going into the service - not without a degree that is. He wanted his son to have a fallback plan and also to have some rank in the military when he got in.

So Jaden went to Araminta community college and got a degree in cybersecurity - he bet he could find a good job in the Marines for him. All while continuing to do NROTC in college and getting help from his older sister when he could. Their connection grew as Lynette became a de facto mentor to Jaden, helping him out whenever she could. It wasn't long until the two separated as Lynette went to a place known as Grand Ridge Academy in a rush, but they kept in touch. After he graduated, the first place he went to was the recruiter's office and everything was going well. He did the ASVAB (scored a 62) and went on his merry way to MEPS and everything was going well... until he got drug tested. They found traces of marijuana and he was immediately disqualified - fortunately, his NROTC credentials were enough to allow him to retest... in six months. Which meant Jaden had to sit around bored in Araminta.

Everything was not perfect as Jaden received news as to what happened in Farmer Hill and lost contact with Lynette. It was news of a massive earthquake that ravaged the town and killed many... unfortunately, Lynette was a victim. This was news that destroyed Jaden to his core and sent him into a depression. Watching Lynette get lowered into the ground destroyed him inside, however, Jaden tried to hide his sorrow by acting the same as usual. Even though he has matured to the core.

However, around one month was when all the weird occurrences in Araminta began. First Jaden just shrugged it off as superstition before Jaden came face to face with the masked killer running around. He was out with some friends and his sister partying down by the river when that crazy fucker with a mask attacked him. Jaden, first and foremost tried to fight the bastard off but the freak was way above them. The serial killer chased his group around until they got separated. They all ended up in one abandoned house where they made their final stand. However, Jaden and his friends Awakened... and it ended up being a Collective Awakening. It was weird, but they managed to fight off the thing and force it to retreat.

Afterward, Jaden wondered what the fuck is going on. As he tried to learn his newfound power with his sister but after a few nights she went missing. Jaden looked all over the place for her, yet he could not find her no matter where he looked. And nobody seemed to care. She wasn't a victim of the serial killer... nor did Jaden think she could be a victim. She was too strong for that...

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ When Jaden was attacked by the Horde he gained four different Abstractions from his sister and two friends. It's theorized that Jaden has 50% of his own ability, 30% of his sister's, and 10% of his two friends.



AURA SENSING ⫻ Jaden's aura reading is very situational and at times useless. He has the ability to sense the aura of his sisters and can see items belonging to them up to twenty meters away. They are illuminated in a bright blue aura and if it's an item that belongs to them, Jaden can gather how long ago they touched it from the intensity of its aura. The thicker the aura, the shorter the time they had contact with it. Of course, since one of his sisters is deceased this doesn't have too much use. Jaden can also sense the members of his Collective from the same distance.

LIMITS ⫻ As it stands Jaden has no control over the Familial Reflection. It only appears the less Jaden thinks about it and if Jaden actively wants its help, it will not appear. There's also the fact that he cannot control what information it gives. It just knows a lot, it doesn't mean that what information it gives will be useful. The Chameleon ability allows Jaden to turn semi-invisible but it takes a few seconds for it to take effect and Jaden has to move slow to retain it. If he runs too fast he'll have to take a few seconds for the stealth to catch up. The barrier is strong enough to withstand one powerful blow before it disappears and he has to wait for it to recharge. At most, it can handle a few rounds from a pistol before it breaks. He also has to be completely stationary to utilize it so yeah. Jaden can only produce the barrier in front of himself. Jaden can only fire one precise shot every ten seconds and it has a range of around ten feet. He can only fire ten shots before he has to wait a few minutes for it to "reload".

WEAKNESSES ⫻ The Familial-Reflection has no physical weaknesses but it has a mental weakness. Jaden is trying his best to repress his feelings about his deceased sister and the Familial Reflection brings it up. It's to the point where he actively tries not to use this abstraction despite its usefulness and power. Whenever Jaden uses the Chameleon, his own vision becomes blurry and dark. The barrier comes at the cost of his mobility as Jaden has to be standing still in order to use it, if he moves the barrier will fade from existence. The Precise shots come with a recoil that hurts his hands the more he uses it and comes with a very loud sound that only Jaden can hear that disorients him.

Katie has a rather distinct appearance. While she laments the fact that she didn't get her mother's looks or any of that she seemingly has embraced a different kind of self-love. First off, Katie is Asian with roots coming from the great country of China. She has white skin with heavy golden overtones and facial features very consistent with her people. Her facial features are round and pudgy due to her heavyweight for her size. Kaitlyn due to not inheriting her brother's metabolism is quite heavy in terms of weight. She has a gut, tons of stretch marks, and fat in her facial area. However, this weight has enhanced what little sex appeal she has because she wasn't going to get any from her flat-chested and assed mother. She, at the very least, has 44F cup size and her behind sticks out in jeans. Even if she's not a super big fan of tight clothing. Speaking of which, Katie is a fan of dresses and skirts and will most likely be seen wearing that. In contrast with her twin brother, her primary color is blue. The vibe that Katie gives off is different from the rest of her family. She presents a calm and reserved aura that reflects in her behavior, her voice is usually low and she like drawing any more attention to herself than necessary. Katie's sigil, a symbol of a wave, rests on the middle of the right side of her neck for the world to see.

To make a long story short: Kaitlyn's mother, Meifeng Zhao, and his aunt, Lijuan, moved to America from China because of her mother's (Lihua Zhao) dissatisfaction with China. They moved to a Californian metropolis known as Los Angeles, where they had a variety of different adventures. Meifeng grew up into a strong confident woman who went into college for a master's degree in criminal justice where she met her future sweetheart Daniel Liao. After a few years of romancing each other, they got married, and Meifeng became pregnant with twins. Justin and Kaitlyn Liao, two siblings that would pave the way for the bloodline's future.

There was a stark difference between the two. The two were a pair of wild and rambunctious people that caused headaches for their mother, father, and all other blood relatives in the vicinity. However, Kaitlyn was the more wild and passionate of the two, far more emotional than her hotblooded brother. But, other than that Katie's early life didn't have much of a note, Meifeng was at home raising them while his father was making the money for them to live comfortably. This built up a deep innate connection between the twins and their mother, who imparted many of her ideas and philosophy upon the twins - though she was unhappy with staying home by herself. Their grandmother, Lihua, stepped in and offered to take some of the workloads off Meifeng so she could pursue a career in the CIA. Their dual-earner family is what earned them a lot of money, and in turn, helped them live comfortably in Los Angeles.

However, Katie was close to her grandmother who taught her, in time, that she as a woman needed to be calmer and more reserved. That she needed the discipline that her brother lacked - but she told her that her mother was the same way. Eventually, she taught the girl how to control her emotions, wisdom, but how to be fierce when she needs to, and everything she would need to succeed in life. At the cost of making her like an old lady. This meant that Kaitlyn fulfilled the role of calming her more hotblooded brother.

In time, Kaitlyn pursued her own goals. The girl loved the ocean more than anything and she wanted to explore it, learn the animals that are in the ocean, and make breakthroughs as a scientist. Which lead to Kaitlyn taking up Marine Biology and going to the illustrious University of Araminta, where her twin-brother got sent to live with their grandmother in Farmer Hill and eventually go to a school local to the town. Being away from her family caused a huge shift in her life as she tried to get her master's degree. Kaitlyn realized something inside of her, the fact that she was more sexual than she let on. This didn't mean that she slept around, she realized that she was more attracted to people than she thought. And in time, she soon realized that it wasn't just boys she liked.

Though the girl was in no rush to get into a relationship. She merely stayed focus on getting her degree and like most cliche college-aged kids she got a job at a local coffee shop not too far away from the university. Things changed when she ran into a girl named Amelia Dallon... it was a strange experience as the girl was seemingly at her coffee shop every day, then she found out that she was at the university too. Eventually, they started hanging out and became friends and eventually, Amelia dropped the question. It was strange for Kaitie, but she decided to try it out. The two went out on a few dates and had all types of fun and eventually decided to become a couple. And things were happy for the next two years.

But, all good things come to an end. It all started a few months before the start of the story when Justin called her all frantic explaining to her that her grandmother was murdered by something. This caused grief like no other in Kaitlyn as she became withdrawn from her social circle, classes, and eventually Amelia. After her grandmother's funeral, Kaitlyn took some time to herself. However, this didn't sit too well with Amelia as she felt like she was being neglected and ignored - mixed with the fact that she felt like Kaitlyn was ashamed of her. Amelia kept trying to get close to Kaitlyn while she pushed her away.

Eventually, Kaitlyn gave into Amelia and went out to a date at a nice restaurant. It was awkward as Kaitlyn felt that the magic between them was dying and ultimately chose to break it off. However, Amelia didn't take that too well and as Katie tried to walk away she grabbed her. She cried her heart out about how she loved Katie and how it couldn't end like this and it got mad creepy for Kaitlyn. Eventually, a fight broke out between the two as Kaitlyn tried to fight her ex off and in the middle of the struggle both Amelia and Kaitlyn Awakened. Amelia was pushed away from Kaitlyn with a sudden wave and couldn't get close to her. All while Kaitlyn hauled ass back to her dorm.

This was strange as her Awakening unlocked an abstraction relating to the ocean. It felt like the ocean was at her very fingertips as she can bring it to hers. It was a beautiful experience that was unlike any other. However, Kaitlyn tried to move on with her life... but this was around the time her brother went missing and things got strange in Araminta.

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Thalassomancery, Kaitlyn can summon ocean-effects with a snap of her fingers.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Kaitlyn's ability is rooted in her love of the ocean and the raw emotion she has inside of herself that she keeps contained for the right moments. Her abstraction is a strange mixture of ocean manipulation and water generation as she can summon ocean-effects and animals in the shape of water for short periods. This can manifest in the way of summoning a wave of water to wash enemies away, a whirlpool out of thin air, a water sprout, or water in the shape of a shark. She has a wide variety of potential as she can create animals out of the water to attack foes, and summon water out of thin air. She can simply summon a body of water, too. This gives her tons of raw offensive, defensive, and mobility options as her abstraction can be used to attack people, create barriers, and move away. Kaitlyn can also merely summon water and manipulate it to her heart's content. This also comes with a sub-ability of being able to stand on this ocean water which allows her to move around, and even a levitation ability that lets her float a few feet off the ground when she cuts loose.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Kaitlyn's aura sensing allows her to see the auras of what is soaked or submerged in water up to ten meters away. She can tell which is what by the intensity of its aura as soaked objects have a less intense aura while what is submerged down.

LIMITS ⫻ Kaitlyn is also inhibited by the Extra-Normal's innate resistance to each others abstractions. Her attacks are just less effective against them. Her summoning also only works for a short period of time as whatever she summons will disappear after a few moments. Usually, it'll disappear after it does the desired effect but some of her summonses will last for only a minute at most. Kaitlyn's ability is also relatively short-ranged being able to summon water within fifteen meters of herself. Of course, Kaitlyn can only summon one effect at a time and once she summons it, she cannot stop it before it disappears on its own.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Kaitlyn's abstraction comes with two weaknesses. First summoning water cools her body down, and the bigger the summon the more her body will cool down. Small effects won't have any noticeable effects but the more dramatic summons will cause one hell of a chill. If she cuts loose she'll come out of the engagement with hypothermia or may even freeze herself to death. The abstraction also causes an uncomfortable feeling of cold water on her body that gets worse the more she uses it. Along with loss of breath as if she was drowning in the water as if she's being submerged. Kaitlyn's abstraction also dehydrates her body as if she just consumed food rich in sodium, so she has to constantly hydrate to keep using her abstraction because it'll completely cut off if she does.

Quite a standout individual in her home town, granted that she was the tallest female at her school and pretty much everywhere she went. Standing at six-two, Rita is taller than a lot of boys and few girls do more than reach her shoulders. It's the last thing that Rita wanted to inherit from her parents because she doesn't like standing out and drawing attention to herself. Rita is a very bony girl that has little to no width to her body, so she's tall but not very big. Her shoulders are relatively thin and despite her height, she barely looks masculine. Her cup size is a 34C and she isn't the type that fills out her jeans. Rita is Caucasian to her bone, but she honestly doesn't know what race she is exactly. Her mother says that she's French, but that doesn't add up at all. Rita's just white in her eyes. She's got brown hair that's shoulder-length with blonde highlights.

So, if you've been reading everything so far you can probably get a good idea of what I'm going to do here.

Rita was born in rural Florida, not too far away from Tampa, to her mother Jane Shaw. Now, Jane has some problems that could not be ignored, yes, she was a very intelligent and talented woman that became a Sergeant in the army. However, she suffered from a myriad of mental disorders that, ultimately, ended up with her being separated from the army and she retired to Florida. She kept to herself, working as a doctor using what skills she could use from the army, and stayed home. She eventually, with some convincing from her family, went out to a bar and met a guy and they had sex. The experience was a great one for her for a large number of reasons, but worst of all she ended up pregnant from it. Jane didn't believe in abortion and kept the child, naming it after her late grandmother Rita. However, Jane was not a great mother, nor was she particularly fit for doing it.

Jane homeschooled Rita and kept her isolated from the outside world as possible in an attempt to shield the world from the things she has seen. Rita was homeschooled and was hardly allowed to socialize with anyone that didn't share their last name. While this created a child as intelligent and studious as Jane herself this severely stunted her emotional growth and social skills. If things went the way that they had Rita would never have been prepared for the outside world or to be an adult. And Rita wouldn't have known until it was too late. Life has a way it seems, Rita wondered if it was destiny or something else, but she had made a friend out of a neighbor. A girl her age named Brooke Vanburen. Brooke was the only friend that Rita and Brooke helped her realize something was wrong with her life. They talked through the fence whenever Jane would let Rita play in the yard, but Brooke showed her so much. How Jane was being oppressive to her.

This eventually gave rise, with some help, to some small rebellions starting with Rita breaking the routine to talking back to Jane. This ended with Jane putting Rita on lockdown but that didn't help. Rita was smart as she was, eventually, she figured out a way to communicate with Brooke via the usage of letters. It wasn't long however until Jane found the letters and went into a fit of rage. Jane marched towards the door to have a strong word with the Vanburens but Rita got the impression that Jane was going to kill Brooke. In an attempt to "save" her friend, Rita attacked Jane and a fight ensued between the two that ended when Jane fell over onto her back. The woman curled up into a ball and started crying, eventually, the police came in and sorted everything out. After getting the full story from everyone it was decided that Jane would be separated from Rita.

Rita ended up in Orlando Florida where her grandparents lived because no other Shaw or Shaw affiliate would touch Rita with a twelve-foot stick. Fortunately, Rita was able to keep in touch with Brooke and was given a cellphone and many therapy lessons... but Rita felt like an alien where ever she went. It was a slow process but eventually, Rita made friends but still felt awkward with herself. Yes, she was intelligent enough to get through school rather easily but she felt like she didn't belong there. After her graduation, Rita disappeared from her grandparent's home without a trace, she didn't know where she was going but it wasn't there.

Eventually, Rita ended up back in her home town and reunited with Brooke. From there the two went through every bar, party, and beach in town with the usage of many fake IDs. It wasn't long until Rita was kicked out of the Vanburen household, but she ended up using her good looks to score a place to stay with some boys. Taking the bus around town before she came across somebody familiar to her: Jane Shaw. Rita and Jane stared at each other silently before Rita blamed Jane for everything. Jane took everything in stride and apologized for it all, but that wasn't good enough for Rita. Eventually, the girl attacked her mother and in the ensuing tussle they ended up in the street... in the way of a passing vehicle. All Rita could see was the light's blinding headlights barrelling towards her at speeds she couldn't react to...

... Then she woke up in the middle of some weird place.

Rita is a Blind.

If you looked at Archie, your first impressions would lead you to believe that he was a man down on his luck, and you wouldn’t be too far off from the truth. Underneath the worry lines, permanently frown, and his baggy clothing are broad shoulders and kind eyes. His complexion is good, as he is long past the age where he needs to worry about acne, with no natural blemishes on his person. He does however have many scars and scrapes from his rough and tumble life. Several of which are scrapes and burn scars all over his hands and a couple on his arms and legs, which appear to be nothing more than rough housing mementos.

The structure of his face is mostly angular, with high cheek bones, but his jaw squares off at his chin. Along his chin, jaw, and cheeks he wears thin but somewhat unkempt facial hair. He has thick eyebrows and lashes which frame intense blue eyes. His light brown hair though, is quickly combed with his fingers, most of the time achieving that ‘I got ready in 15 minutes’ look. He naturally walks and talks with a charming demeanor, that his exuberance infects all of his conversations and has a sort of charismatic disposition that brings out the better parts of people. It is such a shame that this side of him hasn’t shown in a while. He has a deep, strong, projecting yet somewhat gravely voice that carries a slight southern accent to it.

There isn't any one particular outfit that he leans towards. The style may change from relaxed, sometimes classy, sporty, whatever the situation demands. He generally has a rugged look to his person. Brown or black leather jackets are his preferred outerwear, but hoodies are not uncommon. He usually avoids shorts. What kind of jeans or pants doesn’t really matter to him, but he tends to shoot for boot cut jeans that tend to tighten around his waist, providing comfort and a secure fit. His shoes are boots, almost always boots. Though it may change according to the situation - sports often call for sneakers, and a fancy outing requires more refined dress shoes. These he has. As of late Archie has found himself going for clothing that is relaxed and easy to move in due to his newfound affliction.

Archie was born in March of 1984, and has spent most of his life facing issues with anger management. Most of his childhood life isn't too far off from normal, but as he became a teenager he began lashing out with more ferocity and anger. Nothing too atypical for a young man with known anger issues. He attended classes for this, and eventually learned how to manage himself more appropriate.

For the better part of his life, Archie has been a normal person. He went to university, got a degree, made friends, and found someone who he was compatible with. He had a dog, and then a kid. All the the while he didn't have a single major incident. The child came unexpectedly, and when he found himself becoming a father before he was ready or even wanted, things began to change. His marriage was strained, and he began to feel trapped. But he was a good father to his daughter. He refused to let his discontentment show around him. He loved his wife and daughter, he really did- and it wasn't their fault that they had been dealt the cards they had. One day while returning home from visiting the grandparents out of state, Archie's car was struck by a drunk driver. His wife died instantly, and his little girl didn't have a chance.

These days he spends most of his time at home- a waterfront home with a dock for his boat and a massive industrial garage that he uses for his mechanic business that has one too many empty rooms. After his initial encounter with what he believes to be The Black Shuck- in which he saw the cryptid at the riverbank while up the Williams river drinking, he no longer doubts the claims of all the strange happenings in the town. He however has not altered his behavior in any way. If The Horde gets him, then it gets him, see if he gives a shit.

These days, Archie has found himself drinking his sorrows away on his boat while fishing until he's gone, and then waking up in the morning in strange places with torn clothes and no recollection of what happened. Perhaps it is his punishment for his discontent with gods gifts to his life, perhaps there was no god at all. All he knows is that he is deep in a pit of self inflicted despair with no idea how to dig himself out.

Outwardly, Archie can be charming, forward, and proud. A peculiar mixture of relaxed and energetic are what makes up his disposition depending on how much alcohol is in his system. He's talkative in the right crowd and has very many stories to share regarding his hijinks, adventures, and mishapenings he has experienced throughout the extent of his life. He has a large presence and a forceful voice, coupled with charm, people tend to see him as a leader. Not because he's earned it, but because he rallies those to him well. He will pay you back if you do him a favor or if you get on his good side. This being said, he isn't very frequently refused and so the ugly side he's been at odds with for most of his lift isn't seen as often one might expect - and while he has had a history with aggression, he isn't actually too prone to being aggressive in his interactions with others. At least not anymore.

While Archie could certainly use to such measures if he felt them necessary, years of anger management classes have taught him to consider himself above such nonsense most of the time, but on that same note, he can also be very petty. He knows he's better than that, he knows that holding grudges doesn't help anything, and that doing so is not the answer. That's just over-compensating and, quite frankly, says more about him than the other person.

Archie likes to tell himself that he does what’s right because it’s right and he doesn't need another reason- but he is not some paragon of morality. He is human, and his allegiances often align with those that provide him the greatest benefit, or is of greater influence than a person of little say. He can be selfish, but he tries to be better even if he isn't always successful.

Innately, Archie is a very angry and lost individual. He cares about what the world wants too much, I mean he's just out here trying to make his own way and survive. To climb and scratch his way to the top. Perhaps that's better achieved if he hadn't had such a penchant for self destruction. He cares only for himself (with few exceptions) and isn't above taking out his anger on those around him. He has a lot of pent up rage and frustration. Of course his relationship for his immediate family is less than ideal, and this has deeply affected him and his ability to trust forgiveness. All he wants is to get out of this hole that he's himself. He wants to come to terms with his loss, and earn back the right calling himself a good man. All of these feelings are deep inside him and hidden from the world, and it is those more bitter emotions that are channeled into this fervent work driven ferocity. But on top of all his buried thoughts and feelings are layers of a persona he has chosen to portray himself as because it is what he thinks he should be. A persona that feels everything that he thinks he is supposed to feel, and this persona runs so deep he has difficulty finding the difference between what he wants, and what he thinks he should want.

Kayla is a rough and tumble-looking girl, with an athletic body and well-developed musculature from her constant traveling and many endeavors. She has sometime tanned skin, and freckles which dot her body. She carries herself with somewhat of a devil-may-care attitude- oozing confidence and generally unconcerned with most things- her head high, shoulders back, with a ladylike gait. She has a large variety scars and burns on her body. Her hands, particularly, are covered in light burn scarring, and her favorite and most noticeable scar in her collection is a huge jagged line that runs across her shoulder blades.

Kayla is an attractive woman. She has a somewhat angular face, long and narrowing down to her chin. Her eyes are vaguely almond-shaped and are a grayish blue color like her brother. Her teeth are straight and white, but a few are artificial from her candy eating habits as child. Her hair, as well as her eyebrows, is a dark brown, and is quite long, coming down to the middle of her back when let down. She generally keeps her hair in a neat braid down her back or over her shoulder.

As far as attire goes, Kayla is pretty easy. Her closet primarily comprises of leggings or jeans, sports bras, athletic material like Under Armor or Nike. She likes to wear a maroon jacket most of the time, claiming that the extra pockets give her extra storage and give her a little extra protection from the many things she's dealt with that try to hurt her. She always wears a pair of black combat boots. Most of her clothes are whites, blacks, and reds. She doesn’t wear any jewelry aside from two wedding rings- a simple gold band on her right hand and a silver diamond ring on her left.

Making the trip from being a child to being an adult is oftentimes marked by a series of milestones throughout one's life. Kayla has lacked many, and is somewhat emotionally stunted as a result. While far from not functioning in society, Kayla's lack of respect for the world and people around her makes her destructive and disrespectful.

Kayla was raised well, initially. In 2009, Arnold and Elizabeth Foster were murdered on their way home one night by some remnant of work left undone in the past. Her husband, her uncle, Milo Crane, brought six-year-old Kayla into his home after her grieving was over. Kayla is a trouble making, loud, and easily distracted young woman. Since birth Kayla has had an affinity for sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.

Kayla is sarcastic and treats most things like a joke (whether appropriate or not) and maintains a fairly calm demeanor even in stressful situations, ranging to mildly annoyed as her worst most of the time. She's just not one to freak out. Kayla likes to hear herself talk, and if no one is around, she often takes to talking to herself. Kayla is a textbook extrovert and makes fast friends wherever she goes. She tries to keep to herself mostly on personal matters, but somewhat hypocritically she tends to ask about others due to the insatiable curiosity she was born with.

In short, Kayla is brash and leaves a wake wherever she goes. She causes trouble for herself and others with little regard for the long term effects her actions might have. As this setting progresses, Kayla will get a grip on the consequences of her actions and come to the realization that she has a responsibility to do what is right regardless of whether it is the easy or fun choice, and that she can still be responsible while still having high energy and enjoyment of what she does. Kayla will start this story close to a teenager or child, and she will end it as an adult.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Kayla has the ability to use both pyrokinesis and telekinesis in dramatic and disastrous fashion.

Violent Soul ⫻ Kayla's own abstraction, and the one she has the most direct control over. Simply put, Kayla is capable of pumping out some intense heat. She can produce jets of flame from any limb of orifice, ranging from a light that's just enough to start a cigar to a jet and wall of fire capable of melting steel from thirty feet away. She is completely immune to her own heat. Her clothing not so much.

Familial Bond ⫻ When under duress, Kayla is capable of using telekinesis in sudden, extreme outbursts of energy that usually result in throwing everything (and one) away from her as if struck by a tidal wave. While capable of situational precise use that doesn't require much distraction or movement- such as barricading or reinforcing a door or choke point with a wall of telekinetic energy, or manipulation of force sensitive objects such as living beings, Kayla almost exclusively relegates this ability to area denial and 'get away from me' maneuvers that give her breathing room.

Familial Bond ⫻ Her second ability comes with a secondary ability set. Sometimes, usually when she doesn't even mean to, Kayla shares head space with the soul of her fraternal twin brother Kyle. While Kyle doesn't or cant talk- he is capable of watching the world through her eyes and sometimes notices or sees things that she doesn't. In this state Kayla temporarily gains the situational knowledge of her counterpart- most notably related to firearms, machinery, and other information that should only belong to a person of her own age rather than an entity that died in the womb. She is... unsure of what to make of this.

LIMITS ⫻ Kayla's fire is still hampered by Extra-Normal being's innate resistance to each other, which makes them half as useful against them. She can produce flames but it's tiring for her, so the more fire she produces the more tired she'll be. She has an indefinite range, but the further out Kayla goes the less effective her fire gets. So she could in theory fire out a blast of fire a mile out, but it'd only mildly make someone mildly uncomfortable. Her Familial Bond also is less effective against Extra-Normal beings and she doesn't have complete control over it. It's more of raw force than anything and is completely unconscious. However, the ability has a range of about twenty feet and has a cooldown of at least fifteen minutes before she can access it against.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Kayla is immune to her own flames but she's not immune to the side effects. Her fire dries up the area quite a bit and it causes dehydration in her body so she'd have to drink lots of water. She also isn't immune to smoke inhalation, and I doubt her allies are either. The telekinetic aspect of her ability also causes intense headaches and the usual psychic nosebleed.

Oleander was her Uncle Milo's pet Siberian husky. Oleander is extraordinarily well trained- on par with police dogs and other working dogs, making him a force to be reckoned with when he joins her in her excursions.

June's shoulder length auburn-red hair is usually one of the first things to catch people's attention about her, though if one looked closely at her roots they would be able to tell her natural hair color is black. Her dyed hair comes off as particularly striking compared to her pale skin and green eyes. She has a fairly trim build and toned legs due to her daily morning run, though it would be a stretch to call her athletic.

Her clothing style is pretty simple and casual, as she's usually seen sporting a pair of jeans along with a plain blouse, usually a different color per day though notably a creamy white. She'll sometimes wear a jacket as well, though it's pretty interchangeable with a vest. It all really depends on what she's feeling in the moment.

Her sigil tattoo is on her upper-middle back, a simple-looking interconnection of three swirls. She actually didn't know she had it for awhile until a guy she once hooked up with pointed it out. She has no idea how or when it showed up.

Born in Araminta, June had considered herself to be normal for the longest time, if not particularly unremarkable. She never thought low of herself by any means, but she really was just another person in a sea of people. Both her parents stuck around to be there for her despite divorcing when she was 15, which she saw coming due to the constant arguments they had but still felt her heart break when it happened. She also had an older brother, who often had her back just as much as she had his. She did well in high school, nothing amazing but it was more than enough to get into a college out of town. She studied world history as it interested her but she wasn't sure if it was something she would major in. She also had a boyfriend, but it didn't feel serious. She supposed she could say she was unsure of herself and what she was going to do with her life. Possibly even defined by her relationships to others.

But then one night she dreamed something unimaginable. She woke up the next day normally, but she believed she'd been asleep for several years. She lived a life entirely unfamiliar to her, yet it felt natural enough to be real. She had gone to school to be a nurse, and even graduated and found work at a hospital. Her romantic life was full of waves, yet constantly stimulated as she hooked up and broke up with boyfriends...and girlfriends too. She remembered the one person she fell for the most was a woman named Sheryl, and they'd eventually gotten back together in a serious relationship. She also remembered that she was not the same person she thought she always was. Her "dream" self had been...vicious, to put it lightly. She did whatever she wanted, within reason, and had what could only be described as a powerful aura.

When she finally woke up, nothing felt real. She couldn't tell if she was actually still dreaming, or if the dream she'd had was actually the "real" world all along. She had a mental breakdown, and ended up having to see a therapist for over a year to work through the trauma of what had happened to her. She ended up moving back to Araminta to be close to family as she coped, and took up a job at the library to help make ends meet. But as weeks and months went by, an uncomfortable truth began to make itself clear: she wasn't the same person from before. Whoever she'd been in that dream wouldn't completely disappear from her psyche, and parts of her old self felt lost. She felt mixed, yet unwhole. It didn't feel right.

The strange affairs occurring in Araminta weren't doing her mental health any favors either, especially as they became more blatant and outlandish. She didn't know what to make of any of it, as it was freaky as all hell, and considered just leaving town again. But of all things that made her decide to stay, it was running into the masked killer that she'd only heard of through hushed rumors. Though confronted, something snapped in her that activated her fight-or-flight response just in time to avoid getting hacked to pieces. She ran and ran, until eventually she was certain she'd lost the killer. It was something she was sure her old self would never had been able to do; she was certain her old self would had just died.

It was all so strange...but she just about done running by this point. Shit was going down, and she wanted some god damn answers.

TYPE ⫻ Awakened

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Dream Vision- The ability to see and manipulate the dreams of others.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ June’s ability to see into the dreams of others isn’t something she’s fully cognizant of, but it appears to be born from her own traumatic dream. By projecting her mind, she can experience a person’s dream as it’s happening and interact with it. This can allow her to communicate with someone without having to have access with baseline Extra-Normal telepathy. However, if she chooses to do so, she can also subtly influence others by imposing her own will and manipulating a person’s dreams, such as appearing to be all-powerful or causing a dream to seem much longer than it actually is. Additionally, she can even change herself through other people’s dreams, such as by gaining information or practicing a skill.

AURA SENSING ⫻ June can sense the auras of people who are asleep within 25 meters, though this aura type is faint. If she has ever visited someone in a dream, however, their aura is much stronger and can be sensed from twice as far.

LIMITS ⫻ June's abstraction has a limit of thirty-five meters and beyond that, she cannot affect anyone's dreams. Her abstraction has a limit of two people at a time, but fortunately, she can bypass the Extra-normal's innate resistance to each other. Once inside of someone's dream, she can only mess with them for a limit of thirty minutes of real-time, and those who are aware of her and have strong wills can force her out much faster.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Because of the nature of the ability, it doesn't have too many weaknesses. However, June has one fatal weakness is that any damage or injuries she may incur while in a dream will transfer to her real body. Which means she can possibly be killed in a dream.

David Sawyer. Not exactly a tall, strapping man, David is relatively average sized; with an athletic build that has clearly seen the wrong end of age, a minor pot belly and muscles that have given way to flab in places. His normally dark brown hair is peppered with grey in places, especially round the sides of his head, and is kept short and neat as is appropriate for his job. Along with this, he maintains a neat, if light, beard, the hair also brown and gray with his age. His eyes are brown and his features are slightly wrinkled from age and experience, crows feet at the corners of his eyes and wrinkles over his forehead. His normally rather pale skin is almost permanently tanned from all his time spent under the hot, blazing sun, taking photos of wild animals, marathons and sports events. He has tan lines in the form of his watch on his right wrist and on his shoulders from the short-sleeved shirts he would wear to such events. A scar exists on David's face, a small one that crosses the bridge of his nose.

His Sigil lies on his back: an ornate, All-seeing Eye.

His normal clothing style is simple and rugged; David likes to wear either a brown leather jacket or a short sleeved, collared shirt, with a white tank top underneath. The man only has a few pairs of jeans, mostly blue, and as such all of them display a rugged wear across the knees and rims of the legs that are all part of the years and years of use. David normally wears a pair of leather loafers to work or out to relax, and a pair of brown hiking shoes if he's going out for a long walk in the park or going out of town. David also has several items that are considered part of his 'signature' look; a gun-metal grey diving watch, purchased as a thirtieth birthday gift, that always sits on his right wrist. A black DSLR that almost always hangs from his neck. A weathered brown leather biker jacket with a small icon of a film camera stitched onto the left breast.

David was born and raised in Araminta, going to school there, attending yearly festivals and growing up alongside a small, close group of friends that stuck with him all through grade school. High school split up their little clique but they almost always met after class was over for the day, drinking milkshakes and playing tag in Araminta's main park. He took an early interest in documenting the escapades of him and his friends, at first through the media of drawing, but when that failed him, his father suggested the next best thing: a camera. His dad, a photographer by hobby, had an old film camera in his closet that he let his son borrow when he was old enough. All through his teens, David took photos of his adventures, developing the pictures and even scribbling little blurbs about what he and his friends had done that day, like cycling up to the city limits and back, or watching a sunset in the park.

When he graduated, David took his scrapbook of photos and, for a time, sold his services as a freelance photographer. In such a small city, business was brisk; weddings, special occasions, anniversaries and festivals were part and parcel of his life for roughly two years. It was then that the Araminta Daily took notice and sent him a letter asking if he would like to be employed at the newspaper as one of their photographers. He readily agreed and began work for the paper, helping their journalists and reporters capture every little event that went on in their sleepy little town. In between reports and work, David took time out of his schedule to submit some of his better pictures to national competitions, calendars and photography magazines. Most of his work wasn't up to par, but he earned himself several honorable mentions and smaller spots in minor magazines.

Three years passed in a flash. By then, David had built himself a rep, both within Araminta and around the country, as a budding young photographer with promising work, an eye for detail and a heart for telling stories. He had gone from being merely a photographer to a full-blown photojournalist, having a small column to himself about his 'Photo of the Week', where he showcased his best photograph he'd taken that week and wrote a few paragraphs about how and where he'd taken it, among other things. David was a familiar face among the townsfolk, so it came as a surprise when he told his boss that he was going to leave for a few months. When prodded as to why, he told him that he had accepted a brief overseas contract; to help further his reputation and to provide him an opportunity, a humanitarian magazine based in New York City had offered to send him with a UN aid convoy in Mogadishu, attaching him there over the course of three months to both help out and to take photos of them. It was an opportunity he couldn't pass up, and later that year, David left his quiet home of Araminta.

It would turn out to be the lowest point of his life. In those three months, he would take photos of some of the worst human suffering he'd ever seen, in the worst conditions. Helpless to do anything except work and watch, David fell to drugs to help himself cope. It didn't help that they were in a rough part of the world, feeding his addiction until his contract was up and he returned to Araminta. But, buried somewhere in that haze of work, picture-taking and addiction, was an event that changed David's life. A rather rude Awakening, brought on by a one-off visit to a small rural village. They were there to bring water, food and medicine as per normal, but one of his colleagues dared him to pay a visit to the village's shaman and undergo a "cleansing" ritual. David wasn't the superstitious sort but he knew he had a problem, so he went along with it. The ritual, while benign, exposed the sensitive within David to the other side with a combination of hallucinogens, chanting in foreign words and an odd, hypnotic drum beat. It sent David into a state of calm so profound, it Awakened him to the other side, allowing to see a world once thought invisible to the naked eye.

At first, David didn't know how to deal with his newfound sense of the supernatural. It started as seeing shadow figures at the edges of his vision, shapes not conforming to his world's physical norms. But he took it as the effects of withdrawal from being close to the end of his tenure there. Once his time was up, he gratefully jumped on the first flight back to the US and returned to Araminta, a different man than the reporter that had existed before.

Those who knew David reported a change in the once cheery, hardworking man. He was haggard, tired and jumpy, but most attributed it to the stress of his work. The pictures he'd taken there were published soon after and cemented his reputation as a sterling photographer, but the damage was already done. David Sawyer was a changed man, one who prowled back alleys looking for his next fix, addling his mind to maintain his work ethic. However, two months after his return, a colleague stopped him. One of his best friends. He'd noticed the change in David and knew the symptoms of addiction. Worried for his friend, he offered David a chance at redemption: to keep his secret safe, all he had to do was to go to rehab and get himself clean. Then he wouldn't let the rumours of him being an addict spread and he'd keep his job at the newspaper.

Without much choice, David reluctantly submitted himself for rehabilitation, taking each and every day as it came, until he was thoroughly clean and recovering from his addiction. The process was long and he still worked weekends at the Daily, but six months later, David was a new man. Broken apart in Africa, but put back together again. Stronger than before, with a renewed sense of purpose. He resumed his work at the Araminta Daily, supplementing himself with regular runs at the park, exercise to get fit and eating just a little healthier.

However, David would not know of the events that would occur later on in his life, opening his eyes to more...unfamiliar territories.

The Horde. A dreadful serial killer. Personally, David didn't have any close encounters with the masked killer. But he reported on the aftermaths. Each and every victim. Taking photos of the scene, police cordons, reporters from other news agencies as the case developed into a national phenomenon. He even wrote a news piece for an online news site that circulated around the globe like wildfire. The mild-mannered photojournalist in David wanted nothing to do with the case as time went on, having seen enough tragedy to become numbed by it. But the curious, inquisitive side of him wanted to know more. With his connections in the Araminta Daily, along with the police department and emergency response, David began digging into the case by himself, determined to figure out who the Horde was and what they wanted by murdering so many innocent people.

Whatever the cost.

TYPE ⫻ Awakened

ABSTRACTION ⫻ All-Seeing Eyes; the ability to see beyond supernatural sight.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ David's special powers, awoken through a ritual conducted by an African shaman work on several levels, contained within his head and eyes:

• David's Abstraction enhances his visual senses, allowing him to see fine, minute details on objects up close, extend his visual range and acuity at long distances, as well as being able to catch extremely fast movements that wouldn't normally be visible with regular vision.
• His Abstraction also allows him to see past visual illusions that are magical in nature, for example things that hide in invisibility, or charms/spells cast upon objects to obscure their true nature.
• The powers of his Abstraction also extend to photographs. His eyes allow him to use pictures or photos as a living window into the moment the photo was taken, letting David see into the past of the object or even person in the photograph. Regular photos allow him to do this just fine, but photos taken specifically from his camera allow him to see their history in greater detail.

AURA SENSING ⫻ David can see and sense the auras of places, buildings and objects that hold wells of supernatural power, emotion and human history. These auras usually appear as wispy smoke wafting from the things he sees, with the colours of whatever emotions are the strongest within that thing.

LIMITS ⫻ David's abstraction has no on or off button unlike most Abstractions, so if there's something that he would rather not see he gets to see it all in its vivid detail. Fortunately, he's not limited by the Extra-Normal's innate resistance to each other.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Of course since he cannot turn off the abstraction if he's caught seeing something he wouldn't want to see he has no choice but to observe it. The act of seeing into the past has an effect on David's mind that will affect him down the line. He'll eventually lose the ability to tell past memories from his own the more he sees. His abstraction will place him into these situations that he was never apart of and make him lose track of himself and who he is.

She's short and lanky, with knobbly joints, an upturned nose and snaggly teeth. Often has a spot or two on her face. Dark blonde greasy hair which she either wears loose, covers with an equally greasy baseball cap or ties up into an unappealingly tight ponytail. She wears thrift shop fashion or sports gear. Often smells of teenage BO and cheap deodorant. On her tongue is a black tattoo, resembling an oval with ornate patterns surrounding its edge.

Abigail started off life as a bright and inquisitive young girl in a very stressed household. She used to be from Missouri but her parents were going through a rough patch in their marriage that was, in part, spurred on by the fact her father didn’t really want kids and Abigail was an accident. There were other factors at play that she wasn’t made aware of, but unfortunately that little tidbit of information stuck and shaped who she thought she was from there on out. Her parents divorced when she was quite young with her mother moving to Pennsylvania in order to get away from all the scandal surrounding it as well as giving herself a new start. There, Abigail started to really invest in school as a means of distracting herself from her turbulent childhood. She was sharp, intelligent and driven by a need for escapism. It played out in her advantage and formed a coping mechanism that, whilst unhealthy, could have turned a lot worse. It was here that her nail-biting habit began.

Abigail was eventually taken from her mother by CPS and put into a state-funded foster scheme from age 8. What had started as a positive start quickly devolved into the stresses and quiet terrors of being a single mother estranged from her own family, which then manifested in meth addiction. CPS got involved after Abigail’s obsession with school suddenly turned into apathy and the signs of neglect became increasingly apparent. This was also around the time of her awakening, though it went largely unnoticed in all of the chaos. Her mother did not take the split well at all, and made frequent attempts to ‘get her baby back’, which resulted in three separate foster home changes until Abigail landed in Araminta. Attempts to get her father to adopt her were unsuccessful; she found out that he voluntarily terminated his parental rights a few years after the divorce to allow her mother to find a new partner and make a new family. He had no interest or desire to take her in but worked with her foster carers to terminate the parental rights of his ex-wife. Aside from the odd text message or letter, and yearly allowances to build up a savings account for the girl to live off of when she ages out of the system, Abigail doesn’t have a fatherly relationship with him anymore. As for her mother, Abigail does talk to her frequently but never discloses any personal information to avoid any more ‘rescue attempts’. The court proceedings finished when she was around 14, meaning that for the past two years she has been a ward of the state.

Abigail’s awakening and subsequent abstraction came from the trauma of her early childhood. At first she thought she was incredibly good at impersonating her mother’s voice once she was separated from her, but then found she could take on her appearance after a very awkward shower. Even at a young age she realised this was something that, under any circumstance, must be kept a secret, but she’s used it to find out where her mom was. She’s only experimented with it a few times a year using foster kids or people she hung out with, learning to copy their habits and voices with extra-normal precision. She’s impersonated her fellow foster-siblings once or twice to get away with breaking house rules but puts a lot of planning and preparation into the use of it to prevent detection. Since it’s a skill that needs to be activated, she’s pretty much ignored it unless she had a spare moment and the inclination to experiment.

Socially, Abigail’s stints in foster homes have alienated her from healthy relationships. The constant looming threat of her addict mother hunting her down forced Abigail to be distant with her peers and legal guardians, half-expecting the need to move again. Her mother’s unpredictable behaviour has mixed with Abigail’s teenage hormones to mistakenly give her the impression that all women were hysterical, emotional and unpredictable - herself included. The sense of abandonment from her father hit her self-esteem, turning her into a reserved ‘background-presence’ in most of the friend groups she tagged along with. Furthermore, her obsession with passing her classes and excelling in her education has barred her from plenty of parties and opportunities to get to know her peers properly. Now that she’s feeling the sudden pressure of aging out of the foster system, Abigail is trying to build up a support network to catch her financially as she gains independence but lacks the sincerity and emotional connections to really make it work. She’s taken to observing the people she wants to connect with and making concerted efforts to please them, which comes off as forced or unnerving. The stress of it is compounded on top of her academia and fretful home life, so she often takes her things outside to find a place to disconnect and work by herself.

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Mimickry

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Abigail can morph her body into a precise replica of another human being. The accuracy of this replication depends on how much time she’s had to study her target; the absolute minimum is a brief glimpse of them in a gas station or a photo of them in a book to get the physical appearance down precisely, but without any knowledge of their voice, body language or demeanor the facade can be seen through quite quickly. The longer she spends time with people, the more accurate her impersonations get; part of her abstraction heightens her ability to pick up on and replicate other people’s behavior. She cannot, however, change her clothes or aura.

Partial Mimickry: A less taxing but more complex facet of her abstraction is Abigail’s ability to change some parts of her body to replicate another person’s, but it’s restricted exclusively to studied facets of the person. For example, if given a recording of another person that she can listen to over and over, she can replicate their vocal chords only. If she’s given time to examine a body part such as one’s fingertips, she can change her own to match theirs.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Abigail can sense the aura of the person she is copying, extra-normal or otherwise. This reading can reach incredible distances but the shape and precision of it is vague, more of an indistinct humanoid blob that Abigail can constantly detect.

LIMITS ⫻ Because Abigail cannot change her aura or clothes, certain Abstractions will completely bypass her disguise. Other than that her abstraction has no limits and she can maintain a disguise for hours.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Because of the lower-powered nature of the abstraction it has no weaknesses. However, it comes with an identity loss side-effect; the longer Abigail stays in one form the more these people's features will start to appear on her true self. It'll start with her nose changing a bit to her skin color completely changing. And she could even end up a different gender. The only way to off-set this is not to use her abstraction.

Abigail’s foster family is one of the largest ones in the city. Her caretakers, Joseph and Tyler Rhodes, look after five other kids including her. Two of these are juvenile offenders and one has recently gone missing after the Horde attacks, meaning that Abigail’s fallen under the radar.

Terry’s dress sense appears sloppy and quickly thrown together, which is intentional so, it nonetheless helps him stick out as desired. Often he wears the same pair of grey ripped and torn jeans along with a faded white or black t-shirt under a usually more garishly coloured over shirt. The “ensemble” complete with obligatory punk wristbands on one arm and a pair of… well-worn boots.

Physically Terry doesn’t quite embody the punk or grunge outfits he dresses in, having unstyled but fairly soft flowing hair and an overly gaunt frame, dark rings under his eyes and often slouching despite his tall frame. He is something of a walking contradiction, appearing more like a pretty boy than a rockstar.

Terry's sigil lies on the back of his right hand and depicts the sharp patterns of vector sound waves reaching across and down to his palm.

Terry was born an Araminta boy, to a strict Irish-Catholic father and a demure, quiet mother. As such, physical and emotional attention was not his family’s strong suit. He would come to discover that, aside from church going, neither was most things, as his family skirted the poverty line just hanging on to lower middle class as long as possible. Until, Terry’s father unexpectedly had a heart attack at his work place, at the time due to a lack of any meaningful connection in their life, the younger Terry found it hard to feel all that sad about his passing, until it became apparent his father’s income was the only thing keeping the family afloat. His mother, quiet and deferential to her cold and domineering husband after years of marriage, immediately withdrew into herself as the family’s new income became welfare checks and the kindness of strangers. Their home shrunk, their admittedly already shaky relationship became nonexistent and Terry seemed to be reminded at every turn of his place in the new “pecking order”.

Jaded, bitter and envious of the world and his peers. Terry’s relatively average grades took a nosedive and his mother having to unfortunately be a fucking parent and pick him up from the police station became a new bonding activity. She would scream at him for eating into their minuscule funds to bail him out and he would scream back that if she didn’t rely on the state to keep afloat their funds wouldn’t be minuscule. Nothing would be solved and Terry would go back to his after-school activities the next day. He ended up falling in with a crowd who shared his anger at the “system” for their lot in life and Terry suddenly got caught less at the very least, becoming a bully to certain other students and unsurprisingly ending his school life filling in few college applications and hearing back from none of them.

It was around this time school was winding down that Terry began getting interested in music, while his grades remained poor his music teacher did note he seemed considerably more attentive and even enthusiastic when in the subject. Naturally things like the punk and grunge movements appealed to him instantly, but he even found himself connecting heavily to the works of Bob Dylan and the beat generation. Suddenly striking out against The Man didn’t just have to be sarcastic spray painted messages and wanton violence, though it took him some time to stop finding those things fun. It could also be a public event, a call to action and an expression of the hardships faced by people like Terry. Throwing himself headfirst into this new direction he’d suddenly found, Terry began his work as a musician.

He played often at coffee shops and bars before eventually graduating to semi-regular at the more underground and thrown together venues, working as either part of a group or on his own and developing new lyrics and melodies almost daily. It was only until he turned twenty that things started to change, Terry was gaining notoriety and more importantly money. His mother wasn’t having to deal with his run-ins with the law and so had no reason to deal with him. He was, in some ways, taking the first steps of a more mature, if pretty pretentious, adult. But pressure began clouding his mind, he knew he had something big to tell the world but he started doubting if he even knew what that was. His experimentation with narcotics and alcohol has gone further and he has even began developing some secret anxiety and impostor's syndrome that he wouldn’t dare allow to seep out in front of his new friends and blossoming fan-base. He refuses to be his parents and become subservient to or dependant on The Man.

It was only when during his ritual in the venue’s bathroom of staring in the mirror trying not to throw up before a show did the stress of it all come crashing down and his awakening triggered. In anger he threw his arm out and a force propelled from his finger tips, shattering the mirror. Terry, suddenly quiet, threw away the joint he’d gotten halfway through and took the night off. Over the past few weeks he has been experimenting with… Whatever the fuck has happened to him. Going to the woods and finding he can perfectly replicate the bird’s calls back to them and bounce sounds around the trees.

Yet, as fantastic as this ability is and how little Terry understands of it. He can’t seem to stop himself from lapsing back into his fears in the real world. When throwing the sounds of the world around with just his fingers he feels like a kid again in some respects, hell it reminds him of when he first started playing music, but it hasn’t changed anything in Terry’s life. If anything he struggles more to put down his fears and insecurities into his music and feel like his pain and suffering in life has finally been given meaning.

Terry has been so wrapped up in his own implosion that when returning home from the woods one evening, he finally realized just how strange things had gotten in his boring little suburbs when he wasn’t paying attention. A masked killer, new and strange looking residents and some new looking tattoos showing up on people Terry hadn’t given any mind to before. Maybe, if the harsh realities of Araminta eroded and took away Terry’s inspiration, the current happenings in it can give it back.

TYPE ⫻ Awakened

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Sound Manipulation.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Terry, in theory, can distort, hush and warp soundwaves to use them as a damaging physical force or even to use for mimicry purposes.

Sonar: Using higher frequencies, Terry can bounce sound around into an enclosed area to subconsciously echo-locate for scouting purposes, as of right now he hasn’t been able to extend this ability to further than a single room.

Sound Mimicry: Terry can utilize sound and bounce it from nearby locations to distract or inconvenience. He can mimic sounds such as animal calls, whistles or even the flowing of water and the rustling of leaves. Despite his attempts however he can’t seem to able to accurately replicate a person’s voice.

Sound Waves: Using lower frequencies, Terry can throw powerful sound waves that crash into objects or people and can cause internal damage at their most deadly.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Terry can feel the auras of those devoted to a cause, the level of belief/fanaticism makes them clearer physically to Terry and the range appears to go up to 25 metres however he can only really feel the lingering devotion they have to their belief. Making it functionally useless unless they are sufficiently convicted or Terry already knows who’s aura it may be.

LIMITS ⫻ Like most Extra-Normal beings, they are far more resistant to his sound-based attacks and he cannot freely manipulate their sound. Terry's abstraction has a range of around fourteen feet but the closer he is the more control he has over his ability. The ability has a limit on how much he can use it, or a charge, so to speak. The second he uses his abstraction it'll gradually start to weaken until he is powerful (along with another effect in the weakness section). He'll have to wait up to an hour for his abstraction to come back but long as he doesn't go all out he won't lose his entire abstraction.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Terry's body doesn't really react to well to sound being altered and all of that echolocation. Using his ability causing nausea and disorients him for a period of time - at worst he can be profusely vomiting and have no sense of balance. Terry's sound blasts also come with a recoil effect that'd throw him off balance for a few seconds - or if he's not careful to knock him directly onto his ass. Also, as he loses his ability his voice and hearing are also supernaturally lost, and if he cuts loose he won't be able to speak or hear. It's almost as if it's a barrier that stops sound from leaving or coming in.

Terry has been dabbling, unsuccessfully, with playing the guitar via his mouth. Hendrix style baby.

Agatha towers at 6"3', with pale skin and black eyes. Her black hair is incredibly long, reaching about halfway down her back. She does little to organize or maintain her hair shape, giving it a ragged and unkempt appearance. She has a round, slightly-wide face, with a thin body frame that borders on being undernourished. She usually dresses smart casual, wearing dark colors along a light blue to dark purple spectrum, wearing a shawl jacket, usually with either a long skirt or even just jeans. She usually wears moccasins, sneakers, or sandals, depending on the weather. She also wears her metal amulet, though her and her Apparition aren't necessarily separate entities

The first chapter of Agatha's life was an ugly one. She was conceived by accident, by two equally irresponsible and unprepared lovers. Much of her infancy lacked the proper attention and care, and her parents inexperience with children led to some early-onsetting development issues for Agatha. When she finally turned four, they admitted their own incompetence and sent her to live with her mother's grandparents. While they served as much better caregivers than their children, it took Agatha a couple months before it hit her: Her parents had abandoned her. They told her it was just a brief visit, but only months after she was moved did she realize what that meant.

Agatha felt like a complete fool for missing all of the clues. The sense of humiliation and betrayal bred two dueling feelings in Agatha: untrustworthiness and curiosity. She never again wanted to be an unaware idiot, victim to the flow of the world. As she grew, she became unnecessarily inquisitive to her surroundings. She even found out her grandma became terminally ill a week before they decided to tell her. Ironically, she took that secret being held from her slightly better.

Her constant need for reassuring her surroundings was even what pulled her into the hidden world beneath Araminta. When she was 14, she knew of the legend of the Black Shuck; A massive, ethereal dog that people would see from time to time. After performing stakeouts and wandering town at night for weeks, she finally encountered the beast. Despite making sure to stealthily follow it, she had a sinking feeling that the Black Shuck knew full well she was following it, and that it was intentionally leading her somewhere. Except, unlike the usual occurrence of finding a dead body, she found a metal amulet lying on the ground. When she picked it up, her mind was immediately invaded by a buzzing, chittering sound. She immediately threw it to the ground in surprise, then slowly knelt to pick it back up once again. Despite being a series of random buzzes and crackles, Agatha... Understood it, in some weird way. Against her better judgement, she equipped the necklace. The last thing she remembered of the night was feeling incredibly heavy, yet powerful.

She woke up the next morning, safely in her room. Whether she liked it or not, she was thrown face first into the strange ongoings within Araminta.

TYPE ⫻ Aberration (Adjoined)

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Insect Form, Agatha has adjoined with an insect Apparition and has access to a powerful alternate form.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Inside of the ladybug necklace that Agatha was led to is an Apparition named The Lady Bug. Agatha, feeling a strange fascination with the entity inside, formed a union of sorts with The Lady Bug, and eventually the two adjoined. The Lady Bug isn't exactly the most talkative type, fortunately, and it's quite agreeable and easy to work with. Usually piping in with one-word statements whenever it has something to say. Fortunately, this is one of the Adjoinments that allows Agatha to retain her human form. The alternate form that Agatha has access to is the true form of the Apparition, the form of a ghostly ladybug.

This ladybug is the size of a sedan and has a red glow around it that takes the shape of smoke. Where ever the ladybug goes the smoke follows. The ladybug has few abilities, but the ladybug's main ability is flight. Much like a regular ladybug the Apparition can hover pretty much free and can fly up to thirty-seven miles per hour. It's not much of an ability compared to its flight but the ladybug can crawl on most solid surfaces. The lady bug's alternate form is quite durable, capable of tanking several extra-normal blows along with being borderline impervious to any attacks from the Blind. It's also strong enough to throw a man across the room and has a bite that'd kill that man.

As a strange sub ability or side-effect, where ever Agatha goes ladybugs follow. If she lingers in an area for too long there will be ladybugs on every surface. When she transforms into the Ladybug a swarm of ladybugs will appear out of thin air and accompany her where ever she goes. Ravaging any insects' insight, but she will have no ability to control or influence the swarm at all. When she changes back the ladybugs will disappear.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Agatha is able to perceive emotional states of others, as a sort of colored cloud that surrounds their body. Depending on the person's mood, the color of the mist will change, giving her a good indication on how someone is feeling.

LIMITS ⫻ As per usual, extra-normal beings are less effective against Agatha's alternate form - Capable of tanking its blows. Agatha and the Lady Bug are two beings that are on completely different wavelengths, so she can't stay in the form forever. The longest she can without being forced back to her human form is fifteen minutes. If she takes a few minutes rest she can transform back into the ladybug. Also, she has to share that noggin of her with a ghostly Ladybug and transforming requires both of them being in unison with each other.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Know that swarm of ladybugs that accompany her where ever she goes? Well, they're connected to her life force. Attacking the ladybugs that follow her around will in term damage and weaken Agatha. If they are immolated she'll be burnt, if they are frozen she will be. Somehow killing a million ladybugs will instantly kill Agatha. However, killing a bunch will merely knock her out.

She's raised by her grandfather, Jeffrey. While he may appear crabby and bumbling on the surface, he loves Agatha deeply, and may just be more than what he seems...

Tristan stands at 5 feet 8 inches, and weighs about 150 pounds. He has fair skin with just a tinge of coloration to it, and bluish brown eyes. He has short, unkempt blonde hair. His body is muscled, with a few scars here and there on his body; The most noticeable one is on his lip he got from a fight a few years back. On his left bicep, he has a tattoo of a snake curled around a moss and rose covered cross. He has trouble sleeping, giving him dirty, sunken eyes. The only real expressions he wears these days are either disinterest, frustration, or anger.

Usually, he wears the bear minimum acceptable; He usually wears a white tank top and dark-green or black sweatpants or cargo pants, along with black tennis shoes with white tinges. At church or other formal occasions, most he'll do is put on a collared short-sleeve shirt. Most of his clothes are either too big or too small, not really giving a mind about sizes whenever he goes to get new clothing.

As long as he could remember, Tristan's been the man of the house; His dad ran off before he was even born, leaving his mother to raise him almost all by herself. He never found out about her own original family and how they may have helped, and he learned better than to press her about it. Tristan and his family got the short end of the town's stick. They lived in the poorer neighborhoods in Araminta. While the town was surprisingly scarce of crime, the downtown was still a rough place to live; Tristan had to learn at an early age when to stand his ground and fold his cards. They ate more off of food drives and clothed more from christmas donations.

By the time he was 12 years of age, he became an older brother; His mother had been seeing a man for quite some time before discovering she was pregnant again; After becoming resolute on taking care of her second child as well, her boyfriend left, just as Tristan's dad did. While she eventually became a mother of a second child, it only hastened her own stress. As a result, their mother was never there for Anne as much as she could've been for Tristan, almost never being able to make time for them. Tristan himself had to do his best to keep an eye out for her and be there for her as much as he could, leading to a tight-knit bond between the two of them.

Then one night, when he was 24 years of age, she went out to visit some friends; That was the last time he had ever seen her again.

She went missing for the next few days. Tristan himself went looking for her on his own time; He looked everywhere, yet received no inkling to her presence until he met a strange creature; A dog made out of night itself. The Black Shuck. Tristan knew the stories too well; He knew exactly what he would find at the end of it's trail as he followed it down by the river, yet he hoped against hope. He knew it was one urban myth intertwined with a more horrifying one, yet he hoped against hope.

He saw her remains, and he still hoped against hope.

Regardless, Tristan was horribly shaken. He was overcome with guilt and frustration; If only had stopped her from leaving, or walked her there and back, or just said "Careful out there", she wouldn't have run into that fucking Thing. Tristan then turned onto a dark path, studying the supernatural, studying about the Black Shuck and The Horde. Soon enough, his inquiry turned more towards himself, as Tristan's mind began to awaken and develop.

One night, Tristan saw on TV a man who obviously committed a murder/rape against a mother, yet was let off scot-free thanks to his connections and piles of money. Deep down, Tristan made a hateful curse towards the man while clutching Anne's backpack charm. The next morning, he was found dead, pummeled to death by a figure resembling his victim who, according to eyewitnesses, immediately dissolved into thick smoke upon his death. Such an event spurred Tristan to know of and understand his own magical abilities, leading to his own greater understanding of his Extra-Normal Abilities, which he swore from that day on to use to bring justice to both the dead and his own sister.

TYPE ⫻ Adept

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Necrokinesis; A Black/Blue/Orange Lux Affinity that primarily allows Tristan to reanimate the vengeful dead, allowing them to take vengeance on those who wronged them in life.

Channel: A blue, unraveled ribbon. When in use, he usually ties it along his left hand.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Tristan's main ability allows him to curse others, who have committed grave crimes against someone else. When the curse is placed, it reanimates someone the person has wronged in their life, either by murdering them, pushing them to suicide, or some other unforgiven sin they made against them. Alternatively, he can just raise a regular dead, though they aren't as effective as when he curses someone.
When the curse is placed, the vengeful spirit will take a physical form replicating the state of their corpse. If cremated, they will simply rebuild a temporary body from their own ashes, though they'll be much more fragile than a flesh and blood corpse. The spirit will still become incredibly fast and powerful. In terms of toughness, only incineration or dismemberment will put them down for good, dismemberment being more preferable as the Lux reanimating the corpse simply abandons anything severed from the largest remaining chunk of their body. When cut into enough pieces, the corpse will once again become inert. The raised spirit will also have no limits to their strength, allowing them to punch through solid concrete. They also do not tire, allowing them to sprint as fast as they can without rest.
When animated, the Spirit will have a supernatural dedication to hunting down their target. They will always know where they are, as well as the fastest means of reaching them. The Spirit will not stop until either they are destroyed or their target has been killed, typically by being beaten to death.
Alternatively, Tristan can simply raise a corpse he finds, animating a shambling, typical zombie. These zombies are less powerful than a vengeful spirit, but are able to be controlled, and can still be relatively dangerous if used well. Tristan prefers not to use this ability on human corpses, however, given his discomfort for disrespecting the dead.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Tristan is able to see ghosts around people, if they have played a vital role in their death, either murdering them or pushing to take their own lives.

LIMITS ⫻ The Extra-Normal are far more durable against the spirit, to being able to destroy the spirit with their own extra-normal abilities. They also hamper his ability to place curses, as Tristian can place curses on the Blind from any range. To place a curse on the extra-normal he has to be within five miles of the person. Tristian also needs to be aware of the person's appearance to place the curse on them, all he needs to do is see the person just one time for him to place the curse. When he curses somebody, he can create up to three spirits at a time and if they are destroyed the spirit is gone forever so it only has one chance. The spirits have a range of around the city limits of Araminta. The Spirits also have a time limit; if they do not kill their target within a day they will turn their sights on Tristan for revenge and he'll have to destroy them.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Tristan's puts a part of his soul into his abstraction and while his spirits are active he's physically much weaker. He won't be as strong, won't be able to run as fast, and his stamina will tank. The more spirits are created the weaker Tristan will be. If a spirit is defeated he'll be weaker for about twenty munutes.

Elias is 5'10 without heels, 6'2 with them, his skin tone is beige, his eyes are light brownish-green, and he's thin and skinny like he doesn't eat enough. Most days he wears makeup, whether it's heavy or light depends on his mood. If he's not in rehearsals or it's hot as hell outside, then his hair is down. Haircuts are the devil, so he never cuts it shorter than his shoulder blades and only for split ends. Sometimes he wears floral dresses, cowboy boots, and carries around a large brown purse. Other times he's in plaid shirts, jeans, and timberlands. And there are days he's mixes styles. He has a small violet flower tattoo with a rainbow peace in the center on the inside of his left wrist. He gets his nails and toes done every two weeks. His ears are pierced and his earrings change to match his outfits.

Elias was born in Araminta, PA to his parents, Edward and Ellen, and his older sister, Ellie-Ann. The neighborhood he lives in, Garden Heights, is the type of place were everyone knew everyone's name, what they ate for breakfast, and could leave their doors unlocked. When Elias and Ellie-Ann were young she used to dress him up in dresses and makeup and play make believe. She was Queen Eydis and he was Princess Astridr. They played like that for years. Ellen didn't mind. She thought the kids were being kids, but when Edward found out he flipped his lid. Edward was the type of man that would beat his boy for liking the color pink. He never laid his hands on Elias, Ellen wasn't having it, but he did shame him for acting like a "sissy". Elias's outgoing personality shrunk with each insult, until he wilted and hated himself for liking girly things. Ellie-Ann used to fight with Edward about it every time he had something to say. She tried to convince him that Elias wasn't doing anything wrong and to let him like what he liked, but it fell on deaf ears. However, Ellie-Ann didn't care. She supported Elias in what he liked to do. Ellen just wanted healthy kids, so it didn't matter to her either way. No matter the support he received, he shied away from his sister and kept to himself. There were still moments when she was able to convince him to try on a new dress or skirt she received. He felt his happiest in those times, but he hated himself afterwards and shut her out for days afterwards. Ellie-Ann never stopped trying.

When Elias was 13 and Ellie-Ann 18 , she was diagnosed with cancer. The family's health care didn't cover everything; hospital stays and chemotherapy. A few household bills lapsed from out of pocket costs. The family was suffering and on the verge of foreclosure, so Ellie-Ann decided to discontinue her care. She stopped chemotherapy, but kept her medications since that's the only thing the insurance would pay for. Her family had to slowly watch her die. During her suffering, she made peace with her end, decided that holding onto grudges and anger isn't how she wanted to die. So she talked to Edward, forgave him for how he treated Elias, asked him to let him be himself, since life was too short to be miserable. She couldn't move on knowing her little brother was unhappy. Edward softened up, held his tongue more. He didn't outright support Elias, but he didn't belittle and criticize him anymore. But it was too late, the damage was done. Elias stopped his hobby and he couldn't find happiness in being able to do it again when his main supporter was on her death bed. Ellie-Ann tried to brighten his days, even when she was at her lowest, but he couldn't feel anything but grief and despair.

Ellie-Ann died at 19 the summer before Elias started high school. In his grief he packed away anything girly his sister gave him. The clothes were put in boxes, he cut his hair, and tried to be "normal". The house wasn't lively anymore and people kept popping up at their house and stopping him on the street to give their condolences. He was sick of it. He spent the summer laying in bed, sleeping all day, and crying at night. He barely ate no matter how much his mother tried to get him to, he didn't go out, not even to hang out with friends. Then he got the thought to kill himself, then he'd be through with his grief and wouldn't have to feel this way. He unpacked his his sister's favorite dress, it was blue with butterflies, and put it on. The plan was to end it in the bathroom, but when he went to slit his wrist a voice called out to him. It was light and airy, one he didn't recognize. He looked up and there was an oddly shaped thing? It had five points, but it wasn't distinctive enough to have a definitive shape, and it was large enough to block the door. Whatever it was freaked him out and made him drop the blade.

"Why would you hurt yourself?" He would've answered, but he couldn't get the words out. Then it touched him, lightly caressed his face. It was warm. Not in a physically sense, but emotionally. It made him feel better than he had since his sister's diagnosis. He wanted more of it.

"You're warm."

"I can stay with you forever if you want me to." What he wouldn't give to have that.

"I want you to." He whispered, then the spirit disappeared into his chest. He named it Elle.

By the time school rolled around he felt better, but still kept to himself. He didn't need anyone else when he had his friend to keep him company. It encouraged him to get out of his comfort zone and try something new, so he auditioned for a part in the school play called An Evening in the Park. It was the drama teacher's. Mrs. Sloan, original work. He auditioned for the part of David, a peppy young lad new to the city, but his performance fell flat. He didn't know how to act and he didn't connect to the character enough to pretend to be someone he's not. Mrs. Sloan had other ideas. She told him to read for Audrey instead, so he did and he nailed it. Audrey was sad and moody, a little pessimistic, and morbidly sarcastic. When he was done, Mrs. Sloan asked him how he'd feel playing the female lead. Elias didn't know what to say. He only read David's line, because he was the first male name he saw. He didn't expect to play a woman. He wanted to say no, but Elle encouraged him to do it, so he accepted the part. By the time Thanksgiving rolled around it was time for the performance and Elias felt confident, but nervous. No one's ever seen him dressed as girl outside the house, yet he outshone his co-stars in look by miles. After the performance he was congratulated by most everyone that came to see it.

His parents were proud of him and he was proud of himself, but he still couldn't wear dress and skirts, even around the house. His grief settled in again and he hated it. Not even Elle could make him feel better, but it tried. There was only so much it could do to chance the negative thoughts away. He was free and alive playing Audrey. He wanted to feel that way again, so when the next semester started after the New Year, he joined drama club, nailed the audition for the next female lead, and felt that high he missed. He played the lead for every school play, until he graduated.

After high school, Elias went to cosmetology school in New York City. In a city where his sister's death didn't follow him around like at home he broke out of his shell. Elias made new friends that encouraged him to be himself, so on a weekend he visited his parents, he packed Ellie-Ann's clothes to take back with him. When he tried on her favorite dress, he didn't feel the weight of sadness like he did before. It felt like he never stopped wearing women's clothing. Elias didn't shy away from feminine clothes anymore and walked around city like he owned it, albeit a little self-conscious that someone could tell he wasn't a girl. He graduated cosmetology school in two years. He adopted the name Astridr as a pseudonym for his makeup work and his actor name in the small theater close to his apartment in the city. Elias worked as a freelance makeup artist for weddings, proms, etc. He made good money and a name for himself in the two years he worked around the city, but he was homesick and Elle was acting weird. It was irritated recently and he didn't understand why, until he received a call from his parents about weird things happening around town. He was concerned for them, so he moved back to Araminta.

ABSTRACTION ⫻ Creative Defense

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Elle is the Apparition that's Affixed to Elias. They made an agreement for Elle to be bound to him.
CREATIVE DEFENSE ⫻ When Elle manifest outside of Elias it can change shape according to what Elias needs protection from. It can also grab to deflect and defend. It's not a perfect defense.

AURA SENSING ⫻ Elias can see auras for most emotions, such as, sadness, happiness, love, anger, fear, etc. He can't see apathy or hatred. His sight is up to half a mile and he can only see what he feels in any given moment. Auras manifest in different colors.

LIMITS ⫻ While inside of Elias, Elle can only sense what Elias senses. This functionally means that the Apparition cannot react to what Elias doesn't see, but while out she can react a bit more independently. It takes a few seconds for the Apparition to manifest as well. The Apparition can be commanded by Elias to an extent, but her primary function will be protecting Elias. She cannot travel more than two meters away from him and the largest she can create a barrier is twenty feet in diameter. The Creative Defense can take a great deal of punishment, able to withstand a barrage of bullets, but Extra-Normal attacks are far more effective against it than conventional. The Apparition accumulates damage in the form of cracks before the whole barrier breaks, but the Apparition can take a ton of damage.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ The Elle's Creative Defense puts a certain type of stress on Elias. Whenever it's struck Elias feels a headache and dizziness for a few seconds before it fades. The stronger the attack, the worst the effect, and it can possibly end in nosebleeds for Elias.

Elias introduces himself as both Elias and Astridr. It doesn't matter to him what someone calls him. Eli or Asta are his nicknames.
