How would a slime eat a goblin?
Does it just sit on part of its body and slowly absorb/dissolve/digest that part or would it spread thin and envelope him whole?

How would raw yellow slime taste?
Do the different colours have different flavours?

@Dark Light They just cover whatever they wanna eat and slowly digest it.

So far, the no one has eaten slimes yet, just the cores that keep them together. The green one is sour, while the blue one is sweet.

@RC3 I've updated Saito's CS with a log of his level ups, his new skill, and his inventory (Assuming he'd be able to gather another handful of berries from the ones that the Scale Shrew was eating, in addition to the ones he gathered while on its trail). Let me know if anything should be corrected. I also have a few questions:

1. Does cooking food remove or change the skills that can be absorbed, and would Goblins have the instincts/knowledge to make fire outside of their human memories?

2. Would Saito be capable of lugging the carcass back to the cave, or is he exhausted enough that this is a "sit down and eat now" thing?

3. If he's able to carry it back to the cave, would it be possible for him to come upon one of the other groups or hunters (while heading back, not after he's already reached the cave) and still have enough energy to help them out (assuming the other player is cool with it)?

@Zeroth Alright, I'll just leave you a message if I see anything out of place.

For your questions.

Cooking neither changes or removes the skills that can be absorbed. Goblin don't have the instincts/knowledge to make fire or have the means. Flint, rubbing sticks together, or banging stones won't lead to fire.

2. Would Saito be capable of lugging the carcass back to the cave, or is he exhausted enough that this is a "sit down and eat now" thing?
I'd say sit down and eat, just because he's alone, but if you wanna bring the carcass to the cave, you can go for it and just eat the berries or something.

3. If he's able to carry it back to the cave, would it be possible for him to come upon one of the other groups or hunters (while heading back, not after he's already reached the cave) and still have enough energy to help them out (assuming the other player is cool with it)?
Uh, you can join up with the other groups or hunters, but Saito would be too hungry to hunt. So he wouldn't be that helpful.

@RC3 I included an OOC tag in my post, but just in case: I pick the Passive Defensive Skill for Saito to absorb. And I'm also hoping to carve some WYVERN GEMS bones out of what's left of the Shrew.
