Personality: Aki is a reserved but outgoing girl without any major aspirations. She is a novice to the Megaman franchise and to gaming in general. She has some natural talent for rhythm games, but can't win a first person shooter if her life were on the line.
History: Aki graduated high school last year and is working at the local roller skating rink. Although she doesn't make much, she wanted to take a gap year to find herself and discover the right direction in life. She likes the occasional RPG or two on weekday evenings, and having finished Star Force a year ago, Aki wanted to see the line of games that started it all. She decided to dive into Battle Network series out of order (not that anyone could blame her; 2 was thirty dollars and 4 was on sale—besides, it was probably the best game in the series anyway), and is currently looking forward to competing in the in-game Red Sun tournament. When her friend Ashley found out that she was starting the series, she gave Aki her brother's old Protoman Advanced PET; he had grown up since then and probably wouldn't miss it. While she isn't very familiar with Digimon, she loves the Summer Wars anime film and has watched it at least four times over.
Other: Aki found a weird purple sword chip on eBay once; she thought it was a bootleg, but decided to buy the chip anyway for the fun of it. She doesn't use it in fear of damaging her new PET.

Ciel is a loyal, defense-type navi who seeks to protect her operator from harm. Even pending threat of deletion, Ciel refuses to leave a teammate behind. Ciel has a soft spot for viruses and wants to find a way to continue SciLab's work to reprogram them into helpful data rather than malicious. She considers Tango her pet cat and loves him to death.
Other:
Ciel's default weapon charge is the C-Saber. Once charged, she can briefly summon a green, triangular sword and use it to slash a single enemy. Her navi emblem is a small 3D diamond.

A young lad standing at 5'8" and with an average build, weighing in at 157 pounds.Aside from his lavender dyed hair, the only other feature that stands out from him is, unfortunately, his deadlike fish-eyes.
Described by his friends as deceptively approachable, Luso is an outgoing and sociable young man betrayed by the mean aura he exudes. Most strangers are noticeably sheepish around him though he's not quite sure why. He suspects it might be the way he talks or maybe how he looks but Luso wants to believe that people are not quite that shallow. However, this sort of doubt eats away at any teenager dealing with the other issues of adolescent life which has caused him to be somewhat reserved around those not familiar to him.
What do you want to be when you grow up? Such a simple question is usually met with enthusiasm by children. They'd probably say doctor, or astronaut, or maybe superhero...
The list goes on. Back then when he first heard it, Luso's answer was "I'll think about it later." And it wasn't because he didn't know what he wanted to be but telling the truth and saying he wanted to be liked by everyone didn't exactly seem smart to advertise. He would know since the other kids in his class laughed at him the first time he told them about this dream. Years would pass, and his classmates probably don't even remember their 2nd grade homeroom teacher asking that question. Unfortunately, it has consistently been keeping Luso up during the dead of night for all this time.
It bothered him the same way he inherently bothered other people: not entirely explainable by reason and probably not even worth spending energy to figure out. It wasn't like it affected his school work since he'd see the occasional A with his consistent B's. His efforts usually translated into his upper middle class parents buying him whatever junk he'd place on his Aleph Corp marketplace wishlist. So with a steady stream of merch and a desire for an audience to be his friends, what's a boy to do?
Unboxing videos, of course! A long rambling vlog about his daily life disguised as a review for retro items such as the Advance PET 2 and Accel Evil Genome Vpet had attracted tens of views for Luso. He half-suspects some of those are old Google ad bots that Aleph never bothered to scrap but views are views. However, the day has come where his efforts are seemingly rewarded. A promotional email from the mega conglomerate itself had informed him that he would be receiving one of the much sought after Gold OS Omniphones.
Little did Luso know that this package would unbox an adventure unlike any other.
The main reason for his academic success is short-term, near-photographic memory. However, after a few hours or if something shocking breaks his attention, the information committed to his mind is most likely gone.
Naturally curious, patient and well-meaning, Hagurumon is the perfect audience for Luso's ramblings. This Digimon also takes things literally and at face value but is never afraid to express his thoughts. For Hagurumon, the shame of asking a question is overshadowed by the wisdom gained from the answer.
Aside from the usual bloatware bundled on the Omniphone, some podcasts by Dan Carlin about history and a whole slew of classical music MP3s made up the majority of the stored data. The only other thing of note was a bunch of gacha games Luso miraculously never spent money on.

Unlike the actual Vile, Vi-2 is not cool. Nor is he evil. However, both of those are not due to the lack of trying. He admires the awesomeness that was displayed by the elite Maverick Hunter in the PSP remake of Megaman X and hopes that is worthy of one day living up to the legacy that he inherited.
His symbol is that of the original Vile. Said symbol cannot be found anywhere on Vi-2.

Anemone May

A girl of average height and a faintly athletic build. Anne's beige hair is kept shoulder length, and occasionally tied back in a small ponytail, the green elastic band to do so otherwise always worn around her right wrist. She most often wears loose tops like hoodies, sweaters, and jackets, and commonly wears skirts with shorts underneath. As much to listen to music as to deter people from speaking to her, she almost always has a pair of headphones on when out in public. Her eyes are a deep blue, and her skin is rather pale, not helped by the general lack of sunlight she gets. She always wears short ankle socks to cover the scars on her right ankle. Another set of large scars is hidden beneath her tops, to the lower right side of her torso and hip. Anne makes every effort to never expose any of these--even when alone, she'll change quickly and close her own eyes.
[PERSONALITY]
Aloof, distant, and withdrawn. A bundle of anxiety and regrets, veiled by a purposefully cold disposition presented to the world.
Despite the first impression she tries to give off, Anne is an extremely empathetic and understanding individual, and has an easy time seeing the good in anyone--anyone but herself. Her crafted, reserved exterior's purpose is to keep others from having to deal with her. She fears imposing on other people, never wanting to take advantage of another's kindness, nor bring down their mood with her own issues. Related to this, she hates showing any weakness, whether physical or emotional.
Although greatly suppressed in recent times, Anne also has an incredible competitive drive. In the rare instances it flares up nowadays, it clashes with her desire to not bring others down--as 'winning' some competition necessarily means somebody else loses. The outlet she has found for this is primarily the latest Digimon trading card game, and other various games where the results are unimportant, but still manage to scratch her competitive itch a bit.
Anne can be impulsive, stubborn, and driven, especially at times when she has trust in herself. It happens rarely now that she's closed herself off, but when caught up in a moment enough, she can make quick decisions and be shockingly confident in them, in contrast to her usual calculating, overthinking, and anxious personality.
[HISTORY]
Anne's earliest memories involve Digimon. She's unsure when her interest in the franchise began, exactly, but it caught her attention early on in her childhood and stood out among all her other interests for a long while.
Another early interest of hers was figure skating--more of an 'obsession' than an 'interest.' As the years went on, more and more of her time and energy was devoted to the sport, and less and less to anything else. Hours spent neither at school nor sleeping were spent at the rink.
She was good. Good enough to start winning competitions early and often. Good enough to compete nationally and place well. Good enough that competing in the Olympics wasn't just an impossible dream. By her midteens, every moment of her life was spent to improve herself at the sport. Her grades suffered for it, and her parents expressed some worry for her future beyond figure skating, but Anne had no care to think about that. This way of life had become all she had ever known, and the thought of it ending felt so impossible it wasn't worth the time to dwell on. Anne was so close to attending the next winter Olympics that she spared no effort for anything else.
Except for one night.
Months upon months of chipping away at her, a couple of friends she skated with finally managed to convince her to go to a house party. Anne was uncomfortable from the very beginning, completely inexperienced with such social settings--and with alcohol. Unable to refuse her friends, she began to drink, and drink, and drink.
She only remembers the briefest moments of the night past that point. Mainly her being incredibly stupid along with everyone else. The only moment that mattered, though, was her complying with getting into the passenger seat of a friend's car, along with a few others--all of whom were very much not sober.
Well, there wasn't much to sober you up like bleeding out.
That was the next memory she retained. The car door twisted into her, her body warm and slick with blood, and particularly searing pains in both her right ankle and hip.
Nobody had died. That was something, at least. In fact, Anne had managed to be the one who got the worst of it. The rest shared a few fractured bones and a concussion between all of them.
Anne's ankle had been shattered, and her pelvis broken. Her life had been in serious danger, but she was lucky enough to survive.
"Lucky."
After a several-month long physically and mentally exhausting recovery and rehabilitation period that Anne did her best to fight through, the hope she held onto for all that time was finally shattered. In no uncertain terms, she was told she wouldn't be able to competitively skate again.
Left only with scars that made her sick to look at running across the lower right side of her stomach and hip, and a slight limp, Anne receded from the world.
With poor grades and no drive to tackle the challenge of fixing them, Anne decided to let herself just scrape by the end of high school, seeing no future for herself. Days and nights were spent laying on her bed. It didn't take long for her to start drinking heavily, finding it helped completely numb her body and her thoughts.
This went on for a few months until it was found out by her parents. The girl already felt guilty for what she was doing, and seeing her parent's reactions to her state only hurt her more. After some emotionally exhausting conversations, it was decided she'd start going to therapy.
Lapses occurred, but she slowly began to become healthier in body. She learned to put on a braver face, stepping outside to eventually begin to work, though kept herself distant from everyone else. While her mind was still a mess, this seemed to be enough to keep her parents from being overly worried about her.
At some point, she began to pass the long, lonely hours in her room by consuming media, discovering a nostalgic love for Digimon. Characters she had met and looked up to in her formative years aged along with her, earning her admiration again, though this time it was bittersweet--rather than hoping to be like them one day, she simply saw them as an ideal she could no longer ever reach.
The positive feelings the franchise brought out of her were greater than any negatives, though. Soon enough, she was spending some of her money on Blurays, cards, and toys for the franchise, almost to her own surprise--it also, positively, meant less money available to spend on alcohol.
Very recently, Anne put some money aside to buy herself an Omniphone. Though she had never been one to care much for smartphones--having been using a completely outdated android model for years just for texting--her new interest in Digimon meant there were some mobile games for the franchise that she wanted to play. An Omniphone for that purpose was a bit overkill, but her parents offered to help pay for it, and it would be decently future-proof.
Future-proof...
Somehow, that was the first time since the accident that Anne had given any thought to a future. Even if it was something as insignificant as how long her phone would last her, it was something, and that was all the convincing she needed to spend the money.

Somewhat of a goofball, Aero is a fun digimon to be around. His sense of humour is often off-beat, leading to strangely timed, humorous outbursts. Impulsive and playful, he's not unlike a dog--one that can talk and cause significant property damage, at least. Similar to Anne, Aero is of the competitive sort, absolutely despising losing and possessing the same nigh insane refusal to give up. Despite this, even in fights and competition, his playful nature still comes through in the form of silly quips and one-liners. If a foe can actually get him to shut up, it means Aero is quite worked up and a terrifying force to be reckoned with.
D.N.A.:
D-Ark Ultimate Digivice toy, the first of Digimon related merchandise Anne managed to get her hands on, for her love of the cute Terriermon. During the fusing with her Omniphone, the device most notably took on hours of old footage of Anne's figure skating competitions and practices, as well as more recent footage of matches she played of the Digimon TCG online, meant to be studied so she could improve.

Though far more reserved than Aero, Clover is still prone to getting swept up in the Terriermon's shenanigans willingly. The more thoughtful and calculating of the pair, his traits balance out--and are balanced out by--Aero's more impulsive nature. Clover shares Anne's strong empathy and desire to keep others happy, even at the perceived cost of his own. Is very helpful in keeping Aero under control, and is happy to do so, enjoying taking care of the other digimon, even when Aero may not wish to be cared for. Clover is also far quicker to anger when anyone else upsets or harms his friends, in which cases Aero's relaxed nature can help the Blucomon keep his wits about him.
D.N.A.:
Digital Monster X Ver.3 Vpet bought originally due to the ability to raise an alternate version of Terriermon, Terriermon X. At the time of fusion, though, Blucomon was the digimon the girl was raising on the device, having only found out about the creature's existence through it and falling quickly for its cool design. The Omniphone most notably contributed all of her note files that she used to try to keep her thoughts straight--rants, ideas, plans, lists, and everything else. Files which essentially acted as a scattered diary of sorts.

History:
Originally born in the country and having parents who were both school teachers, Suzie was assumed under the bubble of a free environment that encouraged learning and keeping an open mind to the beauty of the world around her. She was taught to enjoy the simplicities of life. However, when her younger brother was born, her father took a higher paying job in Tokyo to allow her mother more time with the baby, and her family took on a new adventure of city life.
City life was much different, but all Suzie could see were the exciting new ways that she would be able to adjust. The older students had fancier gadgets and more independent hairstyles. The clothes was also much more thought provoking than what the folks in the country wore. She thought the flowers in the fields were much lovelier, but still, there was a curiosity she could not quite shake for the less traditionally minded city dwellers.
It was in elementary school when one of her friends gave her a Digivice Toy for her birthday. It was bright yellow and looked like something the former-country girl needed in order to "fit-in." The following year, her friend moved to across the city and began attending a different school, but her gift has still remained a solid foundation of Suzie's past time. She became more interested in caring for Kudamon and learning more about the Digital World than she did exploring the city. There wasn't much to explore in the city, anyways. It was just concrete and more concrete. Plus, it helped keep her mother together when her baby brother needed all of the attention.
Of course, with all of this said, a sunny day is never something to be missed, unless this new Omniphone proved her otherwise.

Playful and tomboyish, not always the first to take charge in situation but always willing to speak her mind or act in the best interest of the group without being prompt to. Lily is not afraid to be sassy as well, but will always chose to be supportive if there is a team member in need.
History:
The daughter of a mechanic and nurse, Lily's parents divorced when she was very young and has spent most of her life bouncing from one end of the United States to the other for summer vacations, schooling and the common enough custody disputes. Lily has a keen interest in folklore and stories about knights, princesses and other medieval themed stories as a form of escapism. Currently she is living a few miles out of Yellowstone in Wyoming with her father, using the internet as a way to connect with others outside of her small town. One day she enters a contest to obtain an "Omniphone" and is surprised when she receives one in the mail. Appearance: Hideaki Saitou was always raised to present himself in the best way possible at all times. That said, he is not nearly as concerned about his appearance as his parents would like him to be. However, he does seek to make a solid first impression and tries to maintain himself to the best of his abilities. He attempts to maintain a "proper" Japanese student look. His hair, a deep black in hue, is styled to the side and curved a bit toward the side of his face to keep it way from his eyes. He often wears his typical school uniform: a blue jacket with white lining with darker blue streaks up the sides where the arms usually fall, as well as a pair of rather simple-looking black pants. Beneath this jacket, he usually wears a simple, collared white shirt and a black tie with a blue streak down its center. He makes sure that he does enough exercise to keep himself fit and healthy, but he does not actively attempt to physically improve himself at all. This leaves his build as rather average overall.
Personality: Hide is an intellectual and strategist that does his best to maintain a polite, "proper" demeanor. He tries his best to keep cool and level-headed, no matter what situation he finds himself in. He even bows his head or upper body when he must apologize to somebody or to show his gratitude. This also means that he is largely reserved, keeping himself and his own emotions in check while maintaining an outward appearance of professionalism. His overall goal is to appear friendly, approachable and unjudgmental, largely due to a desire to help others with problems that they might possess. However, due to a desire to prove himself to others, he is also a bit of a perfectionist, and this leads to a strong lack of desire to make mistakes. This can lead to him becoming very indecisive when an outcome is something that is difficult to predict, or when there's simply too many variables to consider.
History: Hideaki Saitou, child of the married partners of the "Reversal of Fate Law Offices," always lived a rather sheltered life. As his parents owned a very successful law firm, they were always quite well off. However, this did to lead to one small issue for him: He was being funneled by his parents into their career, and since he was being homeschooled by private tutors, he didn't even have other kids to learn from that this wasn't necessarily what he had to do. As a result, he dedicated most of his life to his studies, and other relevant skills. He was also taught to maintain professionalism in order to make sure he never did something embarrassing in public. He quietly and obediently did as his parents instructed, even as the work began to pile on him and become rather overwhelming. His schedule was usually so jam packed throughout the day of a combination of studying and physical activity to keep him fit and healthy, that he barely ever had any time simply to himself. The only thing that got him through this these days was his interest in chess, which he could play online at any time through a specific program. This was the one game they tolerated him playing, since it helped him hone strategic skills that would help him in the real world.
Little did he or his parents know that this game was going to be the turning point for him.
Once his parents realized that allowing him to play this game with others was actually helping him develop, they leaned into this rather heavily. One day, they ended up purchasing something for him--an Omniphone running the "Silver" system--one day when they decided that they needed to go on a business trip. At this point, they trusted Hide to keep to his usual schedule, and departed, leaving him on his own at the house, with the occasional tutor showing up for whatever lecture they were to give him that day. The hope for this gift was that he would no longer be locked to a desk in order to play chess with people online, on top of now having a far more reliable method of communication with them while they were away. However, in their haste, they failed to account for one problem. With this amazing new device in his hands, Hide was no longer confined to his home and nearby locations.
With awe in his gaze at every new discovery, Hide would spend a lot of his time scanning the Internet instead of playing chess, and eventually, he found something that intrigued him. A concept for monsters that lived in the digital waves of today's society, Digimon. The concept fascinated him, and he dug deeper into this in particular, finding old videogames, merchandise, and even a collectible card game of sorts. He nodded to himself and, for the first time in years, abandoned his studies in order to make his way to a local store and acquire some of these products for himself; luckily, he had been very frugal with the money he'd been making on the side from working for his parents' law firm. He bought a few things, most notably a few boxes of trading cards, and brought them home to open and play around with for a while. After a while, he decided to take his next step. He had been hesitant to buy something that he'd need to maintain over time thanks to his busy schedule, but his curiosity was simply too strong to ignore. Eventually, he couldn't help but buy himself a pair of Digimon toys, a Digivice: and a Vital Bracelet V-pet of his own.
When his parents returned, however, they were not pleased with his lack of progress. They decided to double down on his schedule, but he still found time to enjoy his newfound hobby. And thanks to his extra time working at the firm now, he was able to save up enough money to replace his Omniphone with a more updated model that was recently announced....
Other: Due to his experience with the game of chess, as well as reviewing games from the Digimon TCG and putting it into practice with his own deck, he has a very tactical mindset. He is a skilled strategist, but usually only when there's plenty of time to think about his next moves in advance.... He also has developed a fondness for Fighting games, though he simply watches them and would never play one himself; they're just too fast-paced for him. But the thoughts and strategies that must be going into each player's every move began to fascinate him.

D.N.A.: Digivice: toy was the first real piece of Digimon merchandise that Hide could call his own. Since he took such a late interest in Digimon, this was what caught his eye at the time, and was all he could get under the table so that his parents wouldn't find out. During the fusing with his Omniphone, the device took Hide's downloaded videos of old Digimon videogames for him to watch in secret on his own time (most notably the Rumble Arena games), as well as footage of him at school putting together his first ever Digimon TCG deck, based around Greymon lines. In addition, however, was Hide's personal journal that was locked through a password, in which he talked about his stresses, and his desires for every person in the world to be treated with fairness and equality.
Other: Agumon does little more than fight and train; if he has interests in other areas, he has not bothered to explore them, and is instead focused on dedicating himself to becoming the strongest Digimon. In addition, he dislikes the idea of being nicknamed, saying that he already has a name, and isn't going to accept a "stupid pet name."

Appearance: Hideaki Saitou was always raised to present himself in the best way possible at all times. That said, he is not nearly as concerned about his appearance as his parents would like him to be. However, he does seek to make a solid first impression and tries to maintain himself to the best of his abilities. He attempts to maintain a "proper" Japanese student look. His hair, a deep black in hue, is styled to the side and curved a bit toward the side of his face to keep it way from his eyes. He was also taught to maintain professionalism in order to make sure he never did something embarrassing in public. He quietly and obediently did as his parents instructed, even as the work began to pile on him and become rather overwhelming. His schedule was usually so jam packed throughout the day of a combination of studying and physical activity to keep him fit and healthy, that he barely ever had any time simply to himself. The only thing that got him through this these days was his interest in chess, which he could play online at any time through a specific program. This was the one game they tolerated him playing, since it helped him hone strategic skills that would help him in the real world.
Little did he or his parents know that this game was going to be the turning point for him.
Once his parents realized that allowing him to play this game with others was actually helping him develop, they leaned into this rather heavily. One day, they ended up purchasing something for him--an Omniphone running the "Silver" system--one day when they decided that they needed to go on a business trip. At this point, they trusted Hide to keep to his usual schedule, and departed, leaving him on his own at the house, with the occasional tutor showing up for whatever lecture they were to give him that day. The hope for this gift was that he would no longer be locked to a desk in order to play chess with people online, on top of now having a far more reliable method of communication with them while they were away. However, in their haste, they failed to account for one problem. With this amazing new device in his hands, Hide was no longer confined to his home and nearby locations.
With awe in his gaze at every new discovery, Hide would spend a lot of his time scanning the Internet instead of playing chess, and eventually, he found something that intrigued him. A concept for monsters that lived in the digital waves of today's society, Digimon. The concept fascinated him, and he dug deeper into this in particular, finding old videogames, merchandise, and even a collectible card game of sorts. He nodded to himself and, for the first time in years, abandoned his studies in order to make his way to a local store and acquire some of these products for himself; luckily, he had been very frugal with the money he'd been making on the side from working for his parents' law firm. He bought a few things, most notably a few boxes of trading cards, and brought them home to open and play around with for a while. After a while, he decided to take his next step. He had been hesitant to buy something that he'd need to maintain over time thanks to his busy schedule, but his curiosity was simply too strong to ignore. Eventually, he couldn't help but buy himself a pair of Digimon toys, a Digivice: and a Vital Bracelet V-pet of his own.
When his parents returned, however, they were not pleased with his lack of progress. They decided to double down on his schedule, but he still found time to enjoy his newfound hobby. And thanks to his extra time working at the firm now, he was able to save up enough money to replace his Omniphone with a more updated model that was recently announced....
Other: Due to his experience with the game of chess, as well as reviewing games from the Digimon TCG and putting it into practice with his own deck, he has a very tactical mindset. He is a skilled strategist, but usually only when there's plenty of time to think about his next moves in advance.... He also has developed a fondness for Fighting games, though he simply watches them and would never play one himself; they're just too fast-paced for him. But the thoughts and strategies that must be going into each player's every move began to fascinate him.

In addition, however, was Hide's personal journal that was locked through a password, in which he talked about his stresses, and his desires for every person in the world to be treated with fairness and equality.
