A couple iterations back someone (I can't remember who I'm very sorry, please take credit whoever you are) setup an index of who was writing which character and also which supporting allies/enemies they were using. Could go in a similar direction.

I'm all about player involvement and collaboration. What strikes me about the spreadsheet is that it could be linked and people could each contribute to it to help keep it updated, if they so choose, spreading the work out

And of course, people are welcome to add in Martians to your stories.
