"If you don't specify, your opponent gets to." (Within reason. For example, the mech making him smaller, would not be within reason.)

As far @TheWindel and I are concerned, @floodtalon asked for a giant mech on the PM he sent us.

It was made to match Zeruel's might, thereby logic dictates that it's within his size range. That's not really that hard to conclude. I think so.
