For those who aren't on Titanpad. I plan for the Deltawatch heroes to meet in the briefing room. They all had one year of training prior to this and are ready to go on their first mission.

I have three ideas on what the mission will be. It can be A) A Payload-like style mission where players are on a train where they have to guard the passengers against incoming Talon forces, as well as not let them get their hands on supplies for a rebellion (the train is a secret cargo train in disguise). Or B). A storm the base-infliltration where the Teams will be placed on opposite sides of the base and have to make their way to the middle to blow it up and steal information.

With Talon, they will mostly be doing what they want for awhile, until getting briefed themselves on an incoming mission related to Deltawatch.

What do you guys say? Payload? Or Storm The Base?

Abilities:

Scarlet Convertor – Lee’s Nosferatu Armor is powered by a strange, red energy which seemingly holds blood as basis. It has been theorized that the Nosferatu Armor breaks down blood cells into energy particles. Though, so far no plans have been recovered of the Nosferatu Armor. However, it is clear that Sanguine drains blood, which seemingly is turned into energy or fuel to use his powers. With other words, he needs to drain blood to use his powers.
Neutral Ability: Arachnoid-class Stalker mod – The Nosferatu Armor of Lee is equipped with a stalker mod. Stalker mods are special modifications to certain suits allow advanced mobility. The Arachnoid version allows the user to crawl and stick up to walls (but not roofs).

Weapon Ability: Red Pulse – Lee shoots an energy bolt at his enemies. Upon a hit, a fraction of the victims’ blood is immediately vaporized. The clouded blood returns to a retriever upon the Nosferatu Armor. Does medium damage upon hit and restores small amount Scarlet Energy. Requires tiny amount of Scarlet Energy. However, when the Red Pulse Lence makes physical contact with someone, there is no Scarlet Energy required and it restores a small amount of Scarlet Energy too.

Special Ability 1: Predator cloak – Lee turns invisible for a short duration of time. While in broad day light or in spots you can see distortion of light where he stands, he is completely invisible when no intense light is shined directly at him. Drains Scarlet Energy over time.

Special Ability 2: Bloodrush – The Red Pulse no longer cauterizes the wound upon hit. Instead, the victim hit by a Bloodrush Red Pulse will start bleeding. Just like the blood lost because of this will evaporate just like getting hit by a Red Pulse. When Bloodrush is activated, lines on his gauntlet will start glowing red. He has 3 Bloodrush Red Pulses upon activation. Above average Scarlet Energy cost.

Ultimate Ability: Crimson End - Lee pulls his katana. His speed is enhanced. The blade hums with a strange, red energy as it drains away from the Scarlet Energy reserves. With every successful slash delivered, it recharges some energy. Lines on all over his armor glow with a crimson color. Each slash also delivers high amounts of damage upon unarmored targets especially (sometimes only requiring 2 slashes to finish them off, but mostly depends on his target’s physique). He can choose to immediately activate Bloodrush after Crimson End (the speed boost drops and his Scarlet Energy will drop to zero). This will cause his speed boost to drop and in return, he gains 9 Bloodrush shots. Also, using Predator cloak while in Crimson End is active will cause his Scarlet Energy to drop to zero (no matter how much he got in reserve). But in stealth he keeps having his increased speed and can hold his blade out for 5 more seconds. After the Scarlet Energy runs out, the blade becomes nigh useless and extremely heavy. He will be forced to either drop it or return it to its scabbard.

Katana

Personality: Despite his job, Lee will confess he is not a violent man. In fact, he will publicly despise the chaos and disorder that follows any war. But he is no foul. War, conflict, battle, it’s all primal. It is a part of humanity, even if it isn’t a part we like to show. But one must accept the inevitabilities of life so in turn, you can manipulate them. Lee will tell that it is his job not just to consult military on high-tech weapons, but also on the morality of using them. Many consider him a very ethical military consultant.

The truth, however, is that Lee likes control but has a very Machiavellian way to gain and keep it. His idea of peace is that anyone stupid enough to stand up against him would be slammed down with extreme force. Making him an example.

Biography: Lee’s life really began when he went to college. Before his childhood had been average and all in all very uneventful. As a patriotic lad, he joined the marines in the fight against the Omnics and other dangerous nations. Fighting the good fight. He was swiftly promoted, though never put in charge of a squad. Which he didn’t mind so much. The lad preferred following orders rather than having to bear the burden of giving them.

That all changed when Lieutenant Reinnes took control of the combat group of Lee. Lieutenant Reinnes was many things. But a good commander, he was not. The man had a hero complex. He often pushed his men through breaches that rather acted as focus points for the enemy. If not for the skill of his rather veteran troops, casualties would be horrifying. However, as their survival depended on success, they were successful quite often when they shouldn’t have been. Only adding to their commander’s insane delusions. The man often received medals while his wounded and disgruntled team stood back, watching. The Lieutenant became somewhat of a hated person in the barracks. But his political connections made it impossible to make a move at him. Eventually, though, disaster struck.

Reinnes lead his team once more into an ambush. But this time, the enemy was quite aware what team was coming. The ambush was specifically tailored to the combat group. They were decimated. Machine guns ripped apart bodies, letting the crimson fluid soak the ground. Where Lee tried to hold on to dear life. The Lieutenant, next to him, kept yelling to advance into hell. Eventually, Lee had enough. He took his own gun and shot the Lieutenant. It didn’t solve the hell they were in, but at the very least the insanity of their commander was gone. The few remaining soldiers looked for Lee to lead them so he did. With nearly 75% of their group gone, they finally reached base again. Lee looked as if he bathed in blood. Which first started his obsession with it.

Lee kept leading his small company. With a lack of reinforcements, they were send out in battle again. But this time, Lee was leading them. Knowing every man and woman under his command by name and personality, he knew their strengths too. So instead of attacking head on, Lee applied guerilla warfare. He struck from the shadows or at night. Sometimes his entire team only used knives to remain silent. Consequentially, every position taken was soaked in blood. This earned them the name: the Bloody Raiders. Lee, due to necessity, became a strong leader. Talon picked up on this and promised his team a more advantageous pay for their services. Lee and his team retired, becoming Military Consultants on various subjects. While in truth, they worked as Talon ops. Sometime after his retirement he took up the Nosferatu armor and became Sanguine.

@Legion02 Interesting character you have here. I take it Genji has been a good inspiration, with some Raiden to match. He looks good, can't wait to see him in action! Put him in the CS.
