Well, there's different variables that determine what the dice roll will be for, exactly, and what type of modifiers and stuff need to be added. Entirely dependant on how everything goes from the Timeskip till the Roll.

My dice luck can be described as inconsistent at best.

I rolled a 1 trying to stab a goblin once and I stabbed myself in the foot.

I rolled a 20 like 5 rolls after and one shot another goblin.

Rolled a 1 later and illuminated our monk's dick.

I once GM'd a game where the party dwarf managed to light his beard on fire due to critical fail while building a campfire. When the local wolf-creature tried to help, they also caught fire.

This story ends in TPK by campfire.
