I'm still here. I'm redoing the sheet with the other GMs. Apparently there were issues with some of the skills and two of the noble phantasms.

Look, I'm trying to be polite about this, but... we quite clearly disagree on what's valid or acceptable in a roleplay. It's been five different Servants and the edits to the existing sheets failed to actually address the problems--and I sincerely doubt that the edits required of this form will be accepted.

So I'm sorry, but with someone else requesting a slot for a character balanced as they are, the slot's gone to them.

Tawara Touta is a large, open-hearted Servant with a fondness for meals.
Normally, those sultry muscles and pushy personality would just make people pull away, but with his straight and unbelievable smiling face one unconsciously ends up talking deeply with him. He is a martial man fond of a contest of strength, as well as a gourmet with love of the pursuit of delicious meals. He prefers eating together with everybody while making a ruckus rather than having a meal by himself.
No matter when or what the situation is, he will go and provide help cheerfully. He may look like the physical type, but he is prudent and excels in his wit to win a battle and advances forward to the next. He doesn't have a protagonist trait of "Just I alone is enough" and so he will not go forward on his own. Rather than an older brother, he is more of a leader sort of character.

- Protection from the Divine Dragon C: Blessing of a dragon god, gained upon exterminating the Oomukade. Archer can receive assistance from this god during battle, healing himself and/or temporarily increasing his Strength by up to one rank.
- Protection from Arrows C: Defense against projectile weapons. Gives him a moderate chance of instinctively evading arrows or similar projectiles.

Effects: As described above, this Noble Phantasm is a single charged shot with a large area of effect upon impact. Its effectiveness rises against Demonic enemies.

Appearance: A large, roughly cylindrical bale full of rice (see Servant appearance). Can be multiplied into more bales.
Effects: It's exactly as it seems: an inexhaustible bale of rice. It has no direct combat functions other than being used as a blunt-force weapon, but its ability can be used to easily feed an entire village.

• Appearance: "Are you prepared for the freezing winter?"
• Personality: Anastasia is a very antisocial Servant, particularly when first summoned; she prefers not to grow close to anyone near her, not even her own Master, if possible. Instead, much of her time is spent talking to Viy, who almost no one else can see, and stays hiding away in her room until made to act. She is very curt and, as expected for a royal heir, her facade does not break easily even when faced with overwhelming pressure.
  It is only with a Master who spends time regardless of her cold demeanor will she begin to warm up to them and eventually show a more hidden side to herself—a naive, lively, and playful girl who delights in childlike antics and living life as she might once have been able to. From things like playing pranks on those around her to taking 'selfies', the true Anastasia is a far cry from the guise she places forth for the world to see.

  • Contract with Samovilas: A. A skill that allows Anastasia to use all of the abilities provided to her by Viy. This includes her ice creation magic, of course, but Viy's presence also causes any debilitating attacks to have a higher chance of failure due to its interference.
  • Magical Eyes of Clairvoyance: D. A skill used with the help of Viy. With this, Anastasia can see far distances and spot any locations where the enemy's forces may be weak or their defences may be easily broken through. Not like she has the knowledge to always make use of those, though.
  • Freezing Charisma: B. As the heir to the Romanov bloodline before her passing, Anastasia has the air of royal dignity needed to command men under her control should the need arise. It's essentially Charisma with a fancier name.
  • Shvibzik: B. A skill based around Anastasia's habits of being a prankster while alive, Shvibzik (which also means "Imp" in Russian) allows the Caster to cause minor pranks and mess with people in general. Things such as causing a track in the ground to make someone trip, slyly moving small objects from other locations to her own, or anything else that could qualify as a 'prank' are all in the realm of possibility. Of course, this skill is not omnipotent, and in the end it can do no real harm to any of its targets.

  • Name: Viy, Viy, Viy—Galloping Stare of the All-Seeing Ghastly Eyeballs
  • Rank: EX
  • Type: Spirit-Type Noble Phantasm
  • Appearance: A semi-formless mass of black that seems to appear and disappear from Anastasia's shadow (though it does not exist within said shadow). Invisible to any who do not have the qualifications to see it, Viy takes the form of a giant black blob with two large ear-like appendages and a pair of eerily-glowing white eyes when fully active.
  • Effects: Viy is the reason why Anastasia is able to summon, control, and attack or defend with ice, as well as the reason why she possesses Magical Eyes of Clairvoyance. A familiar of the Romanov line prior to their passing, Viy contracted with Anastasia just as she was about to die and is thus summoned with her during her incarnation as a Heroic Spirit. Beyond being able to see into the far distance and finding weak points within the enemy's defenses, Viy is also able to take physical form for attacks. Though still not visible to most (including Heroic Spirits) when not invoking this Noble Phantasm by name, Viy's attacks still inflict physical damage if they connect. What stands out the most about this Noble Phantasm, however, is its true invocation.
    When called out by name, Viy is able to stare straight into an opposing Servant's eyes and damage their Saint Graph, decreasing their ability to act as well as sealing skills that they might have been able to use otherwise. The damage inflicted as well as the length of time before any healing can be done to fix said Servant (if it is even possible) depends on how long Viy has been able to stare at them, which is usually why Anastasia attempts to freeze them before such action.
    Obviously, Viy's eyes and the enemy's eyes must meet to cause such a reaction, and most humans (and Servants with little to no Magic Resistance) may find it difficult to turn away from Viy's eyes should they meet even once.
  
  
  • Name: Sumerki Kremlin—Afterglow, Abomnable Fortress of Blood
  • Rank: A+
  • Type: Fortress-Type Noble Phantasm
  • Appearance: A giant citadel, not unlike those seen in Russia, when invoked; it may only appear when the land is blanketed in snow, and is just as white as the land it resides on.
  • Effects: Once invoked, Sumerki Kremlin becomes a realm of safety for Anastasia, providing for her a land where only she and her allies may enter unharmed. It may only hold 11 people and a single animal, though, herself included, and the citadel itself is not impenetrable. It will, however, do it's best to attack any who dare to invade, from summoning wraiths to magical assaults. Any who attempt to enter uninvited will feel the full wrath of winter at their throats, and it shall not cease until either Anastasia is dead or the offenders leave.

To her, her masters happiness is the most important thing in the world, and she considers it her purpose in life to serve and take care of someone dear to her. Indeed, once summoned Morgiana will quickly develop a strong bond with her master, an one that will quickly grow romantic whether the other party reciprocates or not. Caring for them and ensuring their happiness, her masters wish becomes her own and she will do anything she can to make their wish come true. She's very much a gentle an mild mannered soul, who will spend hours cleaning an cooking an feel content.

However, just because she is loyal to her master does not mean she has no free will of her own. In fact, Morgiana will create an image in her own mind of what is best for her master. Even if they disagree she will simply smile an nod, while internally nothing will change. She will carry out what she sees best without her masters orders, knowing in her heart of hearts that no matter their reaction they will be happier in the long run. despite her tender nature, Morgiana is a master deceiver and clever beyond imagination, able to disguise her true motives and act as an entirely different person altogether. On top of this, when it comes to the safety of her master, she has a very casual and off-putting attitude towards violence. For her, threatening or even carrying out brutal acts of violence or murder is second nature and doesn't phase her in the slightest. Her love for her master is substantial, and the Assassin will happily lay down her own life if it means making them even the smallest bit happy.

Appearance: While not taking a physical form, this Noble Phantasm can be recognized by, as the name suggests, a dance. Manifesting a tabor, Morgiana will perform multiple traditional entrancing dances with elegance, before also manifesting her dagger and continuing with an Arabic sword dance.

Effects: Morgiana's greatest strength is her skill in the art of deception. Intelligent, cunning, and dangerous, she used these talents of hers to assassinate Cogia Hassan and save her master Ali Baba from an untimely demise. This act of cleverness has manifested itself as a powerful yet hard to execute Noble Phantasm. In order for it to be used, multiple conditions must be met:

1: Her target must be non-hostile towards her.
2: She must offer to dance for them, and they must be receptive to this.
3: After performing 2 minutes of dancing she will move onto a sword dance with her dagger out, and when she offers her hand to her target they must reach out to it.

These 3 conditions are extremely difficult to pull off especially during a war, but if she succeeds Morgiana will instantly pierce her targets heart with an undogaeble attack, killing most Servants.
