Chuunitrixx's Racial Teleport let's her move anywhere she's ever been. Chuunitrixx's, fairly, been in every Chapter and Facility, and her Survivors are in Amberden, and functionality-wise, fragments of her overall being, and thus she, she's been to Amberden.

Concreep simply allows for targeting, hence why she was randomly flailing.

Y'all do realize, this story didn't start at Isekai, right? Bandersnatch wasn't established in a single day, Chataeu Gothika built the very next, and then Rodias was hit by the Isekai Truck.

The NPCs aren't JUST NOW realizing they have neighbors. Assuredly, Chuunitrixx has been with Traptrixx to loiter in other Chapters and Facilities. Same with other NPCs; they gained sentience, not location amnesia.

My comment was more directed at that, specifically in your history, as well as your earlier IC posts, it was (seemingly) implied that Chuunitrixx never left her Chapter, because of her "job". Hence my comment. ;<

My apologies, turns out I misunderstood how the teleport worked for Chuuni. It functions closer to Light's teleport than I thought.

There was a point before that, before Traptrixx changed her, and charged her with that job, that Chuunitrixx was a different person.

I didn't realize that the actual change you did to your character was a canonical change that had story-relevant implications. I thought it was done for meta-reasons, based on personal preferences. My bad then, I once again seem to have assumed wrongly.

I really can't elaborate further, though. It's not the right time. Tree and I agreed on that, so you'll just have to bare with -- or don't. Just try to bare in mind, at least, I check every action, no matter how small or insignificant,with Tree. If it happens, it was sanctioned by our GM.

Its actually a bit stronger. If you find one of Light's teleport circles and destroy it, she can't teleport there anymore. Its why she hides them on stuff like ceilings and such where you wont see them. Although I guess she also does have combat teleporting so there is that. I'll have a post up soon showing that a bit. xD. Also explaining why Light 'dislikes' board games xD.

Also, I do apologise for being short. I've only slept three hours, with a sub-30 minutes half-nap, subsisted off two cups of coffee and a lot of soda for a eight hour shift, thirty minutes of that was off the clock, washing dishes.

And, I was ask by some teenage girls I work with to buy them some vapes, because the vape shop is passed the coffee shop I walk to, and I "always go that way".

Actually, Light and Chuunitrixx are fairly even. They both have to have been in an area, require an understanding of it, a safe location to land, and have an easy way to stop their teleportation. For Light, you destroy her beacon, and for Chuunitrixx, you cover her feet.

If Chuunitrixx, or any Mimic, cannot plant both feet, barefoot, against the ground, they have no connection to their "Teleportation Roadmap", so to speak.

Do you see any issue with me drafting a few profiles for important NPCs in the Dreamlands?

This 1x1 with Lugubrious is fun, but I'm realizing that the Dreamlands is too complex and nuanced for a single feline to deal with on his own. It'll fall apart if there isn't some kind of staff to keep it running.

Fighting Light is going to be weird I think. Shes not sure how she should go about this 'sparring', since sparring implies not fighting to kill, which drastically changes her fighting style from "stab heart/brain with claw" to "have fun" xD. But then Rodius wants her to come at him with what she has so... yeah xD. Basically do you want her to anime/cartoon fight or slasher flick fight. xD
