Honestly, that's why I liked SAO, no where near as cheesy, although kirito is a bit OP, but I understand that it is for the sake of the show.

Then you have Hellsing ultimate, which alucard was insanely OP, to the point where he would just toy with his victims, much like a person plays with their food before eating it.

I'm probably the only person here who doesn't think Kirito is OP. That's like saying someone who decided to grind for hours in an RPG is overpowered; they're not, they just worked really hard.
