There are going to be participants regardless, the VIPs (aka people who knew him) are optional. If nobody shows up then it's just gonna be off camera.

It's going to be totally random. Out of everyone who enters, I'll make a list and randomize it. That way there's tension and nobody will just keep their chars alive because it can't be them.

But canonically/IC, the avatar will definitely be there, regardless of if they're a part of the group who enters or not.
