Appearance:
Samson has a wild mane of two-toned hair that at its longest is near his mid back and he stands at a decent height at 5'11" and weighs in at 164 pounds, his skin is pale white with a few scars here and there from learning how to use his Semblance. He has a pair of extended canines, wolf ears and tail. His red eyes are wolf like as they shine in low light and allows him to see in the dark.

Offensive, Defensive, Dust
Weapon Derivation:
Laser, Sword, Shield

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: Sol is strapped to upper arm covering it even when not in used. Luna looks like a metal rod strapped to his waist for easy access for when combat happened.

Form 1:
Luna opens up to reveal that it's a sword with hyper heated conductors for blades. Sol turns to the side and opens up at the press of a button the shield turns out to be made of the same conductors, Sol covers most of Tad's upper body.

Personality:
Samson comes off as an overly hyper, irresponsible, dim witted and goofy person. Which is all true. Samson  gets excited by the littlest of things or things that others don't see as interesting and due to his hyperactive thoughts he sees everything as a game rather it's hunting Grimm or doing exams but this makes damson a passionate person who puts in a hundred percent into everything he does. While he's clueless about a great deal of things like how to talk to people and even common knowledge about humans, he is very intelligent in other areas, like the way combat flows and all kinds of Grimm's strength and Weaknesses and oddly enough, history, both human and Faunas, and he also take a particular interest in fairy tales and their possible origins.

History:
Samson was an orphan whose parents were killed by a Grimm attack after a small village of isolated Faunas was ambushed after the death of a girl caused an emotional upset attracting a large number of Grimm. Samson and a small number of the village survived after a Huntress who was passing by save them. Samson was adopted by the huntress out of pity after the villagers ran away once the path was clear leaving the child to die. The Huntress and child were Vagabonds going from city to village to the isolated corners of Remnant, Samson didn't have a home until he was child. The moment he could lift up a blade and shield he was trained to fight for the safety of Remnant and all people within rather they were Faunas like himself or Humans like her. He learned to use his aura and Semblance at a young age after his adopted mother unlocked his ability, which they soon called it No pain no Gain after he activated it after a close call during a field practice went awry when a Beowulf broke one of his ribs and caused the origins of the Scar on his face, he killed it when his Semblance doubled his attack power and speed.

When he was of age he was sent to Signal to train and interact with people his age, after a heartfelt goodbye to his mother Samson was sent to Signal where he was treated as an idiot savant. When he joined signal he was already a skilled fighter and could his semblance with skill, but his problem was that he didn't know anything about most people would and should know. Like how to talk to the average person without dueling them on the spot like he did with his mother. And how governments and money work. Even after his years in Signal he didn't learn much social skills or anything most people consider useful, but he remembered every piece of history and fairy tale taught to him. In Signal he created his weapons, Sol and Luna, a shield and sword powered by flame dust to cut though almost anything and block near most anything, but dangerous when not in a careful hand, which should be the worst thing for Samson as he is reckless, foolhardy and shortsighted but his semblance made the weapon very useful as every mistake with the weapon powered up his attack,too bad that he doesn't make that many mistakes.

Is to join Beacon to become a Huntsmen and to save Humanity and Faunas-kind from Evil and Grimm that took the lives of his First family.

Combat Style:
Samson is a highly defensive fighter normally, blocking and countering attacks for his allies and he tends to attack only when he's attack. But his Semblance gives him an amazing boost in offense and agility at the cost of defense and endurance

Strengths and Weaknesses:

+ Excellent Defenses
+ Strong Melee Attacks
+ Useful Semblance that increases his already high attack and increase his lowly speed
+ High Pain tolerance

- Not a good teammate
- Lacks any sort of range attacks
- Reckless
- Slow fighter if his semblance isn't in used

Semblance:
No pain no Gain - Samson has a unique Semblance, for the more pain he's in the stronger his attacks are, his speed is also increased but his defenses and endurance is cut in half at the cost of doubling his attack power and speed.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

+ Useful Supportive Semblance

- Lacks any sort of range attacks
- Semblance is dangerous if it's not used carefully
- Slow fighter

Semblance:
Time Heals all Wounds - Samson has a unique Semblance, limited time manipulation. When Samson activates his Semblance all injuries are healed and all pain is gone to the people within his Semblance's field of effect, as well as their stamina and Aura is restored but people within the Semblance field can still be hurt. But once the Semblance has stopped or a person within the area of effect leaves, they are returned to the state they were previously and worse if the got hurt within the Semblance's field.

I'd like to give some imput, but keep in mind that this is only my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt.

Your character, so far, looks good, however two things bother me.

The weapons: In Rwby-verse there is one instance of a laser ant that was with Penny, but she is a. A self-willed robot built by a genius, and b. That could have been her aura if she has one. But besides that, Everyone has metal weapons or some such, so your character's weapons are a lot more advanced.

The semblance: Its okay, but its both underpowered, and overpowered. Keep in mind that Semblances use Aura, which is like an hp/mp gauge in a video game. Once its drained to zero, they are dead. An ability like that, would be great for plot purposes, but if you don't want to be a kind of deus ex machina, I would suggest a different aura. However, If you really like that idea, then keep it.

Thats... Actualy I'm not sure what that is. It could be energy from dust or her aura, or even a lazer.

@Crimson Raven those are good points, the laser was bad wording on my part, what I meant by 'laser' is that the blades are made out of a conductor that uses the power of flame dust to cut though things so they're more very hot then lasers.

Well I made the Semblance on the spot so there's a kinks in it, but I can edit in something less dues ex machina-ish. I could make it instead of healing wounds and dulling pain, it speeds up or slows down those inside the Semblance's area of effect?

Take it from someone who likes to make characters like that. Time powers are tricky as hell to put in an RP because everyone is effected by time, and as such, it is way too much power for any non-GM character. It is up to the GM, but I suggest not trying time powers because of that reason.
