Ch'eater has been MIA forever, I don't think anyone's ever run into him. The Submaterium is the site of Vestec/Phi/Heartworm shenanigans. Insidie use Blood Wells for demon summoning purposes. Wyrms are used for transport and defense by Tauga and allies.

You could probably pick anywhere. Though for the aesthetic and the Ozymandius-like irony, I would pick the Firewind desert.
